    "During last years, youth work assumed a central role for young generation of EU citizens, crossing edges, nationalities and cultures, making the encounter between young people easier and productive. In the same way, methods, tools, best pratices of youth work can be really strong instruments for contributing to improve integration of migrant people in the different European contexts. In fact, through the application of youth work methods could become easier and efficient working on creating connections and encounter inside the communities between locals and foreigner, especially looking at young people. This perspective becomes essential in this historical phase, in which it is fundamental to improve relationships and reinforcing communities between people, for combating pressure of nationalism ideologies and suspicion against foreigners, really dangerous elements for the EU space cohesion.For reaching this aim, it is fundamental developing education of youth workers with special focus on these themes and creating a good and efficient network of youth workers and youth organizations and NGOs across the different countries. The project will contribute to these scopes at local level (reinforcing the skills of youth workers), but also at EU level (giving them the possibility to act inside a framework of cooperation between EU non profit organizations).MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT1. To reinforce and increase quality of youth work in Europe about its role of promoting and proving integration of migrants and foreigners, through the creation of an educational path for youth workers that will give them new instruments, skills and practices, increasing their capacities;2. To create a strong network for encounters of organizations, professionals, volunteers that work in non profit fields for social inclusion and integration of migrants: the network will be supported by the creation of a website directed to facilitate encounters of Europen organizations, exchange of tools and best practices between NGOs and individuals.SCHEME OF ACTIVITY PHASES1. Preparation.2. Starting Coordination Meeting in Spain.2a. Work package I.3. Training event ""Youth Work For Integration"" (Learning, Teaching, Training Activity C1), in the Republic of North Macedonia.3a. Work package II.4. Ending Meeting in Italy.5. Final Dissemination of results and creation of the website.PARTICIPANTSThe 2 transnational meetings will foresee the participation of project managers and assistants of all organizations involved.Starting Coordination Meeting: 10 participants (2 for each partner) - Ending Meeting: 10 participants (2 for each partner).The Learning Teching Training activity foresees the participation of volunteers, social operators, staff members, educators active in the field of youth work and integration and social inclusion of migrants, all selected and sent by each participating organization.Learning Teching Training Activity C1: 22 participants (4 for each partner - 6 for Idea Europa) METHODOLOGYThe partnership will carry out the project basing on the principles of sharing and cooperation, ensuring protagonism of all perticipating organization in all phases of the project. All partners will have active roles in all Work Package and international activities, and also in the building of the intellectual outputs, collaborating between them under coordination and supervision of IDEA EUROPA, the Applicant.MAIN RESULTS AND IMPACTA) Participants will gain tools, instruments and best practices in the field of youth work specifically related to the social inclusion and the integration of migrants and foreignersB) Reinforcement of the network of EU non profit organization committed in promoting integration of migrants in Europe and peaceful coexistence.C) The creation of the Website for youth work and integration, an instruments that will consent to build networks, projects and spread tools and best practices between European non profit organizations and individuals.The main impacts, also in terms of long term benefits, will be the ones of:- improving and promoting the role of youth work in EU integration policies;- facilitating networking and creation of projects and efficient action of NGOs and non profit organization in the field of social inclusion of migrants at all levels (local and regional, national, European and international);- promoting new efficient solutions in the filed of immigration policies for contributing to combat nationalisms and divisions between European states, starting from new generations and action of non profit organization."

    << Objectives >>^ Enhance awareness and knowledge about cyberbullying, focusing on latest technological and sociological trends among teens, and on thinking about related pandemic impacts.^ Develop new skills to oppose cyberbullying among teens, concentrating on 3 levels of fight: prevention, detecting, defense. ^ Promoting digital communication styles based on respect and sound leadership.<< Implementation >>- A transnational training programme dedicated to professionals, coming from different sectors, working daily with teens. Four modules: “Cyberbullism 2020-25”; “Contrasting Cyberbullism”; “Digital Comunication & Golden Rules”; “Sound Leadership Models in Digital Communication”.- A programme of local training and workshop sessions dedicated to professionals and teens.- A plan of communication of project's results.<< Results >>36 professionals involved in the training programme; 4 short virtual brochure on the subjects treated during the 4 training modules;80 teens involved in the local workshops programme and in the digital storytellings production;8 brief digital storytellings inspired by “sound leadership” and the “1o Golden Rules”; A “Anti-cyberbullism” logo + QR-code, to be inserted into partner’s digital channels, linked to the SouL ReCorD projects contents and useful references for fighting cyberbullying.

    << Objectives >>The general objective is to foster networking between European non-profit organizations, educators and operators to develop strategies and actions aimed at promoting the integration of foreign adults through art and culture.Specific objectives:- increase the skills and tools available to educators and social workers;- create a framework of guidelines and common tools between associations and non-profit organizations.<< Implementation >>The project includes:- two events dedicated to the staff of the associations involved to coordinate the management of the project and share best practices and action strategies;- a training workshop for educators and non-profit staff aimed at acquiring skills and identifying strategies for art and culture at the service of integration;- the creation of a website with surveys of foreigners and works of art created by foreign and migrant adults.<< Results >>Main result: increase of tools and methods in favor of non-profit organizations, operators and educators for the realization of programs dedicated to the integration of migrants and foreign adults through art and culture.Further results: creation of a guideline document available to non-profit organizations, creation of a project website for positive storytelling in terms of culture and social inclusion of adult foreigners.

Real-life learning contexts and situations, real-world challenges and answers, and real-life personalsituations will be explored through theater, role-playing, painting, creative writing and storytelling<< Results >>We intend to create tools to improve facilitation skills in non-formal and formal education as we are under the assumptionthat learning takes place throughout our lives. All the partners will choose some usefdul facilitation approaches and willput them into practice to implement facilitating tools through NFE in our youth project . As far as methodology isconcerned, we are going to focus on the teaching of the following competences in an holistic and natural way

    Project entitle ‘Stand Up for Human Rights: From Knowledge to Advocacy’ is capacity building activity consisting from two mobility activities: two training courses. The project aims in overall is to develop competencies of the participants and their organizations to raise awareness on human rights, advocate for human rights and contribute to creating social inclusive society where human rights are being respected by various stakeholders. One of the aim of the project is raising competencies of the participants to use online learning, digital tools and visualization for developing competencies and raising awareness on human rights issues thus part of the activities is also based on methodology based on active using digital tools and visualization to create as many possibilities as possible to strengthen participants interests in these tools. Moreover, the project also aims to provide the participants an opportunity to experience way of creating online learning programs and will include elements of online learning that will be implemented during both training courses. Project activities have been implemented in cooperation of 12 partners coming from Programme and Partner countries (Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Denmark, Latvia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Turkey). Mobility activities have been implemented by the applicant of the project 'Organization for the Advancement of Alternative Programs' from Kosovo in Pristina (A1) and Prizren (A2).The project had strong impact on various levels. The impact was reached especially launching public raising awareness campaign across participants countries. Making a FB Page, and Youtube channel, as well as creating a web page (http://ka2standup4hr.online/) acting as a small resource portal for youth for Human Rights.
