The objective has been achieved through the development of an innovative curriculum for the new occupation, accompanying pedagogical materials and training of 2 persons in each partner organization (except Osijek). The objective was also achieved by research and analysis as the third intellectual outcome, the purpose of which was to obtain relevant data on the position of the secondary target group in the eyes of employers in partner countries and on issues underlying their employment. The Project involved 6 partner organizations and the Open University Koprivnica as the coordinator.INFOR ELEA, Italy, a consortium of 250 legal entities engaged in the development and acquisition of entrepreneurial skills for employers, the unemployed and employees. Slovo 21, the Czech Republic, a non-profit and non-governmental organization with a wealth of experience in implementing education and cultural programmes for migrants and the Roma. The Vilnius Židinio Gymnasium for adults, Lithuania, has extensive experience in adult education and in applying new technologies in education. Spoleczna akademia Nauk, Poland, a private university with valuable experience in creating programmes for disadvantaged adults (migrants). MBM Training and Development Center, UK, an international non-profit organization that provides educational programmes for individual jobs and develops innovative UK programmes that affect community development. The Faculty of Educational Sciences from Osijek is engaged in the development of lifelong learning programmes and in encouraging the mobility of teaching staff. The main activities were related to 3 intellectual outcomes:1.Designing a curriculum for the profession: Expert for the coordination of education and employment - each of the partners has been the carrier of a specific module according to their profile of activities, while other partners have been actively involved in providing constructive advice and supplementing the subject matter, accordingly.2.Designing pedagogical materials that accompany each curriculum module. Each partner who worked on the module was responsible for the accompanying pedagogical materials, and all other partners actively participated in providing suggestions and supplementing the subject matter. At the same time, each partner contributed with extensive scientific and professional literature for supporting the contents of each module.3.Designing the third intellectual outcome-research and analysis. The main purpose of the research was to obtain data from surveyed legal entities and respondents on employment issues of target group members in general and in surveyed legal entities in partner countries. The analysis of the results showed, according to the specificities of partner countries, a relatively wide range of data that allows further use. The results from 287 completed questionnaires provide valuable data that can have impact on policies, as well as strategic and action planning in the field of education and labour market issues in the widest sense.Within the framework of educational activities, a presentation of each module was held for 2 persons from each partner organization who passed an online knowledge exam and received the certificate “Short term expert for the coordination of education and employment”.The Project's long-term benefit is in the strengthened staffing capacity of partner organizations through their education and taking exams based on the programme in order to be able to continue to work easier and access a secondary target group for the purpose of linking it to business entities in the capacity of employer. They will be able to detect the needs of the labour market more easily and in cooperation with the secondary target group and employer find a solution through the development of new curricula tailored to the specific needs of the employer. The Project's impact is visible in new contacts at local, regional, national and international level. Brochures were published O1, O2, O3 in all the languages of partner countries and the intellectual outcomes were uploaded on the Project's website and on the dissemination platform. The outcomes are the basis for further expansion of the consortium with the aim of upgrading the existing outcomes and creating new projects.

A preschool for children so small (also nursery school, pre-primary school) used to be a popular concept in the Czech Republic before the Velvet Revolution. The nurseries used to be run as healthcare facilities and children were taken care of by healthcare personnel – nurses.Currently, the so called children’s groups are designated for children from the age of 1 and are complementary to kindergartens which accept children from the age of 3. There is demand for the services of children’s groups from parents who are willing to return to the labour market soon after the child's birth. The demand has also risen after the new law on state social support came into effect, which enables parents to get the parental benefits in shorter time as it is standard in more developed EU states (Nordic countries, Germany, Austria etc.). The problem we are facing now is that there is lack of qualified nurses who have competencies and experience needed for taking care of children so young. In the ProChil project we have formed a partnership with partners who already have experience in this field, and we exchanged know-how in the area of ECEC professional education and we created a new set of materials for an educational programme for nurses-to-be. The project involved 7 partners from 6 countries - preschool facilities, NGOs, entreprises and a university. Each of the partners brought special expertise to the project and together they created the following ouptuts: 1) comparative study of early child education and care in the partner countries 2) curriculum of a course for future nurses 3) worksheets for the course for future nurses based on the Montessori approach 4) one pilot module for web based learning The educational programme we created during the project contains the following 6 chapters chosen carefully by the partners: 1)The Pedagogical Work of an ECEC professional (by MBM Training and Development Centre, UK)2)The Developmental Stages of a Child and its Socialization (by Paizontas/Playing, GR)3)Pedagogical Approaches based on Montessori System of Education (by Montessori mateřská škola a klub Kladno, CZ)4)Specific Educational Situations and Approach to Children with Special Needs (by Brudhammar Forskola, S)5)Guiding Children towards Hygiene Habits (by Montessori mateřská škola a klub Kladno, CZ)6)Application of the Healthy Lifestyle Principles according to the Age of the Child (by Asisttel, ES)Apart from these six chapters the curriculum is completed by 3 annexes:Annex 1: Born to socialize methodology (by Karel de Grote University College, Belgium)Annex 2: Worksheets for testing the acquired knowledgeAnnex 3: Learning Activities for face to face learningThe outputs were disseminated towards ECEC professionals, future ECEC professionals and also towards policy makers in the partner countries in order to improve the child care systems with regards to best practices in the other European countries. The educational programme was pilot tested during the project and in the Czech Republic the programme will be prepared for accreditation by the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2020.The pilot module is a base for future reference and for future development of web-based educational programmes for nurses.

The political situation in the world has become more unstable and therefore amount of people arriving to EU countries has risen dramatically. To improve the person's development and employability in the labour market and integrate in the society, it is necessary for applicants for job and asylum to understand culture of the target country. Without knowing a language and interaction with local people it is impossible. To assure opportunities for those people our objectives in this project were to create a new student book with less l grammar structures, with vocabulary tailored to their needs but in the same time it should be a high quality. The material is with more visuals and symbols, similar in Estonian, Finnish, German Latvian and Spanish languages and with a mix of methods for teachers. All the material can be found on the project webpage www.mafle.eu. It can be uploaded and printed for teachers and students use.Meanwhile we have reached other goals of this project: increased qualification of managing and teaching staff, cultural experience and exchange, research about applicants for job and asylum in participating countries, improved IT skills for teachers. We are proud that by September this year, all partner organisations can offer their students new language learning materials the staff with improved qualification.
