<< Objectives >>RobotTheater focuses on building the new cooperation models between humanities and science departments in developing new and innovative projects that will enhance knowledge sharing and decrease the gender gap since robotics is usually associated with male dominance while humanities and drama are perceived as the female expertise field. This project will equip professionals with innovative hands-on STEAM activities which blend drama techniques, storytelling, coding and robotics.<< Implementation >>RobotTheater main intellectual output is the Comprehensive guide for professionals which will be done through short following sections: research in methodology, testing and staging robots on the scene and development of the action and recommendation plan. Very important part of the process are multiplier events which will address 100 professionals in robotics and drama and provide an interactive discussion and analysis of the needs on the market and new STEAM projects in theater an robotics.<< Results >>We believe that this project will result in more theater plays that use robots either in simple or more complex variation in the upcoming years. Moreover, new knowledges and skills will enable creation of currently non existent cooperation partnerships between robotics and drama professionals and thus stimulate the development of completely new creative projects. This guide will enable rural, and less urban areas to compete equally with projects in urban areas.
