"As a result of the researches conducted and the postgraduate thesis on “glass ceiling syndrome”, “BIG CEFA” Project is planned based upon the low rate of women administrators and the problems they encounter. Heading up from the fact that the situation observed decreases the possibility of women to become administrators, the project is prepared to be implemented in 5 countries where the rate of women administrators is extremely low.So as to be able to cope with such problems as gender discrimination and lack of communication with their fellows that they are faced with advancing in their careers, women administrators and women manager candidates who are exposed to glass ceiling syndrome need guidance, social support and motivational services. Within this context, this project is in line with the objective of ""improving the demand and take-up through effective outreach, guidance and motivation strategies"", which is of the priorities of European Commission in the field of adult education. Besides, it is aimed to minimize the problems faced by women administrators by improving the management skills and competencies and mentorship skills of them. With this objective, the project is in line with the priorities of European Commission with the objectives of ""Extending and developing educations competences"" and ""Achievement of relevant and high quality skills and competences"". Within this framework, it is thought that the findings and results obtained from this project can draw attention to the importance and seriousness of the matter and taking action to overcome glass ceiling barriers.Taking these priorities and objectives into consideration, main target of the project is women administrators and administrator candidates in educational organizations. Project’s Intellectual Outputs were created suitable for this target, which are:1-Situation Analysis Report (IO1): Report contains knowledge about Glass Ceiling Syndrome given in related literature. It aims to put forward the currents situation of Glass Ceiling Syndrome and Glass Ceiling Barriers that women administrators face in Turkey, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Germany. The report has 3 main parts. Problem Situation, Method, Findings and Discussions and Results and Suggestions. The report holds current situation of women administrators in terms of glass ceiling experiences comparatively in partner countries of the project.2- Women Administrators Training Program (IO2): The training program aims to give information about glass ceiling issue in administration. It was prepared according to results of IO1. It has three modules which are Administrative Training, Coping Skills Training and Glass Ceiling Training. They can be used both together and separately by the one who interested in. According to training evaluation results and participants' feedbacks, it is seen that training program is valid and applicable. 3- Women Administrators Mentorship Training Program (IO3): The program aims to develop women administrators' administrative skills and their mentorship skills. It was prepared according to the results of IO1 and evaluations of IO2. It has 5 modules which are Time Management Training, Decision Making and Problem Solving Training, Communication and Motivation, Gender and Awareness and Mentorship Training. The modules can be used together or separately by the ones who are interested in.Thus, we aim to minimize the glass ceiling barriers that women administrators experience, to let them develop skills in order to be able to cope with these problems and to develop their mentorship skills. According to training evaluation results and participants' feedbacks, it is seen that training program is valid and applicable. The situation analysis report (IO1), women administrators training program (IO2) and women administrators mentorship training program (IO3) will be available for use with a free access in many countries around Europe. Therefore we aim to reduce gender discrimination at the management level, break the prejudices and stereotypes directed to women administrators and administrator candidates, inform them in advance about glass ceiling barriers they may encounter and thus to develop their ability to cope with these barriers, improve the work conditions of them, give mentorship training to women administrators for make them guide other women administrator candidates.By taking all these priorities, intellectual outputs, short and long term aims into consider this project aims women administrators to develop better social skills and right decision-making skills and to gain motivation to overcome glass ceiling barriers in their career planning. The digital world has covered every aspect of our life. Especially after the COVID-19 pandemic spread all over the world, people had to carry out all communication and business online more than ever before. Growing with the digital world, digital marketing has a significant place because more consumers are becoming online every day. European Commission places great importance on digitalisation in agriculture. The EC organised EIP-AGRI Seminar covering Multi-level strategies for digitising agriculture & rural areas with the participation of 25 member countries in April 2019. Primarily, main components of a strategy for digitalisation and challenges to foster strategies in digitalising agriculture were issued. Additionally, inclusion of digitalisation in the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) Strategic Plan was discussed. They signed a declaration of cooperation on ‘A smart and sustainable digital future for European agriculture and rural areas’ to take a number of actions to support a successful digitalisation of agriculture and rural areas in Europe. It recognizes the potential of digital technologies to help tackle important and urgent economic, social and environmental challenges facing the EU's agri-food sector and rural areas. In order to succeed in digital marketing, individuals/enterprises need to recognize the importance of using the digital security of marketing as well as using various digital marketing channels. Conventional marketing methods can no longer reach people as much as digital marketing. Among people who will use the digital marketing methods to sell the goods or services, maybe the most vulnerable ones are the farmers, agripreneurs.Because the agricultural community is very weak in digital skills and accordingly in