The four countries involved – Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, and Norway – show different trends in the EU employment rate of the population aged 20 to 64 (data from 2002 to 2017), as recently published by Eurostat. Italy’s data are well below the EU averages. This is why two participants to this project come from Italy: I.I.S.S. Pio La Torre is coordinating this project with the experienced partner CEIPES supporting the development of IOs and the national dissemination. Data from Portugal and Bulgaria show fluctuating trends, recently in line with the EU average. Norway’s data settle well above the EU average. However, a look at the youth data (population aged 15 to 24) shows an alarming decline for all countries. The high level of diversity of education systems, different promotion of local/regional/national employability and caring of sustainable future in entrepreneurial instruction and work-based learning strategies at secondary school, makes this choice an excellent selection of countries participating the project. Moreover, the variety of languages implies a great influence of achieved results and larger access by European students and teachers. Today, students need to be goal-oriented, creative, and able to solve problems and come up with innovations, in order to be future responsible European citizens and workers. This project will foster in young students the development of specific know-how, linguistic and socio-relational skills necessary for searching or creating job opportunities in a rapidly evolving sustainable Europe. Within this project, professional development will take place through sharing good practices and experiences among teachers, students and experts in the field of entrepreneurship and sustainability at European level. Secondary aims of this project are to develop critical thinking, communication, financial literacy, and very important collaboration skills supporting entrepreneurial education and sustainability. The project will engage a total number of 24 teachers/educators and 48 students in a short-time mobility program (transnational learning, teaching or training activities):1) Short-term joint staff training events (Professional development in entrepreneurial education and sustainability) involving school staff (teachers, educators, administrative personnel). Each school will participate with 4 people and each association with 2, for a 3 day-long mobility. The course will be held in Trondheim in July 2020.2) Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils (Training students on entrepreneurship and sustainability for a duration of 5 days - travel excluded): 8 students with 2 accompanying teachers (10 people) for each school should participate in this exchange program in the three schools:a) Thora Storm videregående Skole, Trondheim, Norway (10 participants from Portugal + 10 participants from Italy), in September2020.b) Recursos Futuros, Lisbon, Portugal (10 participants from Italy + 10 participants from Norway), in October 2020.c) IISS Pio La Torre, Palermo, Italy (10 participants from Portugal + 10 participants from Norway), in November 2020.The project will develop the following intellectual outputs:- IO1: Collection of open educational resources in the field of sustainability and youth entrepreneurship.- IO2: Development of learning paths for teachers and students training in sustainability and entrepreneurial education.- IO3: Pilot study on student learning in entrepreneurship and sustainability.- IO4: E-learning platform in the field of entrepreneurial education and sustainability. The short-time mobility program and the development of IOs will mutually support each other. In particular, the first two IOs will support the activities to be carried out during the short-time mobility program. The experience collected by the teachers will be fundamental into the definition and achievement of the IO3 and for finalizing the IO4. The project will support transnational meetings and one multiplier event for each partner.Long term benefits: The project will extend the training to all interested people from other countries by means of an e-learning platform (IO4) on the topics outlined above freely available on the internet. Our objectives involve events and activities that will continue after the project, such as those events organized in conjunction with NGOs and local industries. Moreover, we would like to continue using the products and results of the project as a basis for future activities and as learning materials for students of other courses.

