"<< Background >>The third sector has been affected by the Covid19 pandemic in a way never seen before. Many of our programs and services were suddenly and indefinitely restricted. As a result, third sector organisations have had to reinvent ourselves in order to continue offering a quality service to our target groups. This reinvention has generated new training needs, particularly among management personnel, as they are responsible for the formulation and implementation of the organisation's strategy. This is confirmed by the results of the transnational survey carried out by the project partners as part of the needs assessment for this project, in which 119 people with management positions in third sector organisation from 18 EU countries participated. To the question “In which areas do you currently need more training?”, 68.91% answered “digitalisation” and 65.55% “resilience”. To the question ""Why do you think that the training opportunities available to you do not suit your needs?"", 47.06% answered ""I have not found training opportunities on these topics"" and 44.54% ""They are not adapted to the needs of third sector organisations.""<< Objectives >>The aim of the project is to respond to the identified training needs by creating and disseminating across the EU first e-learning platform, open and multilingual, on digitalisation and resilience for directors and managers of the third sector organisations.<< Implementation >>During the 24-month project, the project partners will: 1) Organise the project kickoff meeting to revise the Work Plan and establish the guidelines for the development of the e-learning content.2) Produce the first version of the e-learning platform and contents in English. 3) Translate the first version of the e-learning platform and contents to 7 languages (Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Portuguese and Romanian). 4) Test the first version of the e-learning platform and contents with directors and managers of third sector organisations from 7 EU countries (Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Portugal and Romania). 5) Organise a second transnational meeting to evaluate the results from the testing. 6) Improve the e-learning platform and contents based on the results from the testing. 7) Translate and publish the final improved version of the e-learning platform and contents in 8 languages (English, Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Portuguese and Romanian). 8) Organise a third transnational meeting to plan the implementation of the project’s Dissemination Plan and Sustainability Plan.9) Organise 8 multiplier events in all the countries represented in the project in order to present the e-learning platform and contents to potential users and stakeholders. 10) Implement a very ambitious dissemination plan to reach, at least: 4.000 third sector organisations, 60 platform and networks representing third sector organisations, 180 providers of continuing VET for directors and managers of third sector organisations, 100 policymakers in the field of VET, and 180 local, regional and national media across the EU.<< Results >>The main project result will be: The first open and multilingual e-learning platform on digitalisation and resilience for directors and managers of third sector organisations. The e-learning platform will be accessible from computers, tablets and smartphones. The platform will be available in 8 languages (English, Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Portuguese and Romanian) and it will contain:1) Online Course for directors and managers of third sector organisations on how to formulate, finance and execute strategies to make their organisations more resilient through the use of ICT. 2) Online Assessment Tool to evaluate the learning outcomes from the online course.3) Online Toolkit (set of tools and supporting materials) to facilitate the formulation and implementation of digital transformation strategies.4) Social Media channels in 8 languages (English, Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Portuguese and Romanian) for directors and managers of third sector organisations to exchange their experiences in the digital transformation of their organisations. 5) Good Practices section for those interested to share their good practices in making their organisations more resilient through the use of ICT."
