Supporting and reinforcing the development of key competences and basic skills, developing of English language skills and promoting awareness are main aims of the project. Students of 6th to 8th class (30 people, 13-15 years old) take part in the project, including 10 students and 3 teachers who go abroad. From the Slovak school, 30 students, 13-15 years old and 10 students with 3 teachers visit Poland.Students come from a rural society, they live in families with an average and low income. Part of them are aware that only receiving a good education in compliance with requirements of the modern world can provide a better living and it may change their social status, it is their window on the world. Many of our students, because of lack of good examples at home, very often do not realize how education is important for their future life. Not only students and teachers will participate in the project, but also parents, local community and authorities. Before the project starts, we analyse all needs and plan actions together. One of the first actions that we take are information activities about the project in the school and among a local community in two countries. Next, we want to start preparations for our trips. We decided that 5 students and 3 teachers from each school go abroad. During preparations for trips to the country of the partner, each school needs to have English classes and other classes which help participants of the international exchange to know the country and region to which they go. The next stage of the programme is the international exchange of students from the other school - the trip of students from Poland to Slovakia and the arrival of students from Spisskie Podhradie to Poland. A Slovak group will be accommodated in houses of Polish families and the Polish students and teachers in Slovak families. We prefer families with children at the similar age to our guests, especially the families of participants of our project from both countries. In September 2021, the Slovaks come to Poland and in May 2021, the Polish group go to Slovakia. In the primary school in Giebło, many interesting classes are prepared for Slovak and Polish young people. Students take part in English, IT, science, biology and history classes conducted in an active way. We have planned interesting activities at school, outdoor activities and some trips. All activities at school include cooperation of Polish and Slovak students and teachers. They will be working on tourists attraction and environmental protection. Similar programme is prepared by the Slovaks for Polish students at their school. Both schools are well prepared for this type of activities. They have modern teaching aids and highly qualified teachers. It guarantees good quality of classes and achieving expected results. After the student's mobilities, we will be promoting effects of the project at school and among local community. To sum up effects of the project, we organise conferences with students, teachers, local authorities and local community. There will be a multimedia presentation that includes information presented about the student's international exchange and results of the programme. Students tell about their experience and feelings and they answer questions. When the project finishes, we will be promoting results. We plan to create subsites about the programme on both school's websites, on Facebook and on both commune's websites. There will be some articles in local and regional newspapers. On each level of the project we plan evaluation activities, at the beginning, before the project starts, they show a current situation, during the project, they monitor all activities so a team responsible for conducting the project can monitor incorrectness and to check and evaluate if planned goals are achieved. A final report evaluates adventages and disadventages of the project and it will be an example for us in the future because our aim is to strengthen relations and continue our cooperation. The results of the project will be:- students increase their language skills and key competences, they strengthen their motivation to learn foreign languages, they understand why it is important to learn foreign languages, students become more self-confident Europeans- teachers enrich teaching practice, they get to know innovative methods, tools and teaching aids, they strengthen their motivation to teach and they have a job satisfaction- schools increase prestige in local community and international potential- we create an innovative teaching programme

This meeting consisted of a visit to the Polish partner school, collective activities and first pedagogical work with the participants of the project.Due to the positive feedback, both partner schools wish to establish these exchanges permanently into the planning of the school year and to make them part of a tradition in the school year schedule, as well as to intensify the cooperation through this mutual exchange opportunity. In order to ensure that all participants and target persons can derive the greatest possible benefit from this exchange for themselves, as well as for their personal future, a pedagogical concept suitable for both children and adolescents has been developed. The pupils experience new possibilities of understanding, ways around the language barrier and the expansion of their own perspective beyond physical and psychological boundaries takes place.By participating in the project, the pupils’ social integration skills will be strengthened, which will be beneficial in their later professional life. In addition, the general