    >Experience and skills required to understand environmental health risks and design,implement and evaluate potential solutions from the foundations of environment literacy.The concept of One Health is a multidisciplinary field,and it has become necessary to develop new programs and interventions.With this project,it was aimed to change the behavior of adult individuals in the fields of knowledge,attitude and green skills in environmental literacy with adult education techniques&innovative methods>There are work packages for project management, ONE HEALTH Environment Open Platform, Trainer's Guide Development, Implementation and Evaluation, Environmental Literacy Material Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Within the scope of the project, 4 trainers from each partner will be trained with the developed and standard trainer guide. These trainers will train 100 adults in their own countries as the primary target group.Promotion, Tree Planting and Plant Ownership etc. will be done.>In the short term,a standard quality adult education environmental literacy educational and participatory training program, guide, materials and platform will be obtained and these trainings will be held in 3 countries.Project promotion activities to raise awareness of environmental health in communities and multi-sectoral activities to place the concept of One Health.In the long term,environmental literacy lessons project outputs will be used and maintained,especially at project partners HRU&GU

    "This project’s target group is young adults educators and young adults, age 18-30. It is difficult for young adults to find jobs because they often lack of experience, it is difficult to integrate into continuously changing life and work environment. According to official statistics, the highest unemployment rates were noted in Greece (20.9 percent in 2017) and Spain (16.3 percent), the unemployment rate in Portugal is 7.9 percent, Lithuania – 8.1 percent. Project “Integration of Young Adults into the Labor Market Through Cultural Heritage” will help in getting to know the most important places or traditions of other countries, provide young adults with the necessary information for integration, self-confidence, inspire and motivate them and strengthen the competences for collaboration. For example, while knowing the cultural history and traditions of other country, the project participant would easier integrate into the cultural and social context of other country, will get a job or will create a job place by himself.For this project three objects of cultural heritage are chosen: old-towns, traditional songs and dances, traditional food. The project team is going to promote the cultural values of each country, demonstrate what kind of jobs can be found or created in every area and field of the project. Every partner will ensure the promotion of each project activity to increase the awareness of the project ideas.All the activities will be included into a cognitive, entertaining, educational video, a competition ""Create virtual cultural labor market"" will be organized. International partners were chosen according to their experience in adult education, solving the unemployment issues, being experts in their fields.The project outputs and the project results, conclusions will be represented via social media, internet blog and articles."

    In our recent century all European people fulfill all their needs via social media. Changes and developments of digital world caused internet to be one of the platforms in which malevolent people to use corrupted online content all over the World. That’s why, besides its too much benefits, the internet comprises many risks within. Our aim in our project is not to introduce digital tools, but to create awareness in adults about the dangers encountered in using social media tools.Our target audience is all adults, but our priority is the social, economic and educational level of adults, who are unable to get acquainted with information and communication technologies during the formal education era. Because these adults don’t know how to use internet consciously and in a safe manner and have lack of information about digital life. In our project, a course module program has been prepared in order to be used in skills training for adults to use social media consciously and safely. In this process, information and documents were shared with our project partners, the draft module was prepared first, and then implementation of this draft module program was done. The results of the pilot implementation of this draft module program was completed in the countries of all the project partners were analyzed by pre-test, post-test and satisfaction surveys and the module was finalized. Education and learning activities of this project were be followed through with activities comprised with the new point of view. It was planned to support of lifelong learning culture and at the end of the study we believe it is a project that will support lifelong learning. At the end of the project we saw that adults who acquire the ability to use safe of social media can criticize and query while they watch films, soap operas, ads play computer games, use web sites and surf on the net. After te courses they can recognize whether the information is right or not, harmful or useful, safe or risky. Throughout the World, EU countries are practicing different kinds of implementations and projects to eradicate these problems. This module is include EU standards and norms in support of catching the standards and producers in application of adult education. It was support these studies with briefing, guidance and counseling services. Individuals who have gained in motivation common training and formal education associated with about EU projects in the future will be provided.In the future, they are expected to be motivated individuals to participate in non-formal education and training related to EU projects.There were 5 partners and a local partner in this project. Our local partner was from Golbasi- Ankara called “Chamber Of Tradesmen And Craftsmen”. This organization was important for the dissemination of the project. Our partners were Poland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy. Our partners have successfully worked for years in different EU co-funded projects in order to build and develop innovative training and during those years they have constituted experienced team which includes project managers, researchers, trainers, VET experts, IT and e learning specialists. Our outputs are: *scanning the literature about safe and conscious use of social media, *the training module, *pre-tests/ post-tests, satisfaction survey, *documents that were be used in web sites,*articles, cds, flyers, brochures that were be used in dissemination activities.The training module, pre-tests/ post-tests, satisfaction survey, web site were be prepared in 7 languages English, Turkısh, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Greek, Portuguese. English were be common language.As a result we have developed a teaching module to provide adults with high-quality learning opportunities through innovative methods. This study is supported with dissemination efforts such as seminars, meetings, posters, brochures, CDs and Web sites with information, awareness-raising.

