<< Objectives >>A consortium of 5 partners: Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary, currently involved in mitigating the humanitarian crisis in Europe due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine aims to achieve the following:-Assist the process of integration of refugees in Europe; -Provide the newcomers with the opportunities for entrepreneurship learning, including the digital one, and networking; Update the competencies of NGOs in it;-Promote the European democratic values, solidarity and inclusion.<< Implementation >>5 series of workshops (one in each country) on entrepreneurial learning, digital competencies, online employment;5 networking events between the newcomers and representatives of decision makers and other stakeholders locally;1 international Seminar on best practices for entrepreneurial learning and inclusion1 methodology for grassroots organisations on entrepreneurial learning and inclusion<< Results >>- 350 refugees are better integrated in local communities in Europe, and know how to start a business, including a digital one. They have contacts in business, social, governmental, and cultural areas which help them to continue the process of integration and support their business and social initiatives. - 5 NGOs become more professional, learn to better support career and entrepreneurship initiatives; they become more knowledgeable about digital tools (and more via dissemination).
