Often a support of the same and in response to growing unemployment, numerous are those committed to making artifacts at home. The context analysis document shows a significant market increased by the use of technologies, often undeclared work not tangibly monitored by statistics.Estimates and analyzes are present in the project documents: Career Pathways. There has been little reporting of the role and tax sector. Lack of a training model useful for women who started or undertook the development towards a real micro business. Therefore, it was important to find useful training models for this new emerging sector to provide future builders with career guidance and mentoring frameworks to help them focus their goals on a sustainable horizon. The “Florà: handmade with an accent on Europe” project was conducted KA2 Strategic Partnership Archives: exchange of good practices. He sought to provide common ground for the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the different types of participation involved and to develop a network for transnational cooperation. The project is focused on the education mainly necessary for the woman who wishes to increase her micro-business. He addressed one of the eight specific key competences in the European Council Recommendation n. 2006/962 / CE, the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The Florà project encouraged women to become entrepreneurs by facilitating the control of a micro business, related to the European policies of the 2020 entrepreneurship action plan. The partnership included five members: A network of women entrepreneurs (Czech Republic) and adult training (Italy, Spain, Poland and Bulgaria), who cooperated together to effectively fulfill all the tasks of the project. The main objective of the project was to analyze the actual knowledge and skills of adults in the field of self-entrepreneurship, to learn from the experience and good practices of the partner countries and to design training models suited to the needs of the Producers sector. The career guide, and operational tools, is useful for future European hadmakers to support other women. In order to achieve all the planned objectives, the partners undertook several stages. An analysis of the context and the drafting of a main course. Calibrated training on the participants. A guide now available in five languages. It can be easily downloaded in PDF format from the project website www.handmade-flora.com. The paper includes the following chapters: introduction to the concept of self-entrepreneurship in the sector; skills needed to become handmakers; tools; ICT and E commerce, social media marketing; management; financial discipline; canvas for mentoring. In addition, the guide includes success stories and conclusions. The project brought added value to the EU ecosystem and had an impact on the participants, participants, target groups and relevant stakeholders, by completing the following detailed objectives:(1) creation of a transnational project consortium and development of a network for transnational cooperation which facilitates the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the different types of participation involved in adult education and entrepreneurship (not only partner instructions , but also the network of institutions);(2) facilitate the exchange of good practices in the field of design and implementation of the business model;(3) helping target groups to increase their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and increase professional development opportunities by promoting the transition to micro-enterprise and knowledge and implementation skills. The main output, the guide, can be used by other women who involve this job or who transforms it into a micro enterprise. In addition, the path of the carrier can be a useful material for policy-makers in reconsidering the role of women in the family economy and improving some tax and facilitation aspects towards this type of self-entrepreneurship. Therefore, it seems crucial to consider inverse statistics with a view to promoting equal opportunities. Reconsidering the mentoring model as one of the initial stages to support the training and training of women often in contexts of poverty or with economic difficulties. The project, in fact, continued thanks to the implementation developed by Creativi108 in Albania. Korce women are currently continuing the implementation of the mentoring and sharing economy model with temporary shop.

To do so, Europe must identify and invest in new sources of smart, sustainable and inclusive growth drivers to take up the baton. Much of our future prosperity will depend on how we use our resources, knowledge and creative talent to spur innovation. Building on our rich and diverse cultures, Europe must pioneer new waysAccording to the recommendations of an EU Report - Gender Equality in the Media Sector DG Internal Policies (2018)) ….’ … A key priority must be to counteract the discriminatory norms and attitudes, including unconscious biases that contribute to ongoing failures to address gender inequality effectively. Social campaigns, education programmes, and more targeted training and awareness-raising (including for industry decision-makers) to promote egalitarian values and practices should be supported through funding and promotion at the national and European level. Industry decision-makers should be made aware of the business case for more gender equal and diverse workforces in media industries; namely, that the resulting media content is likely to appeal to a wider variety of consumers…’The statistics collected by Skillset and Women in Film and Television show that the presence of female voices on television and screen has been steadily declining since 2006. The reports on gender Equalities for directors in the European film industry (2006-2013) shows that is a significant under-representation of female directors in all level of film industry; Only one in 5 films in 7 European countries is directed by woman. The vast of majority funding (84%) go into films that are not directed by woman. The high proportion of female graduates shows that the talent exists but the potential is not fully exploited by the industry. The project will initially Map the existing situation in relation to women in the media, particular woman in FILM MAKING and highlight areas of good practice. This will give a clearer picture of the current situation on women and employment opportunities in the FILM MAKING sector of the creative industries.Following the Mapping exercise the project will develop a suite of on-line training materials specifically designed to help women understand the diverse nature of the cultural sector, what skills and jobs are needed and through digital training equip the woman with a selection of those skills. For example, the project will cover; a route to careers in video editing and writing and presenting for film, TV and radio. The project will also develop an Internet-based Platform to provide on-line support and interventions as they are a vital link in the horizon of integrated services for women in the creative industries to enhance their progress and their inclusion in this under-represented sector. The content of the Platform will support and promote the training programme for women. By developing a new Platform of access, information and multidisciplinary support a holistic support and training package for women can be achieved. The Project will directly impact the communities of women, teachers/trainers and professionals and tutors involved and stakeholders interested in the development of skills in the cultural sector. In the short term, the Project will also raise the awareness of both training centres and public authorities that have to implement this area for women. It is envisaged that the project will reach around 2,000 women throughout Europe via a wide range of targeted dissemination activities.

