<< Objectives >>By implementing this project, we want to provide delayed gratification education for students through innovative techniques for character development skills to focus on long-term educational outcomes. Our main goals are:To increase the motivation of students in primary school to learn and develop skills for delayed gratification;To provide better training opportunities to teachers on how to teach delayed gratification<< Implementation >>Building a Competency Matrix and Booklet with good practices for character development of children in primary school age 7-11Based on this data, we will develop the structure of educational content, educational goals, topics and content itself.Content will be used to create a Train-the-training program and support it with training materials.Partners will send 2 Teachers/trainers per organisation to LTT in Slovenia.Every partner will conduct one pilot training in the local environment.<< Results >>A booklet with good practices with techniques for developing delay gratification skills in students - supplementary book for teachers with exercises for delayed gratification.Delay Gratification Training course for Teachers - know-how on teaching skills for delayed gratification, including pre-and post-assessment tools for evaluating results after the implementation.Impact on students aged 7 - 11 years - students will learn how to work hard for something instead of giving up right away.
