<< Objectives >>The project consortium will contribute to a sustainable development of the mountainbiking sector and the inclusion of lesser represented target groups and people with lesser opportunities in the activity. This will be done by developing a relevant and comprehensive competence framework and build a system for validation of competence and certification towards the framework.<< Implementation >>The objectives will be met through:-Defining and developing competence frameworks for mountainbike trail builders (EQF level 4) and mountainbike trail building managers (EQF level 5)-Targeted development of learning outcomes for inclusive and sustainable recreational infrastructure -Development and implementation of a European certification system for mountainbike trail building professionals-Developing and offer eLearning provision for preparing trailbuilders for certification<< Results >>The project will deliver:-A comprehensive competence frameworks for MTB trail builders and managers-A set of learning outcomes for inclusive and sustainable recreational infrastructure -A European certification system for MTB trail building professionals-An eLearning provision for preparing MTB trail building professionals for certificationIn addition, the project will give further organisational development of the participating organisation and partners in the MTB sector.
