<< Objectives >>In the framework of a socially fair and just transition to the Green Economy (GE) in the EU, this project aims to create a COP and a workshop training approach for VET, to promote the ideation and development of new circular business models, to support the creation of micro and small companies (and jobs) for the circular economy by the VET learners. The project particularly addresses the disadvantaged people needs and promote their inclusion in the socially fair transition to the GE.<< Implementation >>1. Create a Community of Practice among the project partners, and others, to debate/share resources in entrepreneurship (green, social, micro and female), and circular business models.2. Develop a workshop based training course offer, for VET, that allows the ideation and design of circular business models, adapted to micro and small business and primarily directed to empower disadvantaged people. 3. Train a group of trainers.4. Multiplier events to present and disseminate the project outputs<< Results >>1. Contribute to a socially fair transition to the green economy in EU, promoting the inclusion and diversity through entrepreneurship for circular economy. 2. Enable VET learners with fewer opportunities to work in the circular economy.3. Development of green entrepreneurship and circular business models development competences amongst partners, teachers and trainers in VET.4. Increase the training offer for VET in green entrepreneurship and circular business models.