Often a support of the same and in response to growing unemployment, numerous are those committed to making artifacts at home. The context analysis document shows a significant market increased by the use of technologies, often undeclared work not tangibly monitored by statistics.Estimates and analyzes are present in the project documents: Career Pathways. There has been little reporting of the role and tax sector. Lack of a training model useful for women who started or undertook the development towards a real micro business. Therefore, it was important to find useful training models for this new emerging sector to provide future builders with career guidance and mentoring frameworks to help them focus their goals on a sustainable horizon. The “Florà: handmade with an accent on Europe” project was conducted KA2 Strategic Partnership Archives: exchange of good practices. He sought to provide common ground for the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the different types of participation involved and to develop a network for transnational cooperation. The project is focused on the education mainly necessary for the woman who wishes to increase her micro-business. He addressed one of the eight specific key competences in the European Council Recommendation n. 2006/962 / CE, the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The Florà project encouraged women to become entrepreneurs by facilitating the control of a micro business, related to the European policies of the 2020 entrepreneurship action plan. The partnership included five members: A network of women entrepreneurs (Czech Republic) and adult training (Italy, Spain, Poland and Bulgaria), who cooperated together to effectively fulfill all the tasks of the project. The main objective of the project was to analyze the actual knowledge and skills of adults in the field of self-entrepreneurship, to learn from the experience and good practices of the partner countries and to design training models suited to the needs of the Producers sector. The career guide, and operational tools, is useful for future European hadmakers to support other women. In order to achieve all the planned objectives, the partners undertook several stages. An analysis of the context and the drafting of a main course. Calibrated training on the participants. A guide now available in five languages. It can be easily downloaded in PDF format from the project website www.handmade-flora.com. The paper includes the following chapters: introduction to the concept of self-entrepreneurship in the sector; skills needed to become handmakers; tools; ICT and E commerce, social media marketing; management; financial discipline; canvas for mentoring. In addition, the guide includes success stories and conclusions. The project brought added value to the EU ecosystem and had an impact on the participants, participants, target groups and relevant stakeholders, by completing the following detailed objectives:(1) creation of a transnational project consortium and development of a network for transnational cooperation which facilitates the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the different types of participation involved in adult education and entrepreneurship (not only partner instructions , but also the network of institutions);(2) facilitate the exchange of good practices in the field of design and implementation of the business model;(3) helping target groups to increase their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and increase professional development opportunities by promoting the transition to micro-enterprise and knowledge and implementation skills. The main output, the guide, can be used by other women who involve this job or who transforms it into a micro enterprise. In addition, the path of the carrier can be a useful material for policy-makers in reconsidering the role of women in the family economy and improving some tax and facilitation aspects towards this type of self-entrepreneurship. Therefore, it seems crucial to consider inverse statistics with a view to promoting equal opportunities. Reconsidering the mentoring model as one of the initial stages to support the training and training of women often in contexts of poverty or with economic difficulties. The project, in fact, continued thanks to the implementation developed by Creativi108 in Albania. Korce women are currently continuing the implementation of the mentoring and sharing economy model with temporary shop.
more_vert assignment_turned_in ProjectPartners:TK FORMAZIONE SRL, Valero s.r.o., BULGARIAN DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, University of Bucharest, Crystal Presentations Ltd +1 partnersTK FORMAZIONE SRL,Valero s.r.o.,BULGARIAN DEVELOPMENT AGENCY,University of Bucharest,Crystal Presentations Ltd,MUGFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2014-1-CZ01-KA200-002019Funder Contribution: 217,875 EURThe economic crisis revealed serious gaps in financial literacy of citizens of the EU. Countries as well as individuals executing poor financial management steps contribute to global economic instability. The need for higher financial literacy of the EU population was expressed by the European Commission in 2008 when the Expert Group on Financial Education was set up. The rising indebtedness on both individual and national level within the EU is only a one of the facts proving the need for more joint effort concerning improvement of financial literacy of the EU citizens. The FLY project has several objectives. In the most general perspective, the project aims to contribute to the following European development strategies:• Europe 2020 Strategy o Target 4 – Education o Target 5 – Fighting poverty and social exclusion Financial education was articulated by the European Commission to be a necessary part of the process of lifelong learning. The goals of the FLY project are: • corresponding with the goals of the Erasmus+ programme also in the field of sustainable development of higher education and in education of adults, as the project aims at a spectrum of target groups. • in line with the Erasmus+ programme’s objectives through its European level and in its focus on development of new, modern and sustainable open educational resources and tools. • increased levels of financial literacy. • raised awareness of risks of poor personal financial management. The consortium of partners consists of consulting, training and educational private companies and non-profit training and educational centres and universities. The partnership possesses the required expertise to cover all phases and aspects of the project. The consortium is composed of partners from the Czech Republic, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania and the United Kingdom. The FLY project performed through activities covered within the Project Management and Implementation budget and the budget for Intellectual Outputs. Two Intellectual Outputs were produced. The first Output is the E-Course on Financial Education, being the interactive e-learning tool to be used by the target groups for assessing and improving their levels of financial literacy. Two activities were performed within this Output – in the first phase, participating organisations developed the content of three independent e-learning modules of the E-Course, each designated for one target group (secondary education students, higher education students, adults). In the second phase, the E-Course on Financial Literacy was delivered. The second Intellectual Output was the Raising Awareness Campaign, comprising of activity focused on identification of target groups to be involved in the Raising Awareness Workshops and in the Campaign. Workshops were the last activity in this Output, preceded by activity on forming the content of the Workshops. The methodology used in the FLY project address the needs of the modern trends in education, including digitalisation of learning and the preference of personal approach in teaching. The main output – the E-Course on Financial Education - is a free distance learning tool, designed and produced by experts on financial literacy and IT. Personal approach to target groups during the Raising Awareness Campaign complements the complex methodology used for this project. The results achieved include:• creation of the E-Course on Financial Literacy• identification of target groups for the purposes of the Raising Awareness Campaign• advertisement materials of the Campaign produced and distributed• a series of Workshops conducted at schools and in companies• Raising Awareness Campaign carried out Thanks to these results accomplished, the following impact is envisaged. On European level, countries will benefit from more responsible consumer behaviour of citizens which would support also the economic development of EU. The field of financial education will be better understood on both international and national levels. The project will contribute to implementation of national strategies on financial education in the project countries. On individual level, the level of financial literacy of participants will increase and they will also be more aware of the risks of poor financial management. From the perspective of longer terms benefits, the FLY project will extend its impact beyond the time schedule of the project thanks to its linkage to the national strategies on financial education. The outputs produced will remain available to be used by individuals and organisations and institutions such as schools or companies in order to continue educating their students and employees. Increased financial literacy is considered to be another crucial element benefiting individuals, countries and the EU as a complex community.

