The aim of the project is also to meet other targets ofthe European Union Youth Strategy to ‘support the development of creativity among young people - ‘increase access to culture and creative tools. With the help of young people and experts we will create the following:1. ""Discover your region"" mobile applications that will include: real time notifications on the cool things going on in the participating cities; running-routes in all cities, where people can keep records of their activity and discover new and interesting running routes, based on different levels of difficulty or on what you want to see along the way; touristic / historical routes - where people can discover their history and patrimony (made by young people).2. The platform will include besides the Booklet and the Toolkit also some innovative parts - using IT technology. One part will be Teen Digital Museum - to create a hashtag, teach youngsters about technology and photography, empower them to create a digital museum of their culture. A second part will be TeenCast - Podcast for teens that features interviews with artists, entrepreneurs, professionals, youth workers. Third part Guided Tours - Teens of cities involved will help create a map of their go-to places (most attractive to youth).Another important section will be - Digital History of the cities – we will create digital representations of the most important (representative) buildings and/or represent the city in different historical ages, based on available descriptions. One last part of the platform will include an online store for young entrepreneurs - that sell local products. International migration is a complex phenomenon that touches on a multiplicity of economic, social and security aspects affecting our daily lives in an increasingly interconnected world. According to IOM current estimates are that there are 244 million international migrants globally (or 3.3% of the world’s population).Ranging from films and newspapers to tweets, that coverage may have portrayed migration in one way or another, or simply raised it as a topical issue. Digital media allow for the sharing of information to large and diverse communities, often in real time. While this connectivity allows for greater communication and information flow, the fast and often uncontrolled flow of information can also lead to increasingly polarized representations of refugees/migrants among receiving communities, by conjuring xenophobic viewpoints that effectively ‘strip the humanity’ away fro migrants and refugees. Considering the distorted image of the topic in the media there is a necessity that young people need to learn the basic principles of journalism to share in the media and through that to contribute to elimination of negative stereotypes. As youth workers and teachers we have designed this project for main target group in terms of end users ; young people 18-22 from socially disadvantaged backgrounds , to support improve their journalistic skills with a methodology which will be based on interrelated digital media workshops and the refugee crisis/migration being the focus theme of the project, but also will be adaptable to other topics of societal which will help them not toremain as spectators in their lives and become active citizenship .Methodology will be '' project based '' which will ,promote the group development of assignments. Therefore, we can make working proposals to the youth and, working on them, they may acquire and improve the key competences defined by the teaching team with a real impact on their social context. This can be defined not only through the detection ofproblems but through the detection of opportunities. THE OBJECTİVES OF THE PROJECT ARE AS FOLLOWS : - Use media technologies effectively to access, store, retrieve and share content to meet their individual and community needs and interests; -Understand how and why media content is produced; -To increase participants' awareness of power of media in construction of reality, develop more critical and selective approach to media products and use media tools for creating powerful messages; -Use media creatively to express and communicate ideas, information and opinions; -Make effective use of media in the exercise of their democratic rights and çivil responsibilities. -Increase knowledge and awareness of the challenges related to migration, migrants and refugees -Identify and challenge stereotypes, prejudices and negative cultural dynamics on all sides -Promote their active citizenship and social entrepreneurship -Improve youth organizations’ capacity to work for/with migrants and refugees -Develop a larger sense of understanding and solidarity among countries We know that to work with Generation Z, we need new and innovative methods to get their attention in the learning process. In this project , our approach won’t be specially focused on problems but on opportunities. That’s because we’ll use “project based” learning which makes it innovative with its methodology .A Project Based Learning is a methodology that places the YOUTH at the center of the learning process, as the “main character” capable of generatingsolutions in response to the different opportunities and challenges posed by the society. The methodology of the project takes youth form the back seats where they are media consumers and let them drive to become media producers .Youth will be trained about digital photography , digital storytelling, online platforms and social media , after which they will be able to develop new points ofview towards the social issues around and make their own stories. OUTCOMES ARE : 1-AN ONLINE PLATFORM FOR BLENDED LEARNING :In order to guarantee a good knowledge of the instruments, tools and strategies of using virtual platforms, the experts of the project will complete the training contents of the face-to-face training through the provision of more content in the teachinglearning platform of the course. 