"Statistical data collected by the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that about 50% of all mental health disorders (leading to abuse psychoactive drugs, aggression and violence, and other antisocial behaviors, various offenses and general neglect) begin during puberty. 10-20% adolescents are identified with mental health problems. Therefore WHO in his main document recognizes the protection of mental health of children and youth as a priority in politics health protection. The goal of health promotion and protection is not only to strengthen health and well-being among children and adolescents, but also to take care of the health and fitness of future adults.Specialists agree that the early years of life have a great impact on mental health as well as good cognitive, emotional and social functioning of a human being. Good mental health during childhood is a condition for an optimal development, effective learning, building satisfying relationships with people, taking care of your own physical health and independent coping in adult life. Mental health protection for young people is therefore an investment for the future.School is not only a place where the child acquires knowledge planned in the teaching programs. It is also an extremely important environment that has a huge impact on emotional and social development of the student. It is here that the young man expands the social network, gains friends and develops social skills. He also has the opportunity to learn about adult social roles different than in the family. Under the influence of school experiences, the student perpetuates or verifies his image of the world, other people and his own person. The school can strengthen the mental health of students, it can reveal already existing problems of children with mental health, it can also cause them. The sense of physical and mental danger as well as educational and social failures of a child often correlate with health and social problems, such as using alcohol and drugs, premature sexual contacts and behavioral disorders, including criminal activities. The goal of activities at the school, in the field of mental health promotion and prevention, is to reduce risk factors and strengthen protective factors. When talking about mental health, one must not forget that it is an essential part of general health. There is a close relationship between the state of physical health of the child and his ability to learn, achieve school successes, also in the field of social contacts. We have created the ""MIND your health"" project that aims to raise the qualifications of teachers and parents in the subject of students' mental health, recognize possible problems, solve them and - most importantly - prevent them. The second aspect of this project is to build a better atmosphere in schools for students to raise morale. Students increasingly have low self-esteem. Instead of being among friends and family, they are looking for acceptance in the virtual world. Rejected or criticized very often can not cope with negative emotions. By participating in the project, we want to raise their own self-esteem and the ability to deal with feelings in the modern world.During the project, students, teachers and parents will gain and expand their knowledge about mental health during meetings, workshops, celebrations of the Mental Health Day or Safe Internet Days and trips to partner schools. Pupils and teachers will develop English language skills as well as reasonable and effective use of ICT at school and beyond. Last but not least, they will promote European identity not only by getting to know other cultures and history but also by learning how to respect them. This chain of activities is able to enhance students' ability to cope with obstacles in every day life. All the above mentioned tasks will be presented in each town, school and local community. Sixty students will take part in the project directly through trips to partner schools. Their classmates will also be very involved in the project work and the exchange of information and experiences. The entire school community will benefit from the project. The Mental Health Day or Safe Internet Days will cover the entire school community. All students will have the opportunity to take part in the ""My Perfect Spot"" competition and after the implementation, using this place. Integration workshops in schools will also be planned to cover a wide range of students."

"Our project with 5 instution from different 5 country in Europe (Turkey, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Romania. Our project was open to students aged 10-15 years. Project is for 2 years. There have been constant exchanges on the internet we have planned 2 years. Our classes filled with abstract concepts, students played an active role, widely used classes of extracurricular activities, using concrete materials, by including students lessons in the games and activities can associate with everyday life, spend an academic process their fears and prejudices that will enable them to break the life we want. In this sense, to identify our shortcomings, to correct the mistakes made with different perspectives, recognizing the value of European Union on students and to develop positive behaviors against these values and we wanted to take this project to life with international partners for the most important experience sharingThe web page have been a means for the others to evaluate our work.Obviously, our associated partners such as local authorities, had been consulted and kept informed about the activities done all along. The contributions of the local authorities were likewise be widely diffused among all participants. The impact of our project was a change in the attitude of the pupils and their parents regarding school and society. They have been ready for a better use of modern technology.By means of discussions with all the parties involved, in newspaper articles we introduced our project to the city. There were some skills to attribute to today’s learner and many of them were important for a learner. These skills were ;*Critical thinking and problem solving*Agility and adaptability*İnitiative and entrepreneuralism*Effective oral and written communication*Accessing and analzsing information*Curisioty and imagination To cause students to gain these skills ,we should know more about teaching strategies.Hereby we needed to do this project and begin to investigate. While investigating,we were came across incredible informations that teachers and students should experience. This curiosity was drawn us to magical World of ICT,WEB 2 and WEB 3.The most important side of this project was that as well as students, teachhers learned,so we have been excited in every stage of PMP. Our main aim was making learning and teaching easy for students and teachers so we all needed this project. We know that there was a great gap in teaching English in our education systems. If there was not, today students can use English effectively in real life.It was not enough to fill students’ braiin with facts,it was essential to support these facts with practice.Regarding the principle “the more you practice, the more you learn”,we support our students to learn by living. In this project, after learning by living ,students put into their knowledge in practice. This is possible with visiting different countries, meeting new people and recognizing new cultures.During our mobilities we organised many of activities for students and teachers. And cultural interaction provided automatically. With this project, we expected to fill in the gaps in teaching English. And we know that it was necessary to teachers be equipped with todays’ most used ICT tools,WEB 2 tools and WEB 3.In the process of PMP we studied on ANDRAGOGICAL,CONSTRUCTIVIST and ""CONNECTIVIST"" APPROACH to build active, experiental, authentic, relevant learning into the classroom structure. And we have been taken steps and move to a more connected, creative education."

