We hope to best do it through promotion and organising of education and mentoring youngsters in starting social enterprises. After doing a short survey among our youth workers and beneficiaries, partners have agreed that this project should aim to build capacity of youth workers and youth organisations in the field of social entrepreneurship with/for young immigrants and asylum seekers through empowerment of youth workers and developing the needed tools and courses for offline and online education and mentoring of beneficiaries in our communities and on European level.Project core activities were:- Online Preparation meeting- A1- TC1 “Education and mentoring for social entrepreneurship with/for immigrants and asylum seekers”, in Ferrara, Italy from 3-11 November 2018, gathered 28 participants from 6 countries (RS, IT, MK, BA, HR, DE).- O1 – Curriculum of the TC1- O2 – Handbook on How to develop online courses in youth work- A2 – TC2 “Development of online courses in youth work for inclusion and social entrepreneurship”, in Novi Sad, Serbia from 2-10 March 2019, gathered 28 participants from 6 countries (RS, IT, MK, BA, HR, DE)- O3 – Online course for beneficiaries (immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers, as well as other youth with fewer opportunities) on employability skills and social entrepreneurship competences - O4 – Online course for youth workers on education and mentoring of beneficiaries for social entrepreneurship- Local dissemination events in all partner countries- Final (online) evaluation meetingAll partners have been involved in all project steps, activities and outputs. All partners shared responsibility for parts of the budget and project coordination.Project built capacities of partner organisations and their youth workers for local and online youth work for social entrepreneurship for inclusion and integration; as well as competences of the misplaced youngsters or social entrepreneurship have been and will be raised further on.

Project aims to:• explore and promote intercultural acceptance of diversity and respect of Human Rights in Europe• increase participants’ ability to deeply understand and empathise with socially excluded and marginalised groups in our communities• analyse the implemented practices and to recommend how best to use the NFE and experiential learning for inclusion and acceptance of immigrants and asylum seekers in our youth work• encourage creativity in developing new or adapting existing methods of NFE for inclusion and acceptance of diversity youth work• provide interaction of our youth workers with asylum seekers and thus to get out youth workers motivated for more consistent engagement on youth work for inclusion and acceptance• empower new generation of youth trainers in our organisations and raise their competences in all the needed knowledge and skills needed to act as trainers of NFE activities (communication and presentation skills, facilitation and debriefing skills, dealing with conflicts, challenging teamwork and barriers to learning skills, etc.)• empower our youth workers’ competences for quality development of different non-formal education activities / programmes for inclusion and acceptance of diversity• Increase awareness and knowledge about EU possibilities and Erasmus+ and developing new projects and future European level cooperation among partners for inclusion and acceptance and with target groups of immigrants and asylum seekers youngstersThere are several activities in the project:- A1 - Preparation meetings.- Preparation activities of organisers and partners - A2 – TC “NFE - opportunity for inclusion and acceptance of immigrants and asylum seekers”; 21-29 October 2017; with 29 participants, trainers and staff from 9 organisations and countries (RS, IT, HR, MK, BA, CZ, SK, GR, XK).- O1 - Curriculum of the A2- A3 – TC “Training for trainers for inclusion and acceptance of diversity in our communities”; 18-27 November 2017, in Serbia; with 29 participants, trainers and staff from 9 countries (RS, IT, HR, MK, BA, CZ, SK, GR, XK).- O2 - Curriculum of the A3- O3 - Collection of participants’ workshops - Local workshops with/for/about refugees, immigrants and asylum seekers - Dissemination activities- Evaluation meetingPotential longer term benefits: Through increased quantity and quality of NFE projects of participants and partners, we expect the increased competences and readiness of young people in communities (indirect beneficiaries) for taking active stand on fighting discrimination and intolerance and promoting respect of diversity and intercultural acceptance.
