Description

The project 3D techniques was realized in cooperation of 3 secondary technical European Schools: Sweden - Vaggeryd, Slovakia - Prešov, Czech Republic - Pardubice. All partners experience of this and previous project (e.g. Leonardo da Vinci) proved that Strategic Partnership Projects are effective tools with a deep educational all-round impacts on participants. They improve their professional, social, language skills, European awareness, personal qualities. The main objective of the 3DT project was to achieve the higher quality of students professional competences by means of their intensive work on the project results. Learners of the 1st – 4th classes (CZ, SK; 4 classes SW) learned and trained 3D modelling, created 3D models in ICT and practice lessons. The core - students project teams - also worked in 3DT clubs as well as on their own. They learned to assemble and use 3D printer, elaborated and assembled school aids, made the training video about it; created and managed the project website (www.3dtechniques.eu), website displaying made aids with instructions (https://3dschoolaids.eu); formed videos, posters, presentations about LTTAs; wrote articles about project activities to be published on school websites, in the local press. Teachers of partners made training E-l programme. Another objective was innovation of school curricula which were upgraded with programmes used by partners - 3DS Max is taught on a higher level (CZ), assembling use of 3D printer started being taught in practice lessons (CZ, SK), 3D modelling in all classes (SW). Work on the project implementation deepend cooperation of ICT teachers in each partner school. Partners realized 4 study exchanges in their schools. Main objectives of their programmes were to teach/learn 3D techniques to deepen participants knowledge, exchange study experience while working in transnational teams. The LTTAs programmes included a lesson of the hosts tongues and learning partners culture by undergoing sightseeing tours, excursion in museums, places of natural beauties. Students created videos about each partner schools, towns, countries which were performed to their classmates, school staffs, parents, the public. Teachers also familiarized each other with his methods in teaching 3DT, ICT and innovative methods. Impact on participants was evaluated by surveys, questionnaires, by their school marks. These means proved that involved students deepened their skills of 3D techniques use, language, communication competences, European awareness, personal qualities. Most of them rated improvement as very much (at about 60%), average (30-40 %). Public reactions on dissemination actions were also positive.
