Thanks to the strong partnership structure, collaborative outputs will be produced.<< Implementation >>In the project lifecycle, following activities will be carried out.Transnational Projects Meetings:1. France2. Türkiye3. Slovakia4. FinlandShort term joint straff training:1. Greece2. SpainMultiplier Events: 1 in each partner countryOnline Meetings: Bi-monthy (Total:12, also bilateral meetings can be arranged if needed)Focus Group Meetings: minimum 10 in every Country, with people who have worked in a profession for many years (Total: minimum 60)<< Results >>Work Packages:WP1: Management WP2 - Career Management Toolkit WP3: Transversal Skills Based Career Guide WP4: User interaction based e-Learning PlatformWith all this work packages, NEETs will be informed about career opportunities in order to reduce their anxiety about the future and the competencies of youth center workers will be increased in this regard. In addition, thanks to its ICT-based online structure, it can be accessed from anywhere and helps to digitize education.
