"<< Background >>The widening social skills deficit among youth at risk of social non-compliance age 15+ , beneficiaries / recipients of partner institutions involves engaging in risky behaviours such as addictions, vandalism, crime, as a results from engaging in more pathological interpersonal relationships. They contribute to impaired self-assessment and are a pattern of negative social behaviour, and consequently social and professional exclusion. Already 10 years ago the European Commission recognized that exclusion is a multidimensional process which makes young people socially marginalized and prevents them from participating in social, economic, political and cultural life! Therefore, the answer to the abovementioned problems is an intensive promotion of quality, innovation and recognition of work with young people 15+ at risk of social maladjustment and exclusion. The aim of the project is, among other things, to enrich the educational offer with new (innovative at the same time!) methods of work with trainers, which are not yet popular on the European market, as well as topics of personal, social and professional development which are attractive to young people - included in the ""FREE YOUR MIND"" - a comprehensive development programme. Therefore ""equipping"" young people aged 15+ with the necessary knowledge and soft competences to manage their personal potential to move independently and successfully in the labour market, this same overcoming skills inadequacy and exclusion, is considered necessary and desirable by the partnership.<< Objectives >>Thanks to the implementation of the project ""FREE YOUR MIND"" in the trilateral partnership: Poland, Macedonia and Portugal, it is possible to develop and introduce modern, European-applicable tools to stimulate the activity of persons 15 + at risk of social maladjustment and exclusion in social and professional life. Activities will be undertaken in the field of developing soft competences and interpersonal skills of young people. As well as measure to increase their motivation to undertake further professional and educational activity for the benefit of permanent social and professional inclusion. The most important for the partnership is to meet these challenges and create a new comprehensive educational offer (responding to the needs of the 2nd target group, which are the trainers) - THE ""FREE YOUR MIND"" DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME consisting of 4 closely correlating and complementary modules:- A. TOOLBOOK FOR TRAINERS- B. DIGITAL LIBRARY FOR TRAINERS ENTITLED: ""BODY AND MOVEMENT IN WORKING WITH EMOTIONS""- C. BOARD GAME FOR YOUNG PEOPLE -. ""MILE CARD"".- D. TOOLBOOK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE with implemented resources for the mobile application ""Your move"", THE TRAINER/EDUCATOR TAKES ON THE ROLE OF TUTOR based on authenticity, involvement, acceptance and autonomy of each of the young participants in the programme.Work with the programme lasting about 3 months (30 workshop meetings) assumes a change of life attitude of the participating youth, protection against marginalisation and social maladjustment, acquisition of key social competences useful in studies, future work and personal development (i.e.: coping with stress, negative emotions, overcoming stereotypes, empowerment, positive communication, building self-esteem, release of own potential, involvement in social initiatives). The programme in module A will also include practical elements to ensure an adequate participation process for young people at risk of exclusion. And this is undoubtedly an important aspect in the work with this group of beneficiaries. Thanks to the combination and use of the modules of the above mentioned Programme in the workshop work with young people, the youth educator/tutor has rich content-related, methodical and activating resources at his disposal. Each scenario = workshop meeting will be prepared in such a way that the tutor can make own choice, flexibly complement it or change it with the known and available materials. The development of the aforementioned Programme for an active form of work with young people and its dissemination on the European market has, in our opinion, a high chance of success. In the innovation dimension there is the adaptation and multiplication of solutions that are known and proven in the country of each of the three partners. The results of the project focus on supporting youth education and combine the use of best practice workshops with self-development of young people using a mobile application. The 3 general thematic areas of equal access and entry to the labour market, inclusion of marginalised young people and social inclusion, promotion of equality and anti-discrimination are the core of the project ""FREE YOUR MIND"" and respond to the needs of the defined two target groups - young people 15+ at risk of social exclusion and youth trainers/educators and HR professionals undertaking educational and development activities for these young people.<< Implementation >>The key activities in the project will be:1. Setting up a website, FB and their moderation together with access to open the educational platform where all modules of the Development Programme -result of the project- will be implemented.2. Creation an animation to promote the developed programme FREE YOUR MIND"" and 3 professional articles - to be used during the campaign on social media, educational and coaching portals, etc.3. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of individual project activities, including ongoing, mid-term, final, qualitative evaluation - the impact of the project on the participants of the pilot workshops and dissemination .events.4. Evaluation of the external expert and external review of final products.5. Open recruitment of paricipants and the Conduct of a series of workshops with young people 15+ by each partner (after 20 pilot meetings with a group of 15 young people and 3 coaches) to test the method, refine the content and exercises to the intellectual and social abilities of young beneficiaries.6. Creating (in EN, PL, MK, PT languages) in partnership with the practical compendium of trainer's knowledge in the national languages of all members of the partnership - THE ""FREE YOUR MIND"" DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME consisting of components such as:- TOOLBOOK FOR TRAINERS,- DIGITAL LIBRARY FOR TRAINERS ""BODY AND MOVEMENT IN DEALING WITH EMOTIONS"",- A BOARD GAME FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ""MILESTONE CARDS"",- TOOLBOOK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN PDF VERSION AND MOBILE APPLICATION ""YOUR MOVE"".7. Conducting a total of 9 dissemination meetings of the developed project results: Development programme ""FREE YOUR MIND"" in each of the 3 countries for 225 participants: youth trainers, tutors, coaches and HR specialists.