In 2015, 12% of young people were NEETs, with the highest rate reached in 2013 at 13%. 48% of them have reached up to a certain level in upper secondary education and 43% to one a certain point in lower secondary education” (Georgios Koulouris, International Relations Analyst based in Athens and writing a thesis for Sustainable Development MSc on poverty in the European Union.).From this perspective, Le Monde des Possibles works on these principles of early school leavers remobilization and socio-economic inclusion for nearly three years now. Through digital arts skills and popular education practices, we’ve welcomed and trained more than 70 early school leavers with convincing results.Based on this experience and the specific expertise of our staff, we think these practices must continue to be expanded in order to develop a consistent methodology at an international level, based on digital art skills and jobs. This high-tech growing sector is already identified as professions of the future. Tim Cook, Apple CEO, talks about an ""intersection of liberal arts and technology [that] can amplify learning and creativity"" (“Education, coding skills key to future employment and strong US says Apple CEO Tim Cook” ).Young people who are not engaged in education employment or training is a global problem which concerns the future of Europe. We therefore think it important to act in a more horizontal manner by sharing our practices and expertises in order to develop innovating learning processes and anticipate school drop-out (or fight against its psychosocial and economic consequences). In practice, the project will consist of: -Combining skills and good practices of each partner (Le Monde des Possibles, Kids & Co and Active Youth) and identify NEET’s needs (with them)-From these identified needs, creating learning devices implementing innovative didactic materials (trough digital arts skills)-Testing these devices with the NEETs and seek views from stakeholders-Holding a media event (festival, workshops) created by the NEET for themselves. As they set up the event, they will apply new learning practices.-Reviewing the results with the participants-Producing a methodological guide intended for professionnals"

However, in most countries, worldwide men outnumber women in leadership positions in every sector globally, including business, non-profits, government, education, medicine, the military, and religion (Andrews, 2021). This gender gap, often referred to with the metaphor ""glass ceiling"", represents one of the most critical challenges to achieve gender equity and allow equitable working opportunities to all genders. Given the urgency of achieving gender equity, which encompasses promoting women leadership and including men in the process, the capacity-building project LEO - Leadership is for Everyone was created. The project aims to enhance women's leadership, develop NFE resources for youth workers and young people, promote men's involvement in women's empowerment, and strengthen the synergies between youth work and the labour market. This aim will be achieved through a wide range of single-sex and mixed activities (job-shadowing, internship programme, workshops, e-course, and more) for young women and men. More specifally, the project will:1. Identify young women's challenges in becoming leaders in partner countries and understand how to address them;2. Increase men's involvement in the process of women's empowermentand identify 20 positive masculinity figures to support the project andchallenge traditional sexist stereotypes in their communities;3. Improve the qualifications and competencies of 5 youth workersin each partner country by the end of the first year in order to better supportwomen's leadership: 4. Make it easier for 20 women from each partner country to enter thelabour force by August 2023;5. Provide a better understanding of young women's leadership to partner countries. The main outputs of the project will be the creation of research, methodology for youth workers, e-courses, and a sustainable internship programme for young women with fewer opportunities."