2-BLOG/VLOG : where one can find the digital stories, videos andblog posts created by our young participants;3-A WEBSITE where the objectives of the project , the outcomes ( downloadable ), project activities , videos / photos of the meetings , LTT will be uploaded. We hope this project could be one step of the creation of a network of associations, activists, young people, volunteers, citizens and migrants too, involved aand which put effort into the creation of resilient and intercultural communities. They will enrich their understanding of the common European values as well as appreciating the origins and acceptability of the

"Rationale Our children, including children with special educational needs (SEN), have a right to an appropriate education. The aims of education for kids with SEN apply to all children. Education should be about enabling all children, in line with their abilities, to live full and independent lives so that they can contribute to their communities, equally cooperate with other people and continue to learn throughout their lives. Education was about supporting children to develop in all aspects of their lives – spiritual, moral, cognitive, emotional, imaginative, aesthetic, social and physical. We believed that the active and responsible participation of parents and families was a crucial factor in the success of children with SEN. Parents can help their children to develop an organised approach to learning, build trust and open relationships which will result in a rounded and confident child. This project aimed at developing non-formal education for parents of children with SEN and also for specialists working with children with learning difficulties who wanted to document and be informed on their recovery. Thanks to this project, parents and specialists involved in the educational process of children with SEN directly contributed to the social recovery and integration of our target group.Children with educational challenges had the opportunity to benefit from recuperative activities not only in the school environment – with therapists – but also in the family environment with parents. Methodology The innovative idea of the project started from the fact that the parents of our target group children face different stressful and existential situations (most of the time feeling socially marginalized together with their own children). We wanted to develop a WEB network at European level for parents of children with SEN and develop motivational films of development of positive thinking, because – in some case – parents were showed little concern in their own mental health but had a single goal, ""to contribute to the physical and mental development of their own child"".Together with the idea of developing positive thinking of parents with children with SEN, we developed non-formal education short movies through which they had the opportunity to learn how to work with their own child, being a continuation of the therapeutic process that the child experiences with specialists. Main objectives of the project were: [1] To make of motivational films of positive thinking and non-formal education with therapeutic examples for parents of children with SEN and for specialists wishing to benefit from continuous training; [2] Develop relations between parents-children-therapists community; [3] Improve relationships between parents and children with and without SEN or educational challenges; [4] Raise positive awareness of the local community; [5] Discover the lifestyle of parents of children with SEN; [6] Increase knowledge of new opportunities offered at an EU level, intercultural and linguistic development; [7] Develop lasting partnerships at the European level; [8] Accumulate knowledge and classification of information on children with disabilities; [9] Upgrade of non-formal education through cooperation and technology; [10] Motivate parents to communicate with their own children and to learn new options and techniques; [11] Explore particular strategies and approaches that can be employed in non-formal education [12] Establish adequate mechanisms for review and revisions of non-formal education for children with SEN. Outcomes The long term task of our project was to recognize and learn successful experiences of non-formal education for parents of children with SEN, in understanding that weaknesses could be always balanced by amazing strengths. In assisting the overall process and by striving to implement programs of non-formal education that inform our youth about the complexities and possibilities in the world of which they are part of, the project aimed to empower them to address many challenges in their own lives, providing them with endless opportunities to be inspired by the joys, wonders and mysteries of the natural world and human achievements."

