<< Objectives >>In HTTP Education Project, we want to achieve better employment opportunities and career freedom in the European labor market. We believe that can be done through upskilling and higher quality training and education. Another objective is to promote online instruments for education and foster environments where adults and young adults can make the most of the capabilities of the digital world. The third objective is to create a reliable network of stakeholders that will promote online training.<< Implementation >>HTTP Education Project aims to create a handbook with all of the online possibilities for self-education, development, and qualification on a local and international level, exchange practices, and grow competencies. The handbook will have a professional orientation test, how to make a professional CV, and many explanations for getting highly-qualified using e- learning platforms. We want to create a handbook with all verified information and how to enroll, learn and grow in today's digital world<< Results >>Our aim is to reach as many people, who are part of our target group, as possible and we believe that the provided information in our handbook will have a positive outcome in the long term, by giving another opportunity for self-education and development of those people.The results we expect are to show the endless possibilities out there and more people to get motivated to invest in their professional and educational growth, by using our handbook and information that the same one will contain

<< Objectives >>The aim of our project is to bring together four youth NGOs from the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Slovakia that focus on fighting anti-semitism among young people. In the course of the project, youth workers from these countries will share their good practice examples, tips and experiences, thus creating a knowledge transfer that will bring benefit all organisations. Improving the quality of the activities provided by each organisation is the main objective of the project.<< Implementation >>Four meetings will take place during the project, each in one of the partner countries. During the meetings there will be discussions among the project team and sharing of good practice examples, a visit to an institution dealing with Jewish culture or anti-semitism, and most importantly, a workshop on anti-semitism in English will be conducted by youth workers from foreign countries in the host country, targeting local youth.<< Results >>After the end of the project, we expect to increase the competence of organizations and improve the quality of activities towards youth regarding anti-semitism. Furthermore, we believe that this project will be the basis for the creation of a European network of youth organisations dealing with anti-semitism. We see great potential for the project in the follow-up activities. Last but not least, we expect a direct positive impact on the young people who will participate in the workshops.

"Currently, in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Turkey, and Georgia, there is a 12.8%, 5.8%, 22.3%, 27.1% youth unemployment rates respectively. According to the “Youth Strategy” proposed by the European Commission for 2019-2027, one of the four main priorities for the European youth is to create and implement an “Agenda for youth work to further improve its quality, innovation, and recognition and to allow other sectors to capitalize on the potential of non-formal learning”. From this, it became evident to us that something needs to be done, that countries like the Czech Republic are working in the right directions and that one of the largest issues that many European countries are facing is youth unemployment. This issue is being battled on several fronts – formal education and apprenticeships, however, it has become apparent from our research that these measures can have a somewhat slow long-term effect and can be built upon. Currently, in many European and partner countries traditional educational institutions rarely help in career development and our research points that they often lack the capacity and training instruments to help guide young people in the areas of life regarding their future careers. We have found that many schools don’t have career counselors. That is why the “IEY” project is aimed at youth work and youth workers, specifically working in the prevention of unemployment (coaching, counseling, training).The ""IEY"" project aims at decreasing youth unemployment and increasing interest in social entrepreneurship among young people by promoting youth work and helping to inspire further development in the field of youth work. While taking into account the fact that, following the Erasmus + program, the next program 2021-2027 is predicted to grow the range of its reach in terms of learning opportunities from 4 million to 12 million, many of whom young people, participating in training, youth, school, university, and VET mobilities, there will be a high demand for trained and skilled youth workers to provide qualified assistance; to train, inspire, support and coach them into achieving what is best for them, their future development and the European economic conditions.The partnership that will implement the project is comprised of the Economic Development Union from Bulgaria, the Czech Youth Association z.s. from the Czech Republic, the Association for Development, Education and Social Involvement from Georgia and CANAKKALE ONSEKIZ MART UNIVERSITESI from Turkey. Each of the partners has had previous experience with Erasmus + and each of the partners is actively involved with youth work and youth workers on a national and local level. The reason for such a partnership is access to a very specific target group of youth workers, working with young people in a very difficult time - either unemployed or at the begging of their career paths. Furthermore, the partners also have strong relations with additional target groups including educators, who can benefit from the project results and other types of trainers working with developing young people. The project, however, is mainly aimed at youth workers who work with young people in education (still not employed) or unemployed young people. The main objectives are five. First of all, to create new approaches and integrate new practices by using ICT based methodologies and therefore giving youth workers the opportunity to become more competitive and increase their employability chance. Second of all, to improve the competencies that are linked to professional profiles like teaching, training, youth work. Third of all, to create more attractive non-formal training and coaching programs that can be utilized freely and easily by youth workers. Fourth of all and of very high importance is the creation of a process of self-recognition and validation of competencies among youth workers. This can provide quantitative results in terms of the quality of youth work. Last, but not least, our objective is to move ahead with the times and integrate ICT technologies further into the daily activities of youth workers.The planned outputs in line with the objectives are four:- The research into youth work and the establishment of good practices in the sector of youth work as a guideline to future development- The creation and distribution of a guide to youth work prepared with the feedback from youth workers on an international level - The creation and popularization of educational videos for youth workers and additional video materials that can train, develop and improve the quality of non-formal education- The development of a cell phone application, which is aimed at youth work and will provide numerous materials for youth workersThrough these outputs, the project will create a lasting long term effect by improving the quality of youth work and in turn, the employment prospects of young people, thus improving the European market."

