Description

"The project"" The CreacTICvity Econolabs in transnational projects"" seeks to innovate and improve protocols in transnational work capabilities of young people and their empowerment through the use of Tics and activities of the collaborative economy. We create a common space where young people from Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic, learn to develop their personal skills in a transnational environment. The project for 16 months, had ambitous experimental objectives, since we seek to create a common online space where young Europeans can share skills and knowledge, empowering this way their capacities and improving the use of ICT in the transnational youth fields. To achieve the goals we set, we developed a serie of activities which, combined together, cover the complexity in youth field work:-Development of a ""skills Bank"" by Each organization , so that young people have to reflect and offer to others their own skills, promoting the exchange of them in their own context. .-Creation and start up of the web Youthskillsexchange.eu where we promote transnational exchange of skills among young people.Through it, young people was able to exchange skills (whether a class of english, Portuguese, Czech or Spanish, or a course in cuisine or dance class) This resource may be used by any association or young interested in exchanging knowledge through it.-We also created a monthly workshops on creativity and social economy in each country, in which also took part, on line, other young from the rest of countries.-Development of a 5 days seminar in Castro-Urdales where professionals of non-formal education of the 4 countries knew innovative processes in the daily work of Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Social Economomy with Young-We finally made a guide to collect our methodological proposal in order to promote and enhance the transnational networks, the use of ICTs and the collaborative economy for working with young people.During the project have involved more than 500 young people and 40 educators from the 4 countries."