    The economic and social crisis that Europe faced after Covid-19 severely hit the labour market and unemployment rates are increasing. In this scenario, the aim of EU is to ensure that the right to training and lifelong learning, becomes a reality all across Europe, from cities to remote and rural areas, to the benefit of everyone. The Commission is placing skills at the heart of the EU policy agenda, steering investment in people and their skills for a sustainable recovery after the coronavirus pandemic. Unemployment is particularly high among women and young people and this situation is exacerbated among disabled women who face a double discrimination: as women and as disabled people. In addition, these women are more vulnerable because of issues related to health-work balance, limited availability for training and access to resources, accessibility barriers, mental or psychological problems among others. Through the project, to offer new opportunities and innovative instruments to physical and sensory disabled women for improving their qualifications and thus their levels of employability. Thanks to an European cooperation established by an appropriate mix of complementary organisations coming from different fields but sharing characteristics and objectives, this instrument introduces new methodologies and tools to make easier the training access, assessment and development of competences and their transference to the labour context. So, the general objective of READY WOMEN project is to offer new opportunities and innovative instruments to adult women with disabilities for improving their qualifications and thus their levels of employability and integration into the labour market, mainly through training actions related to the New Yields of Employment (NYE) and emerging sectors. This innovative training program for social inclusion of disabled women through access to new yields of employment met the following specific objectives:Develop a qualitative study on relations between disabled women (mainly physical, organic and sensory disabilities) and employment opportunities on the NYE and the emerging sectors in each of the European regions covered by the project. Design of contents for implementation of a transnational training course aimed to staff partners on how to teach and train on basic & professional competences and soft skills for women with physical and sensory disabilities.Development of educational content and subsequent implementation of a specific training course in basic & professional competences and soft skills aimed to facilitate the access to employment in NYE for disabled women, as well as training the use of ITCs. Development of Virtual Community of European women with disabilities and training for employment in NYE, putting them in contact each other and with other disabled women already employed, in order to share experiences, knowledge, training, etc. It will be also uploaded to the site the educational content developed for wide spreading.Pilot implementation of accompanying process to access to employment for participant disabled womenDisseminate results, training programme and tools created at national and transnational levels.Establish an evaluation Plan, report and improvement recommendation to implement the designed training programmeREADY WOMEN project, was implemented by an association of 10 organisations from 7 countries (Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Spain and Turkey).In general, the target participants of the project were women with fewer opportunities because their disability and low qualification. Specifically, READY WOMEN Project piloted its training program with two main target group: with women with physical and sensory disabilities but also with other associated disabilities (intellectual, mental…). More than 200 women with physical and/or sensory disabilities participated in the different phases/activities. Also more than 50 trainers and educators tested the training programme and the results were disseminated to more than 200.000 people which have brought the following results:-1 training program for social inclusion of disabled women through access to NYE.-Qualitative study REPORT on relations between disabled women and employment opportunities on the NYE available in 8 languages.-Contents and implementation of a transnational training course aimed to staff partners on how to teach and train on basic & professional competences and soft skills for women with physical disabilities. -Virtual Community of European women with disabilities and training for employment in NYE ( more than 136 registered women).-Piloting: Training courses (108 women) and accompanying process to employment for participant disabled women ( 80 women).-7 Multiplier events and 1 Final conference attended for more than 200 stakeholders.