ContextSedentary life, unhealthy eating and lack of physical exercises among school children are a worrying problem, due to the fact that IT has pushed children indoors recently. The parents are too busy to take care of their children's eating habits and to make sense of their free time with physical activities. This has increased the number of cases of obesity among adolescents. In addition to causing various physical disabilities and psychological problems, overweight dramatically increases the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and diabetes, it has a negative psychological impact. Obesity and sedentary life become not only a health problem but a social problem too. Its solution is related to the educational role of school.Objectives:- To reduce the number of fast-food users by half- To raise the awareness of 80% of the participants about healthy eating- To increase physical activity to a minimum 1 hour per day for 70% of TG students- To improve communication skills, interpersonal skills and self-confidence in the European environment of at least 70% of the participants- To exchange ideas and practices with other European schools to enable teachers to prepare Guidelines for Students and Parents, Guidelines for Schools and DVDs with video lessons-Development of knowledge about different European sports and cultures in 80% of the participants-Enrichment of teaching methods - in 80% of participating teachersParticipantsThe project targets three target groups: the first is the pupils aged 9-13, the students with weight problems as well as the regular students. The reason for choosing this age group is that students begin to build habits and develop long-term behavior at this age. This is a critical age for the development of future adults. The pupils will be at the center of all activities at both transnational and local level. The second group is the parents - we will inform them about the development of the project and will include them in the local activities to raise their awareness of the problem. We want parents to join our activities and encourage them to continue this way of life at home, involving in outdoor activities as many children as possible. The third group is the teachers involved in the exchange. They will be able to analyze similarities, differences, to identify good practices and apply them at their own schools. They will learn from their European colleagues and become resources for their colleagues to ensure the sustainability of the project results.Direct participants in the LTTA:From sent institutions:C1 - 12 teachersC2 - C5 - 16 pupils and 12 teachers, total - 64 students and 48 teachersFrom host institutions:C1- 6 teachersC2 - C5 - total - 236 students and their parents, 24 teachersActivities:C1 - European Trends in Obesity and Sedentary Students Life (Nov. 2019, TR)C2 - Causes of obesity among students and consequences (March 2020, PT)C3 - Nutrition-how to have a balanced diet (Oct. 2020, RO)C4 - Sports and physical activities in small groups (March 2021, MK)C5 - Outdoor games and walking tours (June 2021, BG)Specific results:1.Initial study report and final research report2.Collections of materials produced after each LTTA - causes and effects of obesity, healthy eating habits, sports activities in various European countries, outdoor games3.Diaries for nutrition and exercises for students4.Guidelines for schools with a short list of all activities, which can be done by schools dealing with the same problems5.Guidelines for parents and students for a healthy diet and dynamic activities6. 4 reports on the results of each exchange and the impact on pupils7. 5 newspapers8. Calendar for 2021ImpactThe impact of the project is to raise the awareness among pupils and parents in partner schools about healthy lifestyles and healthy eating. They will learn about the causes and effects of obesity. They will acquire skills to struggle with sedentary life and to use their free time for more physical outdoor activities. Students are expected to change their current unhealthy eating and driving habits. Students will become more motivated through direct participation in the exchange . They will improve their communication, interpersonal and language skills. We expect them to develop a greater sense of tolerance and mutual respect. The project will help to enrich the teaching methods and to improve the quality of health and physical education at schools. Participating teachers will be more motivated to develop personally. They will deal with the problem locally better. They are expected to develop professionally and be motivated for future participation in Erasmus +, through exchanges of good practice with their European partners.