Practical exercises and demonstrations of relaxation techniques will contribute to increasing the prevention of neurological disorders in old age. Examples of approaches are satotherapy, Time management; Knowledge management; Risk management etc.<< Results >>We expect an improve quality of life of seniors, better self-controling of social workers and seniors, development of communication skills and the ability to cooperate with each other, the art of stress relief, prevention of procrastination, prevention of burnout syndrome, prevention of fatigue syndrome that come before burnout, involvement of creativity and forms of games by conflict resolution or - last, not but least - self-educational activities.