<< Results >>The outcomes developed by the project focus on supporting youth learning and combine the use of best practice workshops with self-development using a mobile app. Through by the developed scenarios (TOOLBOK FOR THE TRAINER), in cooperation with youth trainers, youth will develop social skills in themselves that would allow them to minimise perpetuating anti-social behaviour. The youth development workshops will also be enriched with body work that develops the ability to recognize, express and regulate emotions - a DIGITAL TRAINER'S LIBRARY WITH 15 FILMS. And also a PLAYGAME ""MILE CARD"", essential for working on emotions and improving the ability to name and express emotions. The MOBILE APPLICATION (with the TOOLBOOK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE implemented) will enable them to consolidate the knowledge acquired during the workshops, work on self-development and involvement in their own lives (proactivity). The ""Your move"" mobile application will also make it possible to reach the representatives of the iGEN generation with practical advice and examples presented in a very practical form of ""e-pills of knowledge"". Thanks to the impact of the above-mentioned results an increase of awareness for positive changes, self-confidence, motivation of young people 15+ regarding their future integration into society and the labour market in a united Europe is expected. The results of the activities in the project will provide new methods, tools and materials ideally suited to the new challenges of the EU Growth Strategy 2021-2027, which aims to develop: an economy based on knowledge and innovation and a high-employment economy delivering social and territorial cohesion, including inclusive growth. The partnership also assumes that through the impact of the project and sharing its results there will be an increase in social awareness of the need to increase social professional activity of young people 15+ at risk of social maladjustment by promoting social and professional reintegration of young people at risk of social exclusion, including the promotion of the benefits of employing young people among businesses."

It is evident that during the last decade, all Europe was characterized of slow economic growth and of high youth unemployment rate. According to Eurostat (2015), 6.5 million young Europeans were unemployed in 2008 before the impact of the economic crisis. This number increased by more than 40 % in the following years and hit a high in 2013 at 9.3 million unemployed youth. However, youth unemployment was and is still (2015) very unevenly distributed across Europe, ranging from 7.2 % in Germany to 49.8 % in Greece, with an EU-28 average of 20.3 %. Promoting youth entrepreneurship is the best way to respond to the challenges portrayed above. In the EU’s political agenda, fostering entrepreneurship, and particularly youth entrepreneurship, is considered a crucial means to tackle youth unemployment and social exclusion (European Commission, 2017). Consequently, the European Union and national governments have launched considerable efforts to pursue the objective of promoting entrepreneurship among young people, and initiatives to boost youth entrepreneurship are given a significant role in supporting the main goals of the Europe 2020 strategy for growths and jobs. In this sense, youth work presents itself as a promising opportunity for combining traditional approaches to the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship with work targeting disadvantaged groups of young people and aiming at social activation and inclusion. Consequently, our main objective with this project was to provide to youth workers all the necessary skills and competencies in order to be able to understand and deliver entrepreneurial learning. The specific objectives to achieve or goals were: -To provide youth workers a better understanding of entrepreneurship and the role of non-formal learning in supporting entrepreneurship among young people. -To give youth workers practical methods, tools and practices that they can adopt and adapt to their context and so make it easier to promote entrepreneurship among young people. -To promote peer learning activities in order to enhance the skills and competences of youth workers in delivering entrepreneurial learning. -To compose a set of learning materials as open educational resources (OER); -To develop a digital guide for youth workers to support youth entrepreneurship. -To explore existing programmes supporting youth work and youth entrepreneurship. The project was managed by partners in a collaborative way, based on collective intelligence and regular communication. Details of the schedule were contained in the project GANTT chart. This schedule was used as a base for the overall project management and tracking of the project milestones. This methodology also meant that steps were realized in time bound manner as any lateness or missing parts can had direct influence on other partner work. The following methodology was applied: Plan, Do, Check, Act. This aimed to constantly monitor the project advancement and to ensure permanent quality improvement. In all project training activities were applied a non-formal education methodology. The project had direct, positive effects on the different participants as they acquired more specialized knowledge on entrepreneurial education and the importance of entrepreneurship for young people, transversal competences, perception of self-esteem and a positive sense of belonging to the wider community, and through the peer-learning among youth workers there have been concrete opportunities of intercultural contact as well as upskilling professional competences, adding comparative assessment and rating of the results, the perception of a professional growth and greater social recognition of the training, e-learning courses and educational mission by stakeholders. After the end of the project, the partners will continue exchanging good practices. Indeed, the collaborative networks and cooperation consortiums of the partnering organisations will be an important channel to reach the target groups and disseminate the project further. Each partner is a member in various collaborating networks, which gather regularly to the network meetings to exchange ideas and experiences, review new project proposals and assess the initiative's progress. Annual and periodical international conferences, seminars, workshops and other meetings, which are based on active working methods with sessions, workshops and seminar presentations, will provide excellent forums for reaching the project target groups and disseminating the project results. Thus, the results of the project benefit not only the consortium members, but also the organisations throughout Europe, even globally.