digital marketing; they are so defenceless to the digital threats like pishing, e-commerce fraud etc.; digital safety & security is vital for farmers-agripreneurs who will use online tools to sell the goods/services. Therefore, improving the digital skills of farmers, producers, peasants i.e. agripreneurs through ‘Safe Digital Agri Marketing’ skills is inevitable, and priority is given to increase the digital marketing skills of farmers including safety & security. The aim of the project is to contribute to digitalisation in agriculture and so improving the economic and environmental sustainability of the agricultural sector through improving farmers' digital marketing skills with digital safety & security. The objectives of the project that will be implemented by nine partner organisations from five countries are,-Establishing an innovative and sustainable educational e-learning platform and developing a curriculum/course on digital marketing with digital safety & security for agricultural and digital sector-Extending the competences of trainers and other personnel by using innovative tools and OERs-Increasing awareness on the online safe & secure marketing in agricultural sector-Opening new doors to farmers to evaluate their products and increase their income. In our project, we will produce innovative intellectual outputs that will be “Curriculum/Course for Safe Digital Marketing for Agripreneurs”, “E-Learning Platform with Modules & Training/Learning Materials”, “Agripreneurs' Safe Digital Marketing Guidebook and Toolbox for Safe Digital Marketing Strategy for Agripreneur”. During the development of the outputs;18 trainers/instructors will be trained to improve e-learning skills in designing & managing a course on LMS and in creating interactive contents. The survey will be applied to 200 farmers/peasants in partner countries for the need analysis. Testing will be executed with 200 farmers/peasants in partner countries. All results and intellectual outputs will be shared with 225 participants from stake holders in the multiplier events in five partner countries. Our project will produce an e-learning platform which will be open to all agripreneurs even other people in EU, program countries and worldwide. Any individual will be able to access freely to E-Learning Platform, Curriculum/Course, Agripreneur’s Safe Digital Marketing Guidebook and Toolbox for Safe Digital Marketing Strategy for AgripreneurBy implementing the project, we are expected below results and outcomes:-An innovative & sustainable educational methodology in the digital field for farmers will be developed.-Learning outcomes and a curriculum/course on digital marketing with digital safety & security will be developed for agricultural sector.-Trainers/instructors will extend their competences by using innovative tools and OERs.-Awareness on the safe & secure digital marketing in agricultural sector will be increased.-Outcomes will contribute to the digitalisation of agriculture and improvement of the economic & environmental sustainability of the agricultural sector.-Digital skills of farmers/agripreneurs in rural areas will be increased. Thus, productivity & efficiency will be improved.

Internet affects every field including the educational processes and while enriching the teaching processes, it offers teachers and students unlimited social, cultural and personal opportunities. However, effectiveness of the internet in the teaching process depends on the information literacy skills of the students and their ability to use the internet efficiently. Therefore, students in all fields in secondary and high schools must certainly be trained to have competencies to enter information sources, to obtain accurate knowledge and to gain the ability to compile and to comment. This matter is not only the problem of our country, but also the problem of Europe and of the world.Education, as in every field, is rapidly becoming digital with each passing day. Students, secondary school and high school teachers and even academics complain about students who cannot access correct and necessary information and cannot use the existing possibilities of digital information literacy in their homework and thesis. Most of these students are not aware that they have all the information resources on their mobile phones in their hands. Therefore, most of the students starting or graduating from university, graduate without learning how to use the internet and information literacy. Students who start using smartphones even in primary schools should be taught the digital information literacy lastly in high school. We have to teach learning to students who have digital opportunities by gaining them the talents to use the right resources and the ability to compile and to present information. Before students start university, they must be taught learning in the digital world. Otherwise, it is known that students starting university are not successful enough. Therefore, digital information literacy needs to be taught to students before entering university In order to teach these abilities to all students IN SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS, compulsory digital information literacy courses that will be designed according to a modern curriculum should be given in the first year of each school. There are three main purposes in this project: 1-This project aims to prepare a course curriculum to be used in all IN SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS for digital information literacy courses in cooperation with and the experiences of partner countries. The main goal here is to design an innovative, guiding and competitive curriculum corresponding to present day digital information literacy and to design an e-learning course for IN SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOL students. 