"Cultural heritage is an expression of ourselves, formed by many generations before us and sculpting the identity of generations to come. It dictates many of our customs, practices, artistic impressions and values. Our cultural heritage is intertwined in our music, our languages, our mythology and religion. Our tangible heritage, history and culture in the form of monuments, shrines, churches, mosques and landmarks are permanent reminders of the importance of understanding and knowing one's heritage. In order to understand their cultural heritage, a person must see the value in it. By valuing their own cultural heritage, they begin to care about it and enjoy it more. Once they enjoy it, their heritage becomes much easier to understand and absorb. The project “Adopt Your Heritage” brought together 3 organisations and 3 schools from UK, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Turkey to help young people become more aware of their cultural prosperity, their own identity and characteristics, embedding this knowledge into future generations. The partners in this project expressed a need to promote cultural heritage not just in their schools but at a local, regional and national level through the Erasmus+ programme. By creating a wider network of teachers, youth workers and young people, the project furthered participants' understanding of their own heritage while at the same time shaping and forging a common European identity through the realisation of the similarities between neighbouring countries and embracing their cultural differences. The participants of this project were made up of students aged 15 -20 years old. During the project’s life cycle, young people become researchers, analysts, writers, video makers, journalists and more. They learned about their own cultural heritage (both tangible and intangible), shared information with their peers, created e-magazines, discovery programmes, tourist guides, brochures and played a central role in the development of the project mobile app.The project raised awareness on the cultural prosperity in their communities and in those of their peers. The students developed new skills such as social responsibility, communication, problem-solving, initiative, creativity, planning, teamwork, flexibility, tolerance and acceptance towards different cultures.Teachers/youth workers learnt about the cultures and lifestyles of their colleagues in Europe and immersed themselves in multiculturalism. The implementation of new pedagogical strategies and the use of new teaching materials acquired during the project led to changes in the curriculum, introducing an optional school curriculum that was based on the ideas implemented in this project.Teachers and youth workers researched new innovative and effective teaching methods (integrating ICT in teaching, educational apps, active teaching methods, project-based learning, cooperative and peer-learning, game-based learning, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary lessons and activities). They studied the pedagogical and methodological teaching of cultural heritage, read the latest articles, selected the best methods and teaching tools that could be used in activities during the project and in the classroom. Lesson plans were created with videos being recorded and made available to be used as an educative tool in the teaching of cultural heritage. We are confident that not only the participant organisations but also the communities in the partners’ cities and countries benefited from the implementation of this project. The established contacts with international schools increased the educational level of students and helped the integration of young people in Europe. At an international level, we had the opportunity to introduce the uniqueness of each partner’s traditions and culture. The project emphasised the learning of cultures and channelled in a positive way. We believe that, in accordance with the ""Lifelong Learning"" strategy, our project strengthened communication between our organisations, educational representatives, local and international structures. The project as a whole furthered the aims of the European Commission’s year of cultural heritage 2018."

"In its 2020 vision, the EU emphasized adult education, digital society, technology literacy and the spread of employment tools. In every society there is a certain proportion of disabled people and this is the ordinary fact of the society, however, the disabled people face big problems due to their secondary health problems caused by their disabilities, and they are insufficient to solve these problems on their own. For this reason, our project aims to integrate disabled people into social and commercial life based on traditional handicrafts. In our project, achievable targets are determined and applicable activities are designed. This is also important for the EU's 2020 vision. Our project also allows for the dissemination of good practices among partners in the EU through the ""good practice guide"".The partnership consists of six organisations that are very active for disabled people. These are: Hanta Associates LTD-UK , SUBMEET ASSOCİATİON-IT, GONDOMAR-PT, NOI-RO, AKED and HEYDER -TR. Project partnerships are made up of organisations that are active in adult adult education, and are founded to supporting and motivating disabled people in the society. The problem that the project tries to contribute to the solution of the project is as old as the history of humanity, and it has been tried to solve the problems with the understanding and opportunities of the time period, and it has been tried to determine the humanistic approaches from the day when the human rights came to the fore, and this training has become more and more apparent with our project. In our project, human dignity is supported and activities related to the integration of social and commercial life are designed without any need for others. In case of successful operations, we will also reach the specific goals we are trying to achieve. Our specific goals are;- Gaining new skills for the disabled people- Increasing the quality of life of disabled people with our project,- Being part of social and commercial life,- Reduction of secondary health problems and health expenses as a result of increased life energies,- Supporting social awareness against disability issues,- Networking and information sharing at EU level,- Strengthening the sense of EU citizenship and- Developing the capacity to establish and participate in existing organisations at transnational level in our project partners, are our special targets. Our project activities are designed to contribute to the solution of the problems of the target audience. In this context,- Traditional handicrafts,- Entrepreneurship,- Web designing,- Online face to face marketing techniques training will be given to disabled people. In our project, it is expected that disabled people will produce quality handicraft works, gain financial income through the commercial size and sale of the product and their quality of life will increase. These include innovative approaches and a ""good practice guide"" to be used in order to spread the innovative approaches at the EU level. This booklet will be delivered online or in print to the concerned, contributing to the Erasmus + visibility study besides contributing to the solution of the problems of the disabled people. The report will be prepared with the participation of all the project partners and the national reports to be prepared within the scope of the project will also be used. After the implementation of the project with the support of Erasmus + program, high quality, unique results will be obtained."
