    << Objectives >>Labour market experiences for lesbian, gay and bisexual youth (LGBTQ+) are often structured by stereotypes and stigmas related to sexual orientation and gender. With Gen Z quickly becoming most enterpreneurial generation YET it is challenging for LGBTQ+ youth to start something of their own. As investors, organisations are pushing for diversity, the LGBTQ community tends to be left out of this conversation.Project Business Pride will alter these barriers building inclusion for all in society.<< Implementation >>With research based focus, the Business Pride consortium via 3 major Work Packages develop and implment a learning manual handbook plus an interactive online platform. A number of activities will be implemented locally and jointly to develop these results. Activities include: research, focus groups, prototype & testing and finally dissemination plus multiplier events in all partner countries. Overall idea led by coordinator Germany. Online & Handbook led by Croatia, dissemination led by Poland<< Results >>The major results of Project Business Pride will be a handbook and an interactive learning online platform for both the LGBTQ community and all the stakeholers who are keen to learn more about this group to develop a more inclusive society for all. Handbook developed via desk research, analysis, focud group, piloting & available in all partner languages. Online tool with interactive materials done through desk research. content creation, piloting, fine-tuning & launching in all countries

    << Objectives >>We aim to raise the capacities of organizations to develop entrepreneurial competencies of young people, with a special focus on girls and women, develop capacities of organizations to work together with the representatives of other sectors, train youth workers to design and deliver activities empowering young people, especially girls and strengthen the network between the organizations involved in the consortium and increase their capacities to cooperate within the Erasmus + framework. << Implementation >>We plan to implement the following key activities: an international training course allowing youth workers to develop their competencies and learn from the practices of involved countries; activities leading to the development of a new Toolkit on the development of entrepreneurial competencies of young people and a series of local workshops in participating countries. << Results >>We expect that the project will increase the capacities of the organizations to develop entrepreneurial competencies of young people with a special focus on girls and women including increasing the competencies of their youth workers to work on entrepreneurship and together with the representatives of other sectors. Moreover, we expect that the project will be a new Toolkit that can be used also by actors outside of the consortium.
