Because, in the report titled “Science Education Now:Renewed Pedagogy for the Future of Europe” (Rocard et al., 2007) published by the EU in 2007,science and technology education across the EU alarmed. It was emphasized that especially in the fields of science, technology and mathematics of young individuals decreased significantly and in the absence of effective action plans,Europe's long-term innovative capacity will decrease significantly. The related report emphasized not only the science and technology education in schools, but also the skills of using information that enable the society to survive and adapt to the scientific and technological atmosphere of our age.Following this report, the European Union has given the opportunity for European researchers to develop collaborative projects by making project calls under the field of science and society for the renewal of science and technology education throughout Europe and the implementation of the inquiry-based science education specified in the report. The aim of the project;Developing our students in STEM and Coding,21st century skills that will enable them to be successful in this field,Creativity,Communication skills,Intellectual curiosity,Critical thinking,Information and Media literacy skills,Cooperation skills,Problem-defining-formulating-solving skills. Thanks to our cooperation with our foreign partners to grow up,it is to create a process that will benefit from the experience of Europe in the field of STEM within the framework of the exchange of good practices.Project activities are based on sharing good practices among project partners and adapting all activities to all schools. With the project activities to be realized;Teachers in project partner schools will create project-based learning awareness that will raise the students who will make innovations that will add value to life by taking the theoretical information revealed by the basic sciences such as physics, chemistry, biology(science) and mathematics blending it with the practice of technology and engineering. Since there is no engineering cycle in the classical curriculum in our project partner schools,a project process is aimed at developing teachers' skills to integrate the Engineering cycle into their lessons. The traditional classroom environment increases the indifference to STEM instead of attracting students to participate in STEM fields.‘With the 'Design Workshops',we aim to create a new educational approach that aims to help the project partner schools gain interdisciplinary cooperation, systematic thinking, being open to communication, ethical values, research, production, creativity and the ability to solve problems in the most appropriate way. Thanks to the project,in our Project partner schools;-Science and Math classes will be taught with STEM based,-Web 2.0 tools will increase in use in lessons,-We will integrate engineering design into our education curricula with our Design Workshops ,-An understanding of education will develop in which awareness of coding and STEM is formed.-An innovative school atmosphere will be created which gas gained competence to train students who can design what they think with their Design Workshops, has produced, researched and adopted project-based education. One of the 6 LTT activities that will take place during the project will be for teachers and five for students.A total of 25 students,2 teachers and 10 accompanying staff from each school will participate in the 6 LTT activities to take place.Teachers and accompanying staff are from the branches of Physics,Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Information Technologies and students interested in the fields of STEM.The infrastructure of the students who will perform STEM studies in Design Workshops with LTT activities to be realized will be supported with Coding ,Robotics ,3D Design Modeling trainings.Because, thanks to the 'Design Workshops',which is one of the concrete outcomes of the project,in the partner schools of the project, students who will be the innovators of the future will be provided with the opportunity to apply, produce, question, and search for creative problem solving techniques. We believe that the project will continue its impact without any extra funding in the process after its completion, thanks to its sustainable and practicle outputs. This is important for the development of partner schools. In particular, planning the Design Workshops and STEM festival to continue after the end of the project will provide serious benefits in the long term.

Based on this idea, we have started to work systematically and cooperatively with our 4 partners, which we believe can contribute to our project locally and internationally, and we have created our project. Our project is due to peer bullying, school dropout, absenteeism, uninterested and unwillingness to school, not wanting to go to school, desire to change school, anorexia in the morning, constant abdominal and headache, nickname, ridicule, humiliation, exclusion and physical harm. It is based on studies to minimize negative behaviors such as giving.Defining the development of education and human resources as the pioneering force in the development of the EU, Europe 2020 draws attention to the potential contribution of education and training to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. Those who are bullied frequently increase their chances of absenteeism 3 to 4 times. Reducing the early drop-out rate below the 10% level, which is among the EU 2020 targets, coincides with the prevention of bullying behaviors. In education, besides academic knowledge and skills, teaching of human rights, positive communication skills and approaches to solve problems without using violence, teaching students to increase anger control, self-expression skills, self-esteem and self-worth, and to increase the bond between students and institutions. Minimizing and increasing the pedagogical development and academic success of our students is the main motivation of our project. The project partners are Spain, Romania, Greece, Macedonia and Turkey in total with our partner consists of five participating institutions. In recent years, especially in developed and developing countries, approaches giving importance to education within nature and beyond the classroom have been applied. In this direction, it is important to be a school that regularly brings students together with nature. Learning happens through experience. The world is a good material for freedom and creativity for students. Ecologically designed schools provide life experiences crucial to the environment. Our young people will adapt to social life with the knowledge and skills they have acquired within the scope of this project, they will know the value of mother nature, integrate them into their lives and even direct their future professions. As a result of the information they gain from our partner countries, they will ensure intercultural interaction and globalize this knowledge and pass it on to future generations. In a globalizing and urbanizing world in the 21st century, our young people learn nature and life skills in nature only through technology tools, computer games or books. With this project, we aim to be not only consumers but also producers by improving the life skills of our students. In this process, our students will be intertwined with the soil, learn about the adventure of the plant from seed to product, get the opportunity to meet physically with trees, soil and animals, and begin to move into the productive society by actually taking a role. For this purpose, we organized a questionnaire consisting of 100 questions for our young people, including natural life knowledge and skills. In this study, we determined the evaluation criteria by our expert team as follows;0-20: No Knowledge and SkillsBetween the ages of 20-40: Knowledge and Skills Should Be DevelopedBetween the ages of 40-60: Knowledge and Skills Should Be Supported by EducationBetween 60-100: Knowledge and Skill Sufficient.Based on the criteria we determined, we evaluated 200 students who participated in the survey. The results we obtained gave us the conclusion that the natural life skills of 75% or more of our students were supported by education. Then we published an E-Twinning call with the name of our project. The details were discussed and discussed with the schools that agreed with us. Online meetings over Skype were held with schools and institutions that decided to become partners in the project. As a result of the meeting, other partners conducted the same questionnaire for their students (200 students) in the same conditions. According to our survey results, we aimed to create a project that will ensure intercultural interaction and information sharing with our partners. We will achieve this goal through our international meetings. As a result of these goals, we plan to develop natural life knowledge and skills with the information, training and various workshops we will provide to our participants. In this process, we aim to increase the level of our participants by 25% in each period with the surveys we will conduct every 6 months. The reason we decide on our partners is primarily because they agree with us and have the same needs. Additionally, we selected our partners from high school and equivalent schools, as well as associations that offer health and natural life experiences. Thanks to this approach, each individual will learn best practices by sharing the natural life knowledge and skills of their culture with other individuals. Our target groups in the project are the youth who will become the building blocks of society in the future. We aim to equip students aged 14-18 with the knowledge and skills we program to prepare them for a sustainable life. In this interaction process, we aim to apply a multinational and multicultural approach to learning by enabling students of each country to share their natural life knowledge and skills with other countries. As a result of the project, while increasing the natural life skills and knowledge of our participants to 85% and above, they reach the planned stages by sharing their knowledge and skills in a way that suits global European citizens, and during these changes, multinationalism, intercultural dialogue, multilingualism, tolerance, empathy, emotional literacy and benevolence skills. We also aim to develop.During our project, we plan to teach our participants to gain natural life skills and to produce renewable natural resources.
