Developing conclusions and recommendations was a result of the conducted research, on the basis of which the support system in the form of a training package was developed.-developing a training package, which is a model of supporting adult educators, taking into account the competences of education brokers.-development of competences of adult education professionals in the form of pilot trainings conducted on the basis of the training package in three partnership countries. All the project results were disseminated in the form of publications, i.e .:1. ""Report on the functioning of adult education systems in selected European countries: England, Poland, Italy.""2. ""The development of competences of adult educators. A training manual for independent and group work ”.3.