2-The second aim of the project is to improve the digital literacy of teachers with short-term National Education courses. Training courses for teachers will be included in the project outputs. The main purpose of this preparation is to explain the importance of digital information literacy to school administrators and teachers, to complete the missing information of educators and to teach the use of projects and outputs. In particular, school administrators should encourage them to take this course, which will be applied as an elective course in schools within the framework of digital education and course curricula, and to make them work on the importance of this course. The project also aims to provide the knowledge, the experience and the applications of the partners related with digital information literacy and this collaboration will contribute to the determination of the frames of the curriculum for information literacy courses IN SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS. 3-Another aim of the project is to develop the academic abilities of the students in digital information literacy before starting university. This project foresees that cours of digital Information literacy should be given to students as compulsory education during the pre-university periods in secondary and high schools for the success of students Four international meetings will be held in the project. Dissemination events will be organized, informative and educational meetings will be held for teachers, school administrators and students. Plot applications will be held in at least three schools. In the project, four Intellectual Outputs, including an education web portal, modules, course curriculum, mobile phone application and BDW textbook, which can be used in normal education and distance education, will be obtained. In the years after the project is completed, information literacy in internet use will be included in the program as an elective course in schools affiliated to the Efeler District National Education Directorate. Certified training seminars will be held every year for teachers who want to teach the course.

The use of antimicrobial drugs in animals, including the non-therapeutic use of antibiotics, leads to the multiplication and excretion of significant amounts of antimicrobial resistant bacteria - both as pathogens that can directly and indirectly infect humans and as drugs that can carry transmissible determinants of resistance across species boundaries and reach humans through multiple transfer ways. The ban on food antimicrobial agents has drawn a lot of attention to the use of probiotics to produce safe food and protect consumers' health. With the appearance of new antibiotic resistance strains, probiotic strains are gaining popularity in both medical and livestock sectors. There is no structured curriculum on the issues discussed that will lead to an awareness of the need for decisive action in the direction of health, of both animals and consumers. The main objective of the project is the successful transfer of educational know-how, presented through good practices, which will improve the knowledge, skills and competence of the people responsible for organizing and delivering educational services within the agricultural sector. The project targets are administrative officials, scientists, researchers and supervisory staff responsible for setting up and delivering professional training to farmers, agricultural advisers, high school teachers, and people in close contact with animals as workers on the farm, slaughterhouses, feed manufacturers and feed additives, animal breeders associations. The main beneficiaries of the project are the people responsible for the creation of training, training plans, training programs / curriculum, receiving funds and search for new methods of training. The second objective of the project is to create a network for mutual contact between scientists and staff of partner institutions. The network will provide a seamless flow of information, ideas and inspiration between project partners, as well as potential new members joining multilateral teamwork and will be the basis for future collaborative work on projects and exchange of scientists. The direct target group / staff members of the partner organizations / of project is not large in number, but the activity of these people has a huge impact on the whole livestock sector. As a final result, the recipients of the education services / indirect target group - farmers, veterinarians, agricultural advisers, high school teachers / receive knowledge that meets their needs and expectations. The curriculum and online e-learning platform will provide two training methods - synchronous and asynchronous. There will also be a two-level mobile application for trainers and trainees. The curriculum structure and curriculum content will be innovative and will provide competences to both project participants and the indirect target group. The online platform will enable participants to actively participate in problem identification, discussion and dissemination of best practices. The platform will provide preservation of the presentations and videos of the seminars. As a result of the implementation of the project, they will enhance their skills and enhance international cooperation within a network through institutional and personal contacts.Comparison of experience and methodologies used by partners is a key point in the activities undertaken during the project life. The exchange of practical knowledge, opinions, observations and good practices will lead to mutual progress and we hope to develop new solutions. Although the aim of the project is not developing innovations, but to create a network for the exchange of good practices, cooperation is expected to lead to adjustments and improvements to the processes used in animal husbandry and to increase the knowledge, skills and competence of the staff involved. The transfer of educational know-how by identifying good practices in the field of educational services is the main outcome of the project. The idea for enhancing the qualification and transfer of know-how will be disseminated throughout the project and after the completion of the project. The online platform as the most sustainable impact will be attractive to other scientific institutions and / or advisory structures. It will serve as a smooth flow of information, ideas and inspiration for further work and to realize collaborative research strategies. The online platform with its accumulation of contacts and ideas will also be a target for dissemination among the additional target group of the project, ie. scientific staff of other research and training institutions in the country as well as on international level. The focal point of all activities is the comparison and sharing of the situation in the field of educational services in the livestock sector. The added value of the project will be the new personal contacts, which are always the basis of further successful cooperation.

