Teachers, artists and pupils in pilot schools have been involved in the project. We have performed:- systematization of materials of the research in each partner country- piloting in schools- staff training- didactic set created in three subjects: ""Social inclusion through the arts"", ""Exploring nature through the arts"" and ""New Media Arts""- online training program for teachers and artists: webinar sessions about learning curricular subjects in school with music, dance, visual arts, literature and new media arts. The course included one week introduction + three weeks course per subject, total 15 weeks, see http://e-artined.eu/o5-online-course-.html- final conference in Edsbyn, Sweden, see http://www.viksjoforsbaletten.se/ In e-ARTinED we were five partners: Viksjöforsbaletten, Sweden. A voluntary freetime organisation. The Mosaic Art And Sound Ltd., UK. A private company in London. The Fondazione Nazionale Carlo Collodi, Italy. A non profit organization.International Yehudi Menuhin Foundation, Belgium. A non-profit association.Technical University of Crete, Greece. A centre of research, development and teaching. The project has been greatly appreciated by teachers, artists and pupils who have been involved into piloting activities and by target groups reached through dissemination. The piloting in Sweden ended with a public Grand Final in June 2016. The short-staff training event held in the forest of the Ardennes expanded to become a great local event with the participation of about a hundred attendees, mainly children, who enjoyed the activities prepared by the workshop leaders of the various arts: dance, music, visual arts, literature and new media arts. Overall, more than expected at application stage has been delivered. The partners completed the research phase, the enlargement and systematization of materials and a vast piloting experience. The partners produced repository and reports accordingly. An extra domain area, in addition to the ones indicated in the application, was added at the start of the project in cooperation with Internetstiftelsen (webbstjärnan): http://artinedviksjofors.se/e-artined/. (+ http://e-artined.eu/ and http://eartined.coursevo.com/ and www.viksjoforsbaletten.se)The partners have developed extensive piloting with students and teachers, see https://artinedviksjofors.se/e-artined/achievements/2-educational-programme/The partners have been adapting materials for the Online Training programme, have designed its structure and contents and performed the course for teachers and artists, see http://eartined.coursevo.com/ The partners held the International Conference in Sweden August 16th-17th, 2018 where good examples of our project were shared.Dissemination has been constant and reached quality results (radio, newspaper articles, webbs and social media). Monitoring and evaluation activities have accompanied the whole process.http://eartined.coursevo.com/ is our commonly created platform that will continue for further educational actions in upcoming projects MUSILIB and rhythm4inclusion.The longer term benefit is continuation of exchanges in the network, pedagogical work with international input and also follow up exchanges and strengthening of partnership within Erasmus+ - all for the good develpment of learning in isolated countryside and in urban city areas in cooperation."

The project has provided innovative didactic tools that contribute to equip them for the task. The project completed:Output 1 “MultiLib e-Library”Output 2 “MultiLib Children's Activity Set” Output 3 “MultiLib Teacher Guide” Output 4 “6 MultiLib Case Studies” Output 5 “Replicability Templates and Rules of participation” Output 6 “MultiLib Repository (OER) and web 2.0 communication website” MultiLib Teacher Workshop in Sweden (E1), in the United Kingdom (E2), in Belgium (E3), in Czech Republic (E4), in Greece (E5) and in Turkey (E6), in March 2018.MultiLib International Conference was held in Belgium, in April 2018.The project activities have been focusing on the design and delivery of the above, but also on piloting the resources, evaluating the outputs and the project processes, and disseminating both project concepts and outputs.Five partnership meetings have been organized during the project life and they have been pivotal in organizing work, tasks, deadlines and exchange of expertise. They have also been essential to create team spirit and ownership of the project. Geographical distance among the partners has been overcome. The partners managed to work closely, with a creative sharing of information, reflections, choices and common productive results. Each partner delivered contemporary and traditional children’s stories of their own country’s culture and from the culture of the country of migrant groups they worked with during the project. They delivered attractive illustrations created by appointed artists and designed effective and engaging childrens’ book-based activities to exploit the books and serve as a springboard for more creativity by teachers across Europe. The partners, led by the technical partner, the Technical University of Crete, Greece, have made the resources available as OERs on Coursevo platform and have activated the MultiLib community of practice. Piloting in six school; in Sweden, UK, Czech Republic, Turkey, Belgium and Greece, were implemented.About the project