<< Objectives >>The main long-term objectives that we are aiming to achieve with HerbVenture are increased youth participation in society, fostering entrepreneurial values in them, decreasing misinformation about natural medicine and the industry, including traditional herb remedies, increasing dissemination of the real medicinal health properties of herbs, and increasing local, national and international conservation efforts of their environments. We aim to increase the use of natural medicine properly.<< Implementation >>We have three tangible outputs:- Digital Edition Encyclopaedia of Herbs- Online platform incorporating herb locations, weather maps, and zones with additional information for each- Handbook on Traditional Medicine Literacy and ConservationAdditionally, we have integrated three training activities into the project:- Local workshops with expert herbalists and academics with live examples and fieldwork- Mobility activity with entrepreneurs in a rural area- Online entrepreneurial training<< Results >>The main results and outcomes we expect to see are:- Increased civic participation of youth from disadvantaged rural areas in natural medicine;- Better future measures for prevention in climate change;- Increase in development, and entrepreneurship of youth of rural areas;- Heightened awareness and knowledge of young people about green practices;- Higher focus on preventive natural medicine;- Enhanced youth knowledge in the generational traditional medicinal skill field.

<< Background >>The Lifeboat project is based on experiences of partner NGOs in terms of work with refugees and migrants. The idea of preparing KA2 Cooperation partnership came after discussion between partners and the whole context was as well discussed in the group. Before the first application, each partner organization has organized two focus groups with eight youngsters (16-24 y.o.) with a migration background at ZOOM. Those focus groups aimed to find out how they feel in a new country, the barriers they are facing, and their interest in participating in youth work activities. The results have shown that overall:1) The absolute majority of inquired youngsters (across all partner countries) do not feel completely integrated or accepted (especially, since they are often presented negatively in the media).2) Accordingly, 76% of participants feel not accepted by their local peers (32% of them do not have a chance to interact with them at all, while the remaining part feels excluded in the mixed group). In their words, local youngsters often tend to interact with other locals more (as it is probably easier for them due to a more similar cultural background). Some of the youngsters even mentioned that others seem to be afraid of their different (e.g. muslim) culture.3) When asked what kind of actions would facilitate their social integration in the new country, quality leisure activities (together with local community) & educational workshops were mentioned the most.4) Also, 80% of refugees would like to be invited to join the organizations & youth centres, but feel not too confident to simply appear at a youth centre or youth organization.With these results in mind, the exact idea of the Lifeboat project (which would contribute to a more equal intercultural and inclusive environment within the youth local communities and involve young refugees / immigrants through new innovative methodologies) came up. This version comes as the third one, after fine tuning of details, which were recommended by evaluators.<< Objectives >>The Main aim is to create innovative Project results for youth workers to improve their work with youngsters from migrant/refugee/asylum seeking background. Those youngsters as well as local youth will be actively involved during activities in order to hear their opinion and to create a methodology as well as manual, which will be based on real needs of those young people and which will be tested in real situations.Our objectives are to:1. Improve the level of social inclusion in the education system by methodology and manual created as a part of IO, where youngsters from migrant/refugee/asylum seeking background as well as local youth will cooperate.2. Strengthen capacities of youth workers, facilitators, teachers and other relevant workers in work with multicultural groups and to promote social inclusion between them.3. Create innovative educational materials for free use, which will help youth workers, facilitators and teachers to improve their understanding of creating tolerant working environment and their adaptation will lead to decreasing of non-tolerant, xenofobic or racist behaviour4. To bring a change to youth work focused on youth from refugee/migrant background on a national level in each partner country based on our Policy recommendation.<< Implementation >>There are six transnational meetings planned during the duration of the project, which is 22 months. The meetings will bring together two representatives of each NGO, which always means 12 youth workers, and will take place in every partner country. During the meetings, there will be various sessions connected, especially to the project's results, its monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination. Except for the transnational meetings, we will prepare several local activities. The first is connected to the project's results and will bring together youngsters with refugee/migrant backgrounds and majority youth. During these activities, we will observe the reactions to various non-formal methods and methods of learning. These youth meetings will be a core for project result II. Our participants as well as target groups are most importantly youth from migrant/refugee/asylum seeking background, who will be actively involved during the activities as well as local youth, who will attend the activities and work together with the first group. Important role plays as well as youth workers, who will attend to each activity as facilitators or observers. In total we expect to actively integrate around 100 participants with fewer opportunities plus tens of participants who do not belong to the category with fewer opportunities, those will be mostly youth workers/facilitators or teachers, who will take part in the project.Once project result II is prepared, we will manifest it to NGOs and institutions in each country and present them our Policy recommendation. In order to promote the Policy recommendation, we will meet NGOs and institutions as mentioned, and later on, we will deliver the document to the ministry of education in every country.<< Results >>There will be two Projects results created as a part of this Cooperation partnership. The first one is a methodology for youth workers called Lifeboat and teaching modules, which will be created together with youngsters from refugee/migrant/asylum seeking background as well as with local youth. Following result “How to facilitate inclusive sessions” (Manual) is deeply connected to the Methodology since based on the knowledge gained during the PR1 and after activities, which will test practicability of those methods, there will be Manual published, which will be then shared in language of each partner plus English and shared to relevant target groups. Last activity, which is not part of projects results is Lifeboat recommendation, which will be presented to ministry of education in each partner country. This recommendation will include our knowledge and present possibilities to improve the situation in the country. Target groups and institutions, who will accept our materials are expected to join this recommendation by their signature in order to express that this need is not based on one project, but there are more professionals, who see the need as well. To ensure proper dissemination and easy access for all needed information and to share our knowledge by audiovisual educational materials we will launch a website, which will include the developed content and provide free access to all materials created during our project.Long term benefits of our projects are not only partnership built between NGOs but as well all the materials, which will be presented online and will be free accessible even after the end of the project. We see as well potential for PR1 and PR2 to be used as a base for other projects on this topic, which will use our information and use them for their own research. The Policy Recommendation will as we believe open discussion in countries on national and local level.