The project ""Technology from everyone to each one of us"" aims to create an augmentative communication tool, from which anyone, with learning difficulties or not, can communicate in countries other than their own, with the use of pictograms instead of written words. The group, through its vast experience, knows that it is much more difficult to make children or people with learning difficulties of different natures able to learn or to read, in opposition to learn a set of pictograms representing words, these pictograms are designed so that the user can intuitively select the desired word/expressions.The institutions participating in the project add different value and complement each others points of view. It was important to find institutions that present diversity, NGOs, Regular High Schools, Higher Education Schools and a Technological School. They will function as comparison elements, control groups at the time of evaluation of the developed outputs. Each give a different cultural perspective due to geographic disposition and social function. We intend to have the participation of different know-how, different approaches and ways to test the applicability of the application. One of the criteria to be accepted in the project was to designate a team of maximum 5 people, able people in the following functions (with experience or hyer degree formation in the case of communication responsible): local project coordinator, budget manager, graphic production manager, pedagogic responsible , responsible for the application development, responsible for communication between institutions (in english), and responsible for activities. The institutions in the project are: High Schools: Agrupamento de Escolas de Aljustrel – PT IES Juan del Enzina–SP NGOs: Bulgarian Development Agency – BG Associazione N.E.T Networking Education & Training – IT Association for Developing Voluntary Work Novo Mesto - SL Professional Schools: Escola de Tecnologias, Criação e Inovação do Algarve – PT Universities; Uiversity of Thessaly – GR Collegium Balticum - PL It is intended that this technological product created mainly for children, is also usable by the elderly, adults, people and children with special needs. The application can be used in any language of any country to communicate, it will use pictograms to translate feelings, emotions, questions, statements, etc. The partners, in collaboration, will develop technologies using pictograms that can activate the audio of the word represented in the native language intended by the users. The pictograms and layout will be common to all the partner projects. All the technology produced will be of free use to everyone interested in it. Any reader or non-reader can use the application. Methodology The meetings will happen monthly using distal communication with the development of the project in all the partner institutions. The learning acquired in the distal mode will be applied in the institutions and evaluated by the different groups of work. The assessment of the applicability of the developed technologies will occur in each partner institution collaborating in the project. Each partner will develop the technology in their own language, which will be used later on by the partners in monitorization activities in loco. Objectives of the project: • Improve the teaching and learning of languages and promote the broad linguistic diversity in the EU and sensibility to different cultures; • Promote improvement in terms of quality, innovation, excellence and internationalization in the educational institutions, namely through the promotion of transnational cooperation between the education and training institutions and other parts with interest in it; • Develop projects in the institutions to optimize the use of ICT as mechanisms that allow the intercultural mobility and share. • Promote the technologic inclusion as a facilitator. • Promote projects developed by the institutions that use technological resources. • Discover the words/expressions most needed to engage in communication. • Create the European Pictogram Communication Language (EPCL). • Create the EPCL Translator (Mobile Application). The application has the ability to continue to grow, to update and to add content, it will never be truly finished, as it can be adapted and customized by anyone with average ICT knowledge. It is expected to impact how we communicate and how young children and those with learning disabilities learn by the use of the application, starting the communication of each and every one in foreign language."
