"The notion of living and personal fulfilment in a European context is becoming more and more important among young people. Such important issues like enhancing their employability, their social, educational and professional development are gaining European dimension. Implementing the idea among young people to think about Europe as a united multicultural territory, in which inclusion, diversity and equality are tolerated, is extremely important for the future of the European Community. Contemporary schooling is providing young people with a high academic background, but it is still not doing enough in the field of successful future career development in European context. Our project “Start up Your Career Successfully!” comes as an answer to these needs. The main goal of the project is to raise students’ preparedness for quick and flexible social fulfilment in an environment of increasing mobility of work force. Sub goals: • Raising students’ awareness of the European labour market and the role of career mobility for dealing with unemployment and building sustainable economy. • Orientating for appropriate employment and choice of development path. • Development of transferable career skills (individual productivity, taking initiative, employment in multicultural context etc.) and preparedness for career mobility (flexibility, self-sufficiency, self-confidence etc.) The project will be implemented from October 2017 – April 2018 as a partnership between four European schools: Saint Paisiy Hilendarski Secondary School, Zlatitsa, Bulgaria; The Professional School of Montijo, Montijo, Portugal; ""Anghel Saligny"" Technical College, Rosiorii de Vede, Romania; Balaguer Vedruna School, Balaguer, Spain; The initiative for implementing the activities is a result of expressed interest in the topics of the project by the partner schools after a discussion on eTwinning. 18 students at the age of 15-17 years old and 6 teachers from each partner school will take part in the project. Four short-term exchanges are planned (December 2017 in Portugal, April 2018 in Romania, October 2018 in Spain and April 2019 in Bulgaria), as well as common on-line activities through eTwinning within the duration of the project: online modular course in Business English; researches on three issues (European labour market and career mobility; current requirements for the work force; new professions in 21st century); preparation of presentation materials; case studies. Activities during the short-term exchanges: presentation and discussions; visits to selected companies and participating in a real working process as assistants; self-discovery trainings; practical trainings; simulations; training videos and business games, aimed at assessing one’s own competitiveness and development of transferable career skills. Most of the activities will be integrated into the partner schools’ curricular and will be carried on by teachers. In others representative of local businesses and career counsellors are involved. Important part of the plan are the activities which are aimed at active social and cultural exchange: presenting the education system of partner countries; debates on topics of common European significance; friendship evenings; visits to significant for the national identities sites. All the project activities are carefully selected to complement the opportunities of formal education with opportunities for acquiring key competences by young people. Educational effect of the activities is achieved through various methods of informal education: discussions, case studies, simulations, role plays, workshops, practical trainings etc. Introducing young people to the labour market, the development of the profession in 21st century and the current requirements for the work force will raise their competences for career choice, will develop their skills for searching and finding chances for future employment and will enhance their skills for assessing their own competitiveness. Through “learning by doing” students will develop transferable career skills (individual productivity, taking initiatives, employment in a multicultural environment etc.) and will enhance their preparedness for quick and flexible personal fulfilment in European Union. Successful implementation of the project activities will encourage participants to perceive the European area as a united multicultural territory."

"The project"" The CreacTICvity Econolabs in transnational projects"" seeks to innovate and improve protocols in transnational work capabilities of young people and their empowerment through the use of Tics and activities of the collaborative economy. We create a common space where young people from Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic, learn to develop their personal skills in a transnational environment. The project for 16 months, had ambitous experimental objectives, since we seek to create a common online space where young Europeans can share skills and knowledge, empowering this way their capacities and improving the use of ICT in the transnational youth fields. To achieve the goals we set, we developed a serie of activities which, combined together, cover the complexity in youth field work:-Development of a ""skills Bank"" by Each organization , so that young people have to reflect and offer to others their own skills, promoting the exchange of them in their own context. .-Creation and start up of the web Youthskillsexchange.eu where we promote transnational exchange of skills among young people.Through it, young people was able to exchange skills (whether a class of english, Portuguese, Czech or Spanish, or a course in cuisine or dance class) This resource may be used by any association or young interested in exchanging knowledge through it.-We also created a monthly workshops on creativity and social economy in each country, in which also took part, on line, other young from the rest of countries.-Development of a 5 days seminar in Castro-Urdales where professionals of non-formal education of the 4 countries knew innovative processes in the daily work of Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Social Economomy with Young-We finally made a guide to collect our methodological proposal in order to promote and enhance the transnational networks, the use of ICTs and the collaborative economy for working with young people.During the project have involved more than 500 young people and 40 educators from the 4 countries."

"According to the EC communication “A renewed open method of coordination to address youth challenges and opportunities”, ""Europe's future depends on its youth. Yet, life chances of many young people are blighted"". This is even truer for young disabled people which are caught in a vicious circle, marked by lower education levels, unemployment, and subsequently, further exclusion from society. Indeed, youngsters with disabilities are confronted with regular discrimination and barriers in different contexts: according to Eurostat, in 2011, the proportion of people aged 18-24 in the EU who left the education and training system with a lower secondary education level at most, was of around 25% among disabled people, compared with 12.4 % among those without difficulty, while the Europe 2020 strategy calls for efforts to reduce this general figure to less than 10 % by 2020. Therefore, the project aims at creating an adapted non-formal learning environment for disabled youngsters, focusing on allowing their integration in sports activities. In fact, the access to sport is an important component of an inclusive society as it helps to build team spirit and to strengthen ties between youngsters. The project focused on building the capacities of youth workers to allow them to acquire the necessary competences to integrate disabled youngsters in sport youth activities. The project aims at:*Increasing the participation of disabled youngsters in sports activities and generating spillover effects to increase their participation in other informal learning activities;*Increasing the active involvement of disabled youngsters in social community life, encouraging them to become active citizens; *Improving the social competences of disabled youngsters, therefore increasing their motivation for learning, thus their education level;*Setting up good practices to be implemented in formal learning as well;*Raising awareness on the added value for the whole society to integrate disabled people. This was done by:(1) Carrying out a baseline assessment of the current situation as far as the involvement of disabled youngsters in sports activities is concerned in selected EU countries;(2) Carrying out a study on the competences needed by youth workers to integrate disabled youngsters in sports activities;(3) Creating a training content which will be available online for all youth workers on how to involve disabled youngsters in sports activities;(4) Carrying out a dissemination campaign to encourage the take-up of the training and the implementation of activities involving youngsters with disabilities;(5) Creating peer-learning methods to allow newly involved stakeholders (4) having implemented to learn from each other’s experiences."
