<< Objectives >>The main objective of the project is to increase the skills and knowledge of the partner organisations in the specified topics and thus strengthen their personal and professional development as well as the overall development of the quality of the activities of both organisations. The objective will be fulfilled through the implementation of training courses for the members, thanks to which they will be able to acquire new skills, which they will use for activities for young people.<< Implementation >>The project is structured in 4 work packages (WPs), which include activities on training in lecturing skills (TC0), training in improving 21st century and transversal skills (TC1, TC2, TC3), training in improving mental resilience and adaptability (TC4, TC5), practical testing of the acquired skills on a target group of students (PT1, PT2), project meetings, and dissemination activities. << Results >>A total of 40 participants from FGE and 44 from ROE will take part in the training courses (TCs) and 16 members from FGE and 16 members from ROE will take part in the testing of acquired skills (PTs), thus gaining practical experience and improving the quality of their work with youth. At the same time, the project will raise awareness on selected topics (through dissemination events, video outputs and regular presentations).

"<< Objectives >>The main goal of the project is to build a strong and long-term partnership of organizations dealing with the social inclusion of young people from smaller cities (and thus strengthen the potential of our organizations) and encourage young people to invest themselves in their local communities and to participate in non-formal education and spread knowledge about European Union and common values.<< Implementation >>The main project activities will be 4 international events in Italy, Poland, Bulgaria and Greece. << Objectives >>There will be 10 Milion ukrainians refugees in a short time. We can´t stop the war but we are morally obliged to try on softening their burden...we must welcome them all as we would like to be. But this task doesnt only demand our will….we must learn how to do it...we must engage with them so we can can know their needs and we must have knowledge on the already existen tools that E.U has to soften the impact.The achievement to search for is to comply with our conscience by doing it.<< Implementation >>We will promote workshops online and face-to-face, one hybrid (online and face-to-face) seminar, cultural visits and inter-cultural festivals.<< Results >>Capaciting youth ngo’s on refugees and mass migrants integration and the integration of refugees in our comunities itself.

"<< Objectives >>The ultimate goal of the project is to advance youngster's attention on the subject so as they will be inspired to act as influencers and opinion-leaders challenging their communities under the same aim of the conservation of our planet. Communities need peers to act as leaders in taking initiatives under a common force.
