School dropout is a phenomenon mainly due to social imbalances, interactions between school and family culture, and the school itself and its educational systems. The International Student Assessment Program (PISA) surveys, which measure the effectiveness and performance of different education systems, highlight an increase in the gap in terms of chances of success among young people according to the social category of parents and socio-economic determinants. Martinique, by its insularity and ultra-peripheral status, is struggling to offer job opportunities for young people, who are deserting the territory. In addition, Martinique has a rate of 28% of young people (20-24) are not graduated. Greece, which is hit hard by the economic crisis, is facing a significant rise in the number of young NEETs. According to Eurostat, in 2015, the rate of young unemployed or early school leavers (between the ages of 20 and 24) in the EU was 17.3%, compared with 26.1% in Greece. Eurostat also reports that France and Portugal showed one of the highest rates of increase in NEETs for the period 2006 to 2015, with respective increases of 9.5%, 9.3%, and 9%. To address this problem, and part of the Europe 2020 strategy for a sustainable, smart and inclusive economy, the EU states have set themselves the ambition of reducing the share of young people to less than 10% of 18-24 years old without any training system and without a high school diploma. To achieve its objectives, the EU recommends, among other things, to develop new methodologies for assessing and validating skills to be acquired in non-formalized environments in order to achieve official certification of skills. To act on this last point we decided to set up this project of exchanges of good practices. It is an extension of the European project (youtheclub.eu) aimed at training and networking young and aspiring entrepreneurs. We want to go further and build a skills repository and online interactive educational booklet that is usable, attractive, relevant to the target audience's capacities and adaptable to each EU country and through 4 creative mobilities that involve youth educators specializing in non-formal education and vocational integration of young people. This project aims to:- Share and pool our knowledge, our experiences and our reflections with our partners on social inclusion and support to the employment of young people without qualifications to broaden our educational approaches and requalify our methods and our educational tools.- Promote the transfer of practices between all participating countries.- Involve local partners from participating countries throughout the project to support and integrate young people without qualifications.- Build and carry out surveys and interviews with young people without qualifications and local businesses whose jobs are in tension (lack of manpower) to know how they represent the personal and professional skills needed to get a job.- Build, from the results of the interviews, a framework of key competencies to have to obtain a job (from the point of view of the young person as of the company) which is accessible on our platform youtheclub.euBuild and run thematic workshops for young people to facilitate their professional integration.Create an online educational booklet to promote good teaching practices from the project via our youtheclub.eu platformMake the results of the project visible and valued by collectively organizing a public communication strategy. Target groups:- professionals and youth workers, the social workers, the animators/educators, the trainers, who will be the beneficiaries of the pedagogical booklet to facilitate their accompaniment of the young people towards employment.- unskilled young people who will benefit from our support to the formalization and recognition of their skills. They will also participate in thematic workshops to increase their knowledge and skills in topics facilitating insertion.- local enterprises/business that can potentially employ young people without qualifications. They will be asked to know their expectations in terms of essential skills to get a job.

Its overall contribution to theeconomy is close to 10% of the GDP of the European Union. However, European tourism faces manychallenges, starting with the need to constantly innovate and improve the quality of its services. Thesector must adapt quickly to the digital revolution, with its new marketing methods, onlinereservation, ... It must also develop new attractive products while being respectful of the localpopulation and the environment (EU Commission). At the same time, in a Europe in crisis, the youth unemployment rate averages 17.2% for those under25 years old. In Martinique, Bulgaria, and Greece the rates are even more alarming: respectively58.9% (INSEE), 25.90% and 46.5% (EU).However, Responsible Tourism, still a ""niche sector"", with a strong potential for development andboosting of the territories represents a source of jobs little exploited for young people. Based on thisanalysis, the consortium identified the following needs:- the impossibility of entering the labor market (increasingly competitive and demanding) without theacquisition of key skills- the difficulty of taking part in a training for young people leaving the formal education system- get out of precarious jobs and boost self-esteem- the lack of resources and tools for professionals facilitating the training and support of young peopletowards an entrepreneurial career- the virtual absence of data and analysis on Responsible Tourism (RT) opportunitiesSo, the project Take your chance, Go Responsible! wants, on one hand, to reinforce the keycompetencies and entrepreneurial knowledge of young people, in the RT through mentoring, nonformaleducation, e-permanence support, and e-commerce tutorials, and on the other hand provideto the professionals working in the field of youth, OER tools, and resources adapted to their needs. Inaddition, the consortium members will conduct research in their local contexts, in order to identifyemployment opportunities (through entrepreneurship) related to the TR and thus contribute to thedevelopment of favorable public policies.General objectives- Training young people far from employment and improve their key competencies andentrepreneurial skills in the TR;- Providing to the professionals working in the youth field, tools, and methodologies for training andsupporting young people in setting up micro-enterprises in the RT;- Promote the development of an environment conducive to the implementation of public policiesregarding entrepreneurship in the region.Specific objectives- Develop the entrepreneurial spirit among young people and thus contribute to the reduction ofunemployment- Facilitating youth learning through non-formal education by reducing geographical and learningdisparities- Promote the potential of ITCs in an entrepreneurial approach- Contribute to the development of the training offer and free educational resources for professionals- Facilitate the sharing and exchange of good practices between the private and public sector- Make professionals and politicians aware of RT opportunities as a response to youthunemployment- Promote a cross-sectoral and European network to facilitate the collection and analysis of data onyouth employment opportunities linked to the RTTarget groups- Disadvantaged young people, unemployed, NEET, young people targeted by national policies forprofessional inclusion.- Professionals working in the field of youth, socio-professional inclusion and tourism.- Institutional and private actors intervening in the field of youth, employment, social entrepreneurshipand Tourism (tourist offices, elected representatives, authorities ...)The consortium will pool its knowledge and experience to develop 6 complementary and accessibleOER tools in order to strengthen and develop the skills of youth workers, provide themmethodologies and thus promote youth entrepreneurship in the field of RT.The project is part of the EU 2020 strategy (employment, sustainable development, fight againstpoverty and exclusion) and the objectives of the KA2 youth sector program (Strengthen skills andemployability, foster inclusion, to develop transnational mobility). In addition, the project is part of theEuropean Year dedicated to the enhancement of cultural heritage (2018)."
