Project Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurial Revolution developed training module and curriculum for the young people from NEET group taking in consideration their needs, current skills and key competences needed for self-employment.Each partner invested their knowledge and networks in order to get best results and develop tailored-made training program best suitable for NEET group. Communication platform was opened allowing partners to share research and ideas regarding young people from NEET group. It was concluded that NEET is not recognised by the state institutions in any of the participating countries and as a result there was no valid and detailed data on the exact number and characterises of this group.Participants for testing of training were selected from Carrier Center Strong Youngsters NEET youth based on their motivation to become entrepreneurs 26 of them participated in testing. Their evaluation proved that the training curriculum is according to their needs and that support of Mentors is necessary. SOS CV has mentorship program and the mentors were engaged to help youth further develop their entrepreneurial ideas. Conferences in 3 partner countries were delivered and all relevant stake holders were invited by mail and phone, meetings were done with institutions in order to motivate them to participate. Stakeholders from state institutions didn’t show on conferences but stakeholders from other youth programmes did, for example E2E (From Education to Employability – Youth Skills Development and Public Private Partnership in Serbia).Long term benefit for NEET young people is developed training and raised awareness of their needs in general.
