To facilitate this supervision, the use of Human-Systems Interactions, integrating decision support tools, is recommended. The performance of these interactions must be realized in a global way, by ensuring the acceptability of the new technologies by the Human and by taking into account the possibility of human errors. The HIS3 project aims to design supervision tools centered on the needs of end-users. The ambition is to propose tools capable of reducing the mental load and stress of supervisors managing production processes in the presence of hazards. The HIS3 project will focus on the design and prototyping of decision support tools at different levels of fidelity, and then test their usefulness/usability and acceptability, through a rigorous experimental methodology, established in a transdisciplinary way. The HIS3 project is part of the H.19 axis, with the aim of centering the factory on the human being, so that he remains at the heart of operations. The project is supported by 3 laboratories in Toulouse (CLLE, LAAS-CNRS, and IRIT), 1 laboratory in Paris (LPS - University of Paris), and a Toulouse SME (Ingenuity i/o) who will collaborate through the supervision of two Ph.D. students. The competencies of the members of this consortium embrace the sciences of decision, interaction, psychology, cognitive ergonomics, and the design of interactive environments of supervision - control - command. Among the cases of study envisaged, that of the supervision of aeronautical assembly lines will be particularly studied, this one being considered within a regional project by the actors of HIS3 in which an observation and an analysis of the activity of the supervisors of assembly lines of satellite payloads were produced.