foresight, worldly experience, friendship and cooperation with peers from another country promote basic skills and key competencies in the pupils. In a time of xenophobia and exclusion we need friendships that reach far beyond borders more than ever. Our pupils are educated to be responsible, independent thinking people who have no fear of coming in contact with other nations and cultures and according to their personal convictions and experiences, stand for the equal opportunities, values and rights of all people so that the prospects of their own future and those of others will be improved. These are the reasons to promote this exchange project further. Thus, the goal of teaching basic skills and key competencies is at the heart of this project and its related activities. In order to give all pupils the chance to benefit from the project, whole classes are involved in individual activities. The age of the pupils is between 10 and 14 years. The planned activities include a short exchange between pupil groups, collective training for participating employees, as well as a lasting and constant cooperation during the year. During the exchange, the pupil groups learn to work together and to cooperate with one another and as they work on their first mutual projects, they can immediately recognise the success that they achieved. They learn that only through communication with one another, goal orientation and division of responsibilities can they reach their goal. In the days of pupil collaboration, friendships are formed which provide a good foundation for further activities and, moreover, the empathy as well as the social skills of all participants are further developed. In the further course of the project, the collective discussion of topics and questions takes place and a subsequent exchange of results follows. Furthermore, the participants get an insight into the different implementation and interpretation variants. In order to ensure a smooth and successful course of the project, a joint training of helpers will take place, which will enable their timely intervention in the project when required. During the course of the project, transparency and clarity about tasks and objectives are important.A desired result of the project is the fulfilment of the set goals, in other words the acquisition of key competencies and basic skills by all participants. Moreover, the achieved concrete results of the project should be made accessible to all interested parties. A cookbook, numerous photos and collaborative presentations in particular would be the result of the pupil exchange. As a result of communication between the schools during the year, a joint art collection would be created. The cooperation between the two schools will be maintained throughout the period of the exchange and within the scope of most subjects, information from the partner school will be incorporated into the current curriculum of the other school and continuously linked to the project. The result of the evaluation of the project will be the basis for further encounter days and pupil exchange projects. Potential for eventual expansion and improvement of the project will be recognised, as well as successful and positive stimuli from past encounters will continue to be used because evaluation ensures a steady qualitative progress. Children shape and determine the future. All their experiences, knowledge and attitudes will create the world of tomorrow. The positive and cosmopolitan intercultural experiences that they can gather in our project should therefore be made available to everyone. Through positive experiences and impressions, the views of the younger generation are positively influenced. Our project stands for equal opportunities, human rights and a peaceful coexistence.

Krasnohorske 2919Szkola Podstawowa Rzerzeczyce,Agrupamento de Escolas de Santa Maria Maior,Zakladni skola Strz, Dvur Kralove nad Labem, E. Krasnohorske 2919Funder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-CZ01-KA229-048084Funder Contribution: 43,347.9 EURWe may say that in our project we met the main aim – showing our students that the history was and is changing and sometimes there are positive and sometimes negative events. Drawings always reflects events in this period. So, for this reason students really visited the local or national gallery and started to learn how to understand a picture. Only one thing there was bad – we could not visit everything what we wanted because of virus Covid. So sometimes we offer a virtual visiting of some exhibition. In the power point presentation, there are sometimes events from the date when the drawing was made. So, pupils realized changes in our history not only in own country but in Europe too. At the beginning communication was via Skype but at the end we used Teams. Preparing the virtual meeting was easy at the end, but students were unhappy – they wanted to meet in The Czech Republic. We were able to finish our e book about all themes and published into Erasmus+ platform results and in our web pages too. Students exchanges private messages using WhatsApp – at the beginning it was not mentioned but for them was much mor comfortable then E Twinning. Making a questionnaire with their grandparents was very good. Some of them learned new facts about their relatives, seeing old photos, visiting graves for the first time (some of them). We would like to say, that students learn more outside of school in informal way, they proved what they learned at school – the foreign language, communication skills and using the different attitude for creating new opinion.
