"The ""Petru Musat"" and ""Ambroise Paré"" high schools are joining forces to build a project repositioning guidance and integration in the European context. These two establishments are secondary schools with a general and technological vocation. Their social and demographic contexts are very similar. Student and professional integration there encounter identical problems, linked to rurality, the disadvantaged social context and a changing labour market.Nevertheless, in our discussions we were able to identify very complementary guidance and integration policies, which we wish to put at the service of our public and our staff.Based on the priorities of the European programme: the fight against early school leaving and the problems encountered by disadvantaged pupils in guidance and integration, we have identified the following objectives:Priority Objective 1: To develop different pathways to guidance and integration, drawing on the experience of European partners.Priority objective 2: To build up one's guidance and integration pathway as a vector of success, including at school.Secondary objective 1: Develop citizenship and cultural skills on the basis of a European pathway for the future.Secondary objective No 2: Develop language skills specific to cultural exchanges, which are essential and rich... Even more so for pupils with special needs.Twenty French and Romanian participants will be selected from among our students in the final year in France and the third year in Romania. Priority will be given to students from disadvantaged social backgrounds and a mix of school profiles will be made, with a view to inclusion. The motivation of each one must be based on the will to build a different, multicultural orientation and integration path, open to Europe and the company. Four French and Romanian accompanying persons, educational staff attached to the follow-up of orientation and integration are also selected. Finally, eight French and Romanian staff will co-construct guidance and integration in a logic of mutualisation of skills. Coming from the educational teams, these personnel will be fed by the project and will animate it in order to propose at the end of the project a paper and virtual report on the theme of guidance and integration in different European pathways. The proposed activities are:- Exchange of good practices of the participating staff on pedagogical paths related to the guidance and integration of people with special needs or disadvantaged groups.- Pedagogical immersion of staff within the network of establishments- Vocational and language teaching activities- Intervention of local partners on the entrepreneurial dimension of guidance and integration- Internship in a company in the partner country (in pairs Franco/Romanian)- University or technical/vocational training immersion- School-based language training, guidance and integration activities in partner institutionsSeven highlights punctuate the project1. The submission of the project on the Etwinning platform is also a call for future partners. The willingness to publish a report on guidance and integration in Europe based on an N+2 project with other partners is a long-term objective."
