    NICOPA is aimed to modernize curricula in precision agriculture using new technologies - Geographic Information System/GIS, big data, remote sensing- through analyzing and updating existing curricula according to educational needs; developing new certified curricula according to the new achievements in the area, the labor market demands and the Bologna Process; to test innovated curricula and to disseminate the results. NICOPA consortium consists of 16 partners plus 4 associated partners with the required expertise, educational skills and business connections. The outputs/results and products are: • Review of the current curricula in precision agriculture through analysis, •Agreement on instructional strategy and guidelines for BA/MSc curricula design including the use of new Educational Technologies • A set of new core curricula and transferable modules including innovative teaching facilities •Updated current two cycle curricula and programs in precision agriculture according to the Bologna requirements and the new developments • Developed, implemented and accredited new practice oriented, student- focused core, and transferable curricula including ECTS • Bringing the Higher Education Institutions of DZ closer to labor market. Besides that innovative teaching facilities: a new equipped laboratory PAL, a class VCR, a Precision agriculture using sensing data Service Office PASO. Focus on the content, agreed structure, new instructional strategy and the use of new educational technologies with regard to the European modernization agenda for higher education will as a whole function as the envisaged impact.

    Since HEIs perceive their prestige as closely linked to their master and doctoral programs, the lack of resources and expertise has prevented the development of a systematic and appropriate set of MSc courses in environmental health to prepare the strongly needed graduates in such disciplines. To overcome this limitation, MSc and PhD programs can strongly benefit from international cooperation and from state-of-the-art teaching technologies. Main objective of this project is strengthening research capacities in partner countries in areas of public health, promoting a sound exchange of information and building capacities between higher education institutions of European Union and Central Asia. This objective will be achieved by tuning existing doctoral studies, developing new MSc programs and implementing blended learning approach.The project will enhance the quality & relevance of higher education across European and Central Asian regions and India in the public health areas and improve their capacity for sustainable international cooperation, thus collaborating at the creating a long lasting excellence international network, to continue its activities after the end of the project period.Specific objectives:- To foster professional competences of teachers in distinctive areas of Environmental & Occupational Health and Public Health;- To revise & update existing MSc&PhD curricula in EH, OH & PH;- To develop new MSc in EH, OH&PH tailored to local needs;- To introduce new pedagogical methods & quality assurance mechanism for Master studies;- To establish educational laboratories at PC universities for graduate students;- To establish e-learning systems at PC universities to support regular students, correspondence students as well as professionals in life-long learning.We expect PC participants mastered Innovative teaching techniques, Increased academic mobility, Mutual cultural enrichment & sustainable international partnership between EU & PC partners.

    The project consist of 17 universities: 5 from Program Countries: FR, DE, LV, EST, BE; 4 from KZ, 4 from RU and 3 from BY; two stakeholders of related field: 2-from KZ, 1- from RU and 1-from BY and P1 spin-off company- P6 from DE. The overall objectives of the proposal are: to support the modernisation of the higher education (HE) in space exploration and intilligent robotic system in the targeted Universities in BY, KZ, RU through innovation of two cycles curricula in line with the new development in the area, the labour market demand and according to the Bologna Process and best practice. In relation to the output/outcomes: review/analysis of the current programmes/curricula (BA, MA) in space technologies and robotic; to upgrade current programmes/curricula inclusive ECTS; to develop a set of 14 new core curricula and 7 transferable modules; adopt/accredit on institutional/national level; to develop, publish, purchase the new tutorials, handbooks, syllabi; to develop WEB based platform; to prepare a set of documentation for ROBOLAB purchase/install the equipment; to retrain academic/non-academic teachers in new curricula and methodology; Master Classes in new curricula held in ROBOLAB; pilot teaching students in new curricula using ROBOLAB establishment; developing a set of documentation/purchasing/installing equipment; staff training/pilot operation/networking of TETRO; to address the envisaged impact: promotion of closer exchange between HEI community and labour market to meet the needs of labour market to improve training in space technologies and robotic to foster employability of educated youth and to enable networking between various stakeholders on this issue. Academic content: 21 curricula and module inclusive ECTS using updated teaching techniques and modern learning environment.

    In Kyrgyzstan, low budget of research led to massive outflow of highly qualified scientists & lowering their prestige.The quality & potential of scientific research expertise has declined leading to the mismatch of the existing scientific & innovation potential and production needs in the use of promising technologies, to the rupture of links between science & industry.The project is aimed at the strengthening research and innovation capacities in Kyrgyzstan through promotion of PhD degrees.The project consortium includeds 4 EU Universities with big expertise in research methodology and running PhD studies and 7 Kyrgyzstani Universities. The KG partner universities are the core of the active working network established during cooperation started in the project piloted by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Education & Science to introduce first PhD programs.To achieve the aim, the project consortium will conduct the following activities: 1. Modernisation of existing PhD studies and development of new innovative PhD program compliant with EU standards on specialties that are priority for the socioeconomic development of the country and meet society's needs.2. In order to enhance research competences of academic staff and to build innovative research expertise in Kyrgyzstan, the EU partners will provide comprehensive training trainers sessions PhD supervisors and teaching staff on needed topics covering Renewable Energy Technology, Agroeconomics, Public Health, Food Technology & Safety and others.3. Improvement of administration of PhD programs by training administrators of local PhD programs,4. Promotion of PhD culture amongst academic & non-academic stakeholders and wider society in Kyrgyzstan.
