<< Objectives >>#Job actions will support the recognition of disadvantaged young people's skills gained through hobbies.It will support employability as well as learning and facilitate transitions between various levels and types of education and training, within education/training and the world of work,and between different jobs,always focusing on hobby activities.It involves innovative digital and inclusive solutions for recognition and support of validation of competences acquired through hobby activities.<< Implementation >>MAIN ACTIVITIES-Well thought out and refined preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination-4 Transnational Meetings-Short-term joint staff training with 12 participants-4 Multiplier Events and a Final Conference-Creating, approving and spreading new educational and digital tools (4 IOs realized and tested)-Workshops for youth learners in each project's country<< Results >>-Online platform-Training scheme for practitioners (Ways to help adults discover hobbies skills and reinforce them into their future income)-Toolkit for young people-REcognition of ACquired Hobby-skills (REACHs app)#Job will contribute to the recognition of competencies originated from hobby activities towards matching skills and labour market needs to increase the employment rate.The #Job long-term benefits will address labour market needs and improving economic development in the future.