activities that were supported by the grant for Project Management and Implementation, in particular, the partners have performed dynamic monitoring and evaluation (outcomes and project phases) through proper tools and plans. The kick-off meeting was held in Viksjöfors, Sweden. The project coordinator provided a clear time frame for each activity and the necessary management tools: project work-programme, Gantt charts and templates; the templates were prepared for internal descriptive and financial reporting by the partners (1 report every 6 months). The coordinator was also in charge for updating the work-programme and the Gantt charts during the project lifetime. The consortium also agreed on management and reporting procedures; the time table and work plan, tasks and responsibilities. The next meetings took place in Crete (GR), Brno (CZ), Adana (TK) and Brussels (BE). At each meeting, the main discussions were about progress of all outputs, project management, time schedule of all activities, financial coordination of the project, preparation of all documents and reports, dissemination and multiplier events of the project. The final conference was held in Brussels (BE) at the European Economic Social Committee, EESC. The project outputs were presented by representatives of the consortium as key note speaker and the MultiLib library was exhibited in the lobby of the institution. Besides regular meetings in person, project management issues were regularly discussed via Skype meetings. As the main platform, BaseCamp was chosen and all project documentation and outputs were stored there during the time of the project realisation, as well as the minutes from each meeting and the list of tasks to be done. The tasks were assigned in agreement with the partners and according to their specific competences. In accordance with the tasks undertaken by each organization, the budget was allocated in such a way to keep a balanced budget across the partnership. The allocated staff days were sufficient for the achievement of a high quality of the outputs. The development of the outputs was structured into several phases (e.g. development, testing, evaluation of testing, adaptation after testing, translation). Staff days were planned accordingly to these phases and helped to follow a smooth realisation of the project. http://multilibproject.eu/ - here online library is for downloadinghttp://multilib.coursevo.com/http://artinedviksjofors.se/multilib/We will enlarge our library with new partner in Finland. In upstarting project MUSILIB also music will be added to books. The library is produced for future expansion

Promotion of cooperation between regional authorities, ministries of education and municipal administrations. Implementation of integrated models of education between participating countries.Project Description:It is an international project that has directly benefited 1339 professionals (teachers, management teams from schools, pedagogical coordinators, psychologists, educators and social workers, artists and technicians of public administration). The project proposes the training of these professionals to implement their work in the field of education in primary and secondary schools to improve social cohesion. The project has an intersectoral character since it implies responsibles for different educational environments: management teams, teachers and parent associations (at school level)), local public responsibles, autonomic, regional and national responsibles, associations and cultural enterprises (training artists), internships and volunteers. The project is linked with the acquisition of new methodologies that foster creativity and entrepreneurship, and is based on a process of learning and service. Each country implemented a training meeting attended by 779 professional members of its national networks. The training was managed by a team of specialized trainers, ambassadors of good practices. This team (composed of 21 people) was multidisciplinary (it will include artistic and pedagogical disciplines) and multi-sectoral. Each trainer provided artistic, social and/or pedagogical specific and differentiated teaching. The training team rotated through all participating countries.Training meetings consist of initial theoretical training (2-3 days). Once the theoretical training has been finished, participating professionals receive practical training (additional 2-3 days) in different institutions of the training hosting country, based on observation and participation in artistic workshops, sessions and training laboratories in schools situated in areas of priority attention. The workshops were held with children, their families and their teachers. During these practical experiences participating professionals learned how to implement the practical application of social and pedagogical tools acquired in the theoretical methodological training. There were also meetings of coordination, planning, monitoring and evaluation of the process, which counted with the presence of partners of the project, as well as experts in pedagogical-artistic methodologies in the field of the European Union.Intellectual products: European methodological guide of socio-educational intervention through arts, Evaluation report, multimedia good practices guide and a WIKI space (http://fyme-erasmusplus.org/arte-motivacion)
