<< Objectives >>Theobjectives that the partner organization would like to achieve are the following:-To identify the main issues related to the poor use of digital services by citizens at risk of digital marginalization in accessing digital public services.-To recognize the negative factors that prevent adult learners in accessing public services.-To identify suitable practices based on informal learning process in order to help citizens at risk of marginalization in accessing digital public services.<< Implementation >>The activities we are going to implement are:- the collection of the best practices on how to increase the digital inclusion of vulnerable groups and facilitating the access to digital public services. - a Training Seminar on how to cope with digital inclusion of vulnerable groups in public administrations<< Results >>the project will result in a better understanding of the digital marginalization phenomenon as well as in the clear recognition of the practical solutions that can be implemented to deal with it in each partner organization.
