"The world has already entered a new reality, in which human potential is the main agent that stimulates economic and social growth and inclusive communities. Adults with disabilities have a major potential as members of society, but also as agents of change. Inclusion requires the adaptation of adult education to meet this potential of people with disabilities. The environment, teaching and learning, adult education providers will be systematically changed to remove barriers to students with disabilities so that they can maximize their achievements. NGOs with and for people with disabilities, adult education and employment services and other institutional actors in this field face a major NEED - the lack of educators and the training of support staff to support INCLUSIVE education and PERSONALIZED learning.Project partners have constantly faced challenging contexts related to adult learners with disabilities (where traditional pedagogy is no longer relevant or inclusive) and have common needs: educators and support staff need flexible skills as well as a portfolio. of effective pedagogical practices, methods and tools to support, involve and stimulate adults with disabilities. In addition, reports, research, studies in the field (and during the 2 years) were consulted which showed that it is essential that strategies and practices be individualized and respond to the specifics of students regardless of their deficiencies and regardless of their abilities.AIM projectThe UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities - UNCRPD is the most important legal, multidisciplinary and collaborative framework that supports increasing the quality of work of adult education practitioners and their initiatives and services to adapt to the needs of adults with disabilities, addressing non-discrimination and inclusion. promotes access to training and employment.Specific objectives -9 Intellectual Resources created in the project wereO1 In activity O1 / A4: The development of ""ALL IN"" as a virtual bank of resources, contains 5 practical resources (OER) based on INTERDISCIPLINARITY to increase the quality of initiatives and services of educators and other practitioners in adult education to be highly adapted to the needs specific needs of adults with disabilities.1. Resource 1: Human-centered design (DT) thinking guide.2. ""Inclusion needs analysis"" (training and development).3. “Empathy. Emotional & Social Intelligence Educator’s Friend ”is a set of tools for trainers, educators, etc.4. Practical guidelines on different intelligences and learning styles.5. ""IMPACT for the education of adults with disabilities"" - partnership models and methods have been created.6. Development of the ""READY4LABOR MARKET"" (RLM) as a support manual for educators, mentors, professional counselors with 2 main elements:a) READY 1 package - Ready4Soft Skillsb) READY 2 Package - Ready4Social Entrepreneurship .7. Development of a board game - READY Boardgame called “Ready4Impact” as an innovative online pedagogical game to be used by educators / mentors in their work with adults with disabilities for the practical learning of starting a social enterprise. 8. The tool was created for people with disabilities in human resources for human resources managers, career counselors, educators, work mentors, employers, etc. and jobs. It provides inspiration and guidance to adult education centers, employment agencies, companies on promoting their accessibility and inclusion policies and initiatives, especially in the light of the legislative framework of the UN Convention.9. The Manifesto ""Help Practitioners Succeed in Achieving Inclusive Adult Education"" is created - as a European policy recommendation document. The target groups addressed was educators, trainers, training and human resources managers, coordinators, professional counselors, social workers, mentors, experts who have acquired new skills and attitudes, new creative and inclusive practices to provide services according to the needs of people with disabilities to improve access, participation and learning outcomes. The long-term impact of the project on the employment of people with disabilities is appreciable, because the project, through its resources, leads to the transfer of knowledge in the social field between practitioners and PWD.The main finding is that knowledge transfers have the greatest positive impact on practitioners but also PWD in both the short and long term. The impact of knowledge transfers through intellectual products developed in our project is positive, significant, while the effect of the DT guide, manual, Ready4Impact game and HR Disability Tool is already measurable, through the interest shown in these IOs in the online environment. As for Manifesto, this is a new starting point for the decisions and documents that will be developed by the European Commission, regarding overcoming the barriers that stand in the way of PWD employment."

The project aim is to develop and present an innovative pedagogical technology based on the scientific results about the learning processes of the individuals. The methodology is intended for educators to enlarge their competences to use the quite different teaching approach. A key element of the new technology is Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences (MI) which revealed that each individual has his own dominating profile through which he can easily learn and memorise new knowledge. There are 8 types of intelligence: linguistic, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, logical-mathematical, naturalist, intrapersonal and interpersonal and the dominating profile of the individual is a sui generis combination of them. The innovation is that the new approach allows teacher to use the 8 types of intelligence instead of only two - linguistic and logical-mathematical which are the origination of the classic style of teaching. The MI technology will create equal conditions for all learners based on their native potential for personal development. The MI technology requires additional qualifications and skills from the teacher and point out and lay stress on the competences of the teacher to provide effective education foreverybody taking in mind the different dominant profile of learners, regardless of their various social and cultural norms of behaviour. Partners are: GIS-Transfer Center (Bulgaria), TEHNOKRATI (Bulgaria), J&M Synergie (France), CSFVM (Italy), NCDP (Greece) and DEFOIN (Spain). Their missions are to find ways for improving the quality of education during constantly increasing disparities and inequality among learners. Each of the partners has different expertise but they all are looking for an innovative approach to solve educational problems like: early school leaving, decreasing motivation of children to education, graduating with insufficient knowledge and skills for active participating in today’s society. Partners have different experience to use elements of MI technology ( theoretical and practical application) but they all have experience to train different groups of children and adults, experience in transferring knowledge and creating innovation in education. The project activities are to unite their know-how and experience about MI methodology and applicable toolkits to transform the knowledge into finalized product. A Curricula for training pedagogues and a Handbook to give an essential information and guidelines for using the MI technology will be produced. They will provide information about the additional qualification the teachers have to obtain and how to increase their capacity. The focus will be on the analysis of the difficulties faced by teachers as a result of the rapidly increasing disparities between scholars, including children at risk and with special educational needs (SEN). The intellectual outputs: (1) Analysis of Contemporary Learning Problems – Readiness for Change, (2) a Model of a Curricula for the qualification of teachers and students from pedagogical majors and (3) a Handbook: Multiple Intelligence – Methodology and Instruments, will be produced in 6 languages with open access through the Internet and the EPALE. The intellectual products will be developed by formed working groups with experts from all partners. A group of experts (21 people – teachers, school principals, knowledge transfer specialists, etc.) will be aquainted, during 3 short-term joint-staff trainings, with the MI methodology and tools for its application, each partners will share achieved already results and together will collaborate for its upgrading. The trainings follows the logic of presentation of the MI technology and tookits and will integrate them with social intelligence techniques. All partners will be involved in the preparation of the trainings and the logistics for each session will be arranged by the host partner. Each partner will disseminate the project results in its own country by organising multiple events - seminars and conferences, press-conferences, publications, etc. To attain the project objectives the partners will adopt common principles for the organisation and management of the project, the project management team will perform monitoring and ensure the quality and keeping to the planned timetable, will inform the Erasmus MA in due course about any risks if necessary. An important long-term impact will be that the collaboration of the partners will increase their expertise as well as to establish a core of a network of experts oriented to improve the teaching and learning processes using the new scientific results. In the long-termn, the project results may have an impact on the educational environment in two aspects: enhancing the qualification and competences of teachers in order to improve the quality of the education process and achieving higher results of the education based on easy and friendly learning process for everybody.