The recent Covid-19 pandemic is a sombre reminder of the relevance and the necessity of digital technology for variety of businesses and sectors: from health to retail, from manufacturing to education”. It is stated at this survey that European firms lag the US in the adoption of digital technologies. Only 66% of manufacturing firms in the EU, compared to 78% in the US, report adopting at least one digital technology. The EU’s firms lag behind the US’ companies in improving business processes related to the digitalization of activities. The reasons we apply for this project are:1.The digital transformation of European businesses is vital to the EU's competitiveness. In particular, this applies to the digital transformation of education, including in-company training.2.The digital transformation of education is important both for training organizations and for enterprises, their employees and that part of population of working age that is looking for a job.3.The Covid-19 pandemic affected almost any organization and person in EU, forcing businesses to reorganize their operations, most of them implementing on-the-go information and communication technologies allowing remote work. These forms of work and operations are likely to persist for a long time.4.The magnitude of the necessity to digitalize the business becomes clear from the Eurostat data. In the beginning of 2019 there were almost 25.3 million active enterprises with more than 131 million persons employed in EU-27. The EU’s population was estimated at 446.8 million, while the persons considered to be of working age (15 to 64 years old) accounted to 64.6% of the population. 10.8% of EU’s adults (population aged 25 to 64) participated in formal and non-formal education and training. Thus, we can estimate more than 20 million adults will participate some form of education and training during 2021 and next years. Upon the pandemic situations probably more of them in digital form.5.We want to contribute to the EU’s firms competitiveness catching up in the digitalization of business and activities, especially in the area of adults education and training.6.We believe that the digital transformation of the adult education must take place in organized way, transforming an adult education institution into Digital Education Enterprise. That's why we called our project “Digital Education Enterprise”.By this project we plan to address the needs of:1.Development of Digital Education Enterprise’s business model and processes2.Development of Digital Transformation Plan that will reengineer an adult education organization, including in-company one, into Digital Education Enterprise3.Implementing the plan in this project participating organizations4.Business model for aligning the adults training programs to the needs and opportunities offered by the labor market and specific organizations5.Implementation of innovative practices for digital education services based on best practice and ISO-standards for service management6.Purposeful use of digital technology in adult education, training, teaching and learning<< Objectives >>By this project we want to achieve:1.Creation of Digital Education Enterprise business model and processes2.Creation of Digital Transformation Plan that will help the adults education and training organizations to reengineer their usual way of working to the Digital Education Enterprise business model.3.Implementation of the Digital Education Enterprise business model and processes in the organizations participating this project in an appropriate manner4.Creation of a Business model for aligning the adults training programs to the needs and opportunities offered by the labor market and specific organizations. This model will implement “the producer” concept, placing the organizations that need a specific program, corresponding to the needs and opportunities of the labor market, as well as to the requirements of specific enterprises, to be in the role of producer of digital learning content.5.Implementation of best practice for digital education services delivery based on ISO-standards for service management, like ISO 20000-1 SMS, because adults’ education is a service itself. This best practice shall provide a complete set of processes.6.Transfer of the digital pedagogy and expertise in the use of digital tools for teachers, including accessible and assistive technologies and the creation and innovative use of digital education content, developed by the grant agreement 2020-1-BG01-KA226-VET-095108, where part of this project members participate.7.Sharing the results of this project to the public and interested parties upon the Erasmus+ rules.8.Improved digital competitiveness.<< Implementation >>We will perform the following activities:1.Project management activititesWe will apply the principles, themes and processes of PRINCE2 project management method during the pre-project stage, along the project life cycle stages, and for the post-project stage.
