This training course may be proposed by each organisation on local or european level."

"This project called ""ACTIVE CITIZENS +"" arises from the need detected by the partners involved in the implementation to reflect and innovate around the search of strategies for the promotion of active participation and citizenship of European youth and the need to promote European values in the face of the emergence and growth of Eurosceptic movements.Faced with the growing emergence of non-Europeanist movements in the continent, we believe that more than ever it is necessary to enhance social cohesion and the social inclusion of youth through active participation and citizenship, empowering young people and making them mistresses of their present and future. of your future. This is the origin of one of the innovative approaches that we want to propose with this project, emphasizing through this project the importance of strengthening ties and transactional strategies between organizations to promote European values and European citizenship. With the current movements that attack the European Union and the models of coexistence based on interculturalism, tolerance and non-racism, we believe that it is necessary to remind our young people of the origin of the European Union, so as not to make the same mistakes of past centuries and to make known the European values that guarantee a model of society based on respect, interculturality, peace and transnational cooperation. The project will implement strategies at European level and at the local level to address this aspect in an innovative way.The project aims to implement at the local level the ""ACTIVE CITIZENS SPACES +"". From this spaces the project partners will launch different actions, activities and campaigns to promote the participation and active citizenship of youth, with special emphasis to social inclusion for an integral participation of youth. From these spaces reflections on the new ways of participation in youth will be carried out in order to propose an innovative approach when promoting the active participation of youth. We intend that these spaces endure in time once the project is finished.It is expected in the Project to reach the following objectives and activities:- Start up the ""ACTIVE CITIZENS SPACES +"" in three different European countries.- Carry out three specific training actions to train workers in the field of youth and young people interested in the theme of the Project- Develop and edit one intellectual product linked to the theme of the project and of pedagogical utility for workers in the field of youth and for youth in general.- Set up a TRAVELING EXHIBITION in each of the partner countries on the origins of the European Union and the Council of Europe- Carry out a transnational meeting to prepare the project in the first months of the project.The main beneficiaries of the actions that will be developed in the project will be young people in general and young people with fewer opportunities in particular, in addition to workers in the field of youth who participate in the different training activities that will be carried out with the project. It is expected that a total of 38 people will participate in the training activities included in this project and a lot of young people participate directly or indirectly in the project, in addition to the volunteers, experts, technicians and managers of the partner organizations that will be involved in the project. the different phases of the project. "Given the current COVID-19 crisis and its social impact, we intend to launch this project that will give youth a voice and encourage active participation, especially of youth with fewer opportunities, with the aim of contributing to the construction of citizenship active and committed to the European project. This project aims to alleviate the difficulties for face-to-face and community participation that the current health crisis is causing through the creation of a EUROPEAN YOUTH COMMUNITY RADIO that offers opportunities for youth participation and empowerment. Community radio will be an educational tool that will help young people improve their skills and debate and address some key issues in the ongoing construction of the European project.This Strategic Partnership in the field of youth project entitled - EUROPEAN COMMUNITY YOUTH RADIO - aims to create a European network of organizations from different European countries, from which to promote the development of a more structured cooperation, online and offline , between different youth organizations in order to strengthen associations focusing on solidarity and inclusive democratic participation of all, with the aim of giving a voice to youth, promoting the active participation of youth and their empowerment using community radio as a tool . We will use community radio as a tool for participation and learning. We believe that community radio provides spaces to empower, develop and mainly, empower youth, so that they speak out in community life. In addition, the network and community radio will have the support of the different mobilities that arise in the development of this project.The young people who participate in the project will be involved in all its phases. Once the project begins, a youth base group will be created in each of the organizations made up of young people from the local community, guaranteeing the participation of socially disadvantaged young people who, accompanied by youth workers, will design the lines of the local base of every community radio. This group will try to involve the greatest number of young people in the development of radio, trying to involve young people who are socially disadvantaged due to geographical (rural), cultural (migrant origin, minorities) and / or economic reasons. By participating in this project, youth will have the opportunity to exercise their right to participate as a full actor in social development. Society has the duty to allow access to this full citizenship and the responsibility to count on the youth as an agent of present and future development.We will address the main areas of the youth sector: Involve. Connect. Train. We will involve youth in EU youth decision-making and seek to make their voice heard. At the same time we will connect young people and youth workers through the European community radio and the mobilities that we will carry out. And finally, we will try to empower the youth by encouraging them to take charge of their lives, giving them a voice and fostering youth cooperation.Also, the project plans to:• Hold two transnational meetings• Launch 2 training / learning activities addressing key elements of the project.• Create educational and creative resources (Podcasts) on the topics that the project will address.• Promote service-learning activities as an innovative learning tool linked to the EUROPEAN COMMUNITY YOUTH RADIO.• Promote the exchange of good practices.• Dissemination activities for the Erasmus + Program and the CES.In the implementation of the project we will use an active and participatory methodology linked to non-formal education. We will also use an innovative methodology called ""Service-Learning"". Service-learning is a methodology oriented to education for citizenship, inspired by active pedagogies and compatible with other educational strategies. In this project it is also conceived as a method to unite learning and social commitment: learning to be competent by being useful to others.It is expected that a total of 36 people will participate in the European training actions that appear in this project and that directly or indirectly in the project about 600 people will participate in childhood, adolescence, youth, in addition to volunteers, experts, technicians and managers of the partner entities that will be involved in the different phases of the project.The project will involve 6 entities with extensive experience at the local and European level from France, Portugal, Italy, the Republic of North Macedonia, Germany and Spain and will have a total duration of 26 months, starting on May 31, 2021."

<< Objectives >>The project aims to promote civic activism and stimulate youth participation by supporting local young people in the co-creation of sustainable solutions to common environmental, economic and social problems. Through the participatory methodological approach of co-creation, the project aims also to enhance the skills of youth workers and small local organizations, and to raise the awareness of the larger local communities on sustainability and civic engagement.<< Implementation >>After a horizontal self-training workshop on non-formal methodologies for co-creation with staff members and local youth workers, participatory and democratic co-creation pilot projects will be implemented in each local context. Groups of òocal youths aged 18-30 will be guided by youth workers and staff members in the research, design and implementation of creative, innovative and sustainable solutions to common problems and specific needs of their communities.<< Results >>The project aims to:- Expand the theoretical-practical co-creation skills of 6 youth workers- Stimulate 30 young people to civic activism and offer them practical, useful skills for their future careers or entrepreneurial projects.- Create a practical manual containing the non-formal co-creation methodologies and the case studies of the project- Implement 3 mobilities for the capacity building of partner organizations- Sensitize 3 local communities to sustainability and civic participation.

<< Objectives >>The main objective of this project is to train youth workers to approach the inclusion topic through radio as a methodology to work on interculturality and as a tool to raise awareness among the population. To do so, we will investigate the local realities of discriminated groups in each country and we will involve them in the creation of intercultural content for the radio, in order to make them visible and give voice to the different existing cultures.<< Implementation >>At the beginning of the project it will take place a Kick Off Meeting, then the following trainings will be implemented: Intercultural communication and use of the radio, Techniques and tools of group dynamization to favor intercultural learning, and a training on intercomprehension. Periodic podcasts will also be created with the collaboration of discriminated groups where the acquired knowledge will be reflected. At the end of the project there will be a final group evaluation.<< Results >>The main result of the project will be the radio contents created monthly, which will reflect all the work invested in the project and everything learned during the trainings. About the youth workers we expect to see an increase in their competencies and knowledge about the inclusion of discriminated groups, while we hope that these groups will feel empowered, listened to and visible, generating a positive impact on them and on society.