<< Background >>We emphasized the importance of apitherapy in the two-year period of the European Union project on the importance of bee products for human and animal health, which started in 2017. At the end of this project, we saw that beekeepers play a key role in the effectiveness of bee products in human and animal health. However, the main purpose of beekeepers in beekeeping is to produce honey. We have seen that beekeepers are unaware of the importance and value of propolis, bee venom, bee bread, drone larvae, except for honey and pollen. We know that beekeepers leave their hives in all kinds of environments in order to strengthen the hive and get nectar to produce honey, and they use drugs, antibiotics, etc. chemicals uncontrolled and unnecessarily. These chemicals leave residue in all bee products. In addition, it has been observed that beekeepers do not know the correct harvesting method of bee products including honey including pollen, propolis, bee venom, etc. and the storage conditions of that product until it is marketed or they do not fully apply it. Apitherapy applications, the use of bee products for human and animal health have taken their place in the field of supportive medicine in many countries. There are only more than 3000 publications about propolis in PubMed. In 2020-201, many studies were conducted in terms of the positive effect of propolis on Covid 19 (https://doi.org/10.1007/s13205-020-02619-1 and Giovanna Giovinazzo et al 2020…). In some countries, propolis has taken its place as a medicine. However, when bee hives are left near asphalt, close to settlements, bees collect asphalt, paint, etc. sticky substances as propolis. Also, beekeepers do not use traps to collect propolis in hives. Generally, beekeepers collect the propolis, which is attached to the inside and sides of the hive, by scraping it for hive cleaning. It has been observed that products such as propolis, bee bread, honey, which contain residues such as medicine, will do more harm than good by using them in the market for apitherapy. The use of honey with chemical residues in wound healing, the use of bee and bee larvae affected by environmental pollution, the use of pollen that has lost its volatile phenological compounds due to sun drying, etc. will do more harm than good.Demand for bee products for apitherapy will increase day by day. For these reasons, it has been observed that it is necessary to provide training to beekeepers, to produce quality natural bee products, to create certified and controlled raw materials for apitherapy. In the coming years, other bee products rather than honey sales will bring higher income to beekeepers. Therefore it will be IMPORTANT to produce other bee products. For human and animal health and a healthy environment, it is important to teach the production of apitherapy products at certain standards from production to market. It is also important to raise awareness of relevant lawmakers, relevant organizations and consumers on this issue. Especially not harming nature as much as possible, not using pesticides and other pesticides, or proper practices will directly affect human and animal health positively. For these reasons, this project has been presented to complete a major deficiency on the subject.<< Objectives >>Apitherapy, the treatment with bee and bee products, is getting more and more prevalent globally. While many bee products are used as drugs in some developed European countries, such as Germany and Italy, they are used as complementary treatment materials in some others. Apitherapy treatment is supported by the Ministry of Health in Turkey and doctor who have apitherapy course certificates are allowed to use apitherapy in their treatment. Bee products used in apitherapy are produced by beekeepers. Focusing on only honey production, beekeepers have been trying everything correct or incorrect in order to increase their honey production for economic reasons. Unless the beekeepers make their productions accurately, healthily and consciously, usage of these products for both human and animal health will bring harm rather than benefit. On the other hand, beekeepers who make their production consciously and accurately and doing the marketing accurately as well will be natural medicine producers contributing to human and animal health and will earn more at the same time. Beekeeping done with incorrect and unaware applications leads to drug and antibiotic remnants in bee and bee products. Since other pollutants related with insanitarypesticides and other environmental effects such as drugs and antibiotics, chemical remnants, radiation, etc. are not taken into account and since they are not produced at certain standards, the usage of bee and bee products (bee venom, honey, pollen, propolis, bee larvae, bee bread, etc.) in apitherapy will be risky. Due to these vital reasons, beekeepers must be raised awareness, informed and trained. Beekeepers play the key role in the approval of bee products, accepted as medicins in many European countries, at scientific and legal standards as useful remedies for treatments. It must be provided that beekeepers producing certified apitherapy products will appear in a very short time. The main aim of this project is to equip beekeepers first with the awareness of apitherapy reality and then to provide training programs for them to be able to produce bee products that will be extremely significant for themselves and for their countries under convenient conditions consciously and according to certain sanitary and standardized conditions. Another aim of this project is to raise the awareness in the humans who are tied to agricultural activities from producers to consumers for the must to produce, to store and to market the products used in apitherapy according to certain standards.