Description

People with different medical problems or with disabilities (like obesity) need specific physical activities and therapeutic services, adapted to their needs, also to their cultural education. Their problems can be a social integration issue. People with different diagnostics have special education, so they have specific physical activities and therapeutic needs in order to improve their communication abilities and adapt to social life and improve their health condition. In order to ensure the quality educational and therapeutic services to them it is necessary for these services to be implemented by specialists with a high level of professional training. To face this challenge the experts who work in health domain need continuum theoretical and practical training, flexible thinking, capacity of elaborate and implement innovative, personalized approaches in the process of health therapy - recuperative process. Need analysis made at partners organizations, interviews with potential direct beneficiaries (specialists in recovery therapies - psychological and medical) and preliminary discussions between representatives of partner organizations revealed an under-representation with their organizations as regards of activities /opportunities for continuum education as well as of educational resources that provide practical suggestions for implementing the intervention approach and targeting therapy and education. The outputs developed represents a modality of gaining new knowledge and practical abilities regarding other strategies and educational, cultural approaches used in different places of Europe. The direct beneficiaries will develop new competencies and abilities of innovative approach of intervention programs through the cumulation of methods and techniques used in working with people with different types of disabilities in different organizations in different European country. Also, they will have develop abilities of providing quality services to a wider group of people with special education/cultural needs beeing, thus, able to better respond to the needs of the organizations they appertain to. Specific objectives: Developing the professional skills and competences for experts from partner organizations and trainers (kinetotherapists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, sports instructors, sports medicine doctors ) who work with people who have special needs in the field education and health therapy by facilitating the access of international experience changes, quality continuum training activities, open educational resources, modern instruments of work, alternative/innovative approaches for a period of 24 months.The project can be complementary to other projects already carried out by our organization and innovative ,in the same time. Innovative: the project will bring together experienced specialist in education psychology and health therapy, specialists with different experience working with different types of disorders in different countries of Europe. The specialist implement different therapeutic and educational approaches wich can be considered examples of good practice for other organizations, with a strong innovative approach. Interdisciplinarity is a key factor in ensuring success of therapeutic intervention. Among the objectives of our institutional development can be found diversify services by implementing new communication approaches, by offering quality service to different categories of beneficiaries, by extending the professional network and implementing outputs developed regarding strategic collaboration between institutions with similar profile but also with other stakeholders. The project applied responds to the needs identified in our organization in order to ensure the quality of the services we provide and institutional development. The project is innovative by bringing together experts in training, consultancy, behavior analysis and evaluation, coaching, Business Competitive Intelligence, specialists in conducting studies based on rigorous research related to the multitude of ways in which emotions and perceptions impact on human behavior, on decision-making or on the performance of our activities. This experts will implement and develop outputs , methods and instruments needed for our organization and other interseted parties who activates in the field of health.The project can be complementary with other projects carried out by partners organizations, too. Each partner organization had projects which involved trainings and recovery methods and instruments used in health therapies. More, our project answers at the identified needs in partner organizations: to have the opportunity to develop a step by step guide on the communication and methods needed in health therapies, in special therapies that involves movement (in all his forms) , a comprehensive guide to learning at work.