    The effects of chemical accidents disasters in industrial complex do not stop at national borders. The accidents that occurred in Schweizerhalle (Switzerland) and Baia Mare (Romania) are just examples. EU and Turkish citizens can be seriously affected by accidents in neighbouring countries. Therefore it is necessary to co-operate internationally and to aim at a high level of protection, prevention and preparedness also in non-EU countries. The strengthening of public authorities and providing a level playing field for industry are welcome side-effects of this cooperation. (The Seveso Directive, Environment Directorate General of the European Commission ('DG Environment')).There is a need to identify and tackle chemical accident prevention, preparedness and response. In order to decrease the effects of chemical accidents, the task is to examine best practices in this area and thereby to develop a professional profile who can manage together with local policymakers’ security, health, education, and emergency and safety concerns. In order to be successful in the search and rescue works in chemical disasters, it is necessary to use modern instruments in parallel with the modern technological advancements, to carry out these works in a planned and coordinated way using well trained professional search and rescue teams, to improve the efficiency of the institutions of vocational education and to increase the cooperation among universities, SMEs, companies, research and development centres and relevant stakeholders. In particular the aim of the project is to create a new profile and develop a Training Modules (EQF level 8) for professionals working specific sectors such as Security, Health, Emergency, Crisis Management Search and Rescue.Regardless of the type, risk,potential or quantity of hazardous chemical or substance involved, all Disaster and Emergency Agencies and companies like KARDEMİR and KARABÜK AFAD must have knowledge about the measures to reduce the potential for chemical accident and have a plan for responding to this. So the project that will be implemented between the dates 2016 and 2018 aims to:• To improve the effectiveness of the institutions offering education on the search and rescue experts, staff and personnel and to increase the strategic partnership between among universities, SMEs, companies, R&D centres and other stakeholders within the scope of the chemical disaster management.• Increase partner countries’ understanding of issues related to chemical accident prevention and preparedness• Improve the capacity of relevant institutions, agencies and experts to address the risks of chemical accidents across EU and Turkey • Help partner countries to develop and implement an appropriate chemical accident prevention and preparedness education modules within the scope of the EQFIn parallel with these objectives, the following activities will be carried out within the scope of our strategic partnership project;1-State-of-the-art Recognition and Need Analysis: 1.1. Questionnaire and Questionnaire Report 1.2. Research and Collecting Data 1.3. EU Best Practices and Know-how Transfer will help to determine the practical needs and daily observations of Chemical Accident Prevention, Preparedness and Response that would be very useful to decide what sort of education/training would bring benefit in developing modules. 2-Preparation of the Competency Based Education Modules, 3-Pilot Training, 4-Web site, 5-National and International Meetings and 6-Dissemination and Exploitation Activities.Project consortium which includes 7 members has been built by Karabük AFAD as coordinator. From Turkey Karabük University, Iron & Steel Institute and Karabük Iron &Steel Incorporated Company (KARDEMIR), from Finland Lahti University of Applied Sciences and HAMK University of Applied Sciences, from Spain Tesicnor Group, Industrial Safety Department and last from Portugal PREVIFORM, Development of Vocational Training, Safety and Health Work will work together to reach results such as Interactive Training Modules, Website, chemical accident prevention and preparedness guidebook (EQF standart).The concrete output of the project-guidebook- is foreseen positive impact on target groups and final beneficiaries as follows;Experts working in Disaster and Emergency Unit in industries,Academic staff,Universities Municipalities.