<< Implementation >>*Four transnational meetings will be held in the project. In these meetings; work flow, joint decision making, brainstorming, past and future work packages, task and job distribution planning and control will be provided. outcomes and courses of the project will be planned in accordance with Turkey and the European beekeepers.*At the beginning and at the end of the project, at least 100 surveys will be conducted in each country with the target audience and relevant people, and will be made into reports.*Each country will hold events meeting as part of the dissemination in the last year of the project.*The meetings to be held within the scope of the project will be held face to face, remotely digitally or in combination according to the conditions of the day.*Each country and partner will make project promotion and event announcements from the beginning to the end of the project through digital and printed news sources, social media, facebook, whatsApp instagram, etc.* Each partner will hold an informative meeting at least once a year to ensure the participation of beekeepers, academics, agricultural engineers, veterinarians, doctors, students, relevant associations and ministry staff.*At the end of the project in coordination with beekeepers associations, a face-to-face training meeting will be held for beekeepers, and those who do not participate will participate remotely via the internet.*Training portals and training materials created will be implemented as a plot application in AYDIN(TR), ÇANAKKALE(TR) and WROCLAW (PL) Beekeepers' unions, if there are deficiencies, they will be completed and shared with partner country unions. This portal will be shared with the union of every country that wants.*A report will be sent to the relevant ministries to ensure certified production for the production of bee products for apitherapy, and to ensure packaging and storage conditions in production. The outputs of this project can be listed as :*Training modules will be prepared by creating androgojic methodology plan *MEDI-BEEB e-learning portal will be created. This portal will contain all educational training materials.*Training and education modules will be created and the entire training system will be planned according to these modulars.*European MEDI-BEEB book will be created,*LTT system on ICT will be created, *An educational visual vido series will be prepared, *An application will be created for all beekeepers to access the internet from any open location. This application will be able to support expert help. All outputs will be in English and in all partner languages and will be open to everyone. with this project, • to inform andorient the other groups rather than beekeepers, the ones who make agricultural production, who supervise this production, chambers, sanitarians, policy and decision makers, about the importance of the issue and to emphasize the great significance of the bee products and beekeepers • to flashlight the importance of bees and beekeepers not only for treatment purposes, but also for a healthy life and for nutrition in human life, • to encourage beekeepers union to design and conduct activities for a sustainable beekeeping and to raise awareness for the importance of beekeeping for human health, environment and life primarily in beekeepers and to motivate them to give training courses to their members with the outputs of the project after the project lifetime is completed, • to create a public opinion towards certain standards in Turkey, in Europe and in the world for certified production from the production stage till marketing points and to develop the present standards, • to orient the decision maker institutions with advices, proposals and case reports at the end of the project lifetime for the need of programs to create “certified beekeepers” who will make production particularly for apitherapy, Everyone who uses bee products should prefer certified bee products according to the standards<< Results >>At the end of the project and the project impact will be effective in the realization of:Awareness that bee is an indicator in determining environmental health, human health and the health status of other creatures,To ensure that beekeepers can produce all bee products, including honey, with the correct production and storage methods in a way that preserves their effects,The ministry of agriculture and the ministries of health of the state should bring a certificate requirement for beekeepers who will produce bee products for human and animal health. These beekeepers should be provided with training and the production stages of bee products should be supervised. Ensuring that healthcare professionals and consumers are sensitive about this issue,Allocation of private areas where there is no environmental pollution for beekeepers who will produce products for apitherapy,Beekeepers who can produce certified apitherapy products should be created It should be ensured that apitherapy products are made under supervision from production to the market. Another purpose of this project is to create awareness that farmers engaged in agricultural activities and people in other production branches do not use pesticides and other chemical wastes and that protection of environmental health means protecting their own health. The projects to be carried out in every field for the protection of environmental health and the health of humans and other living things are important. It should not be forgotten that the world is a village with covid19, and the environmental and health problems of the countries of the world can be the problems of all humanity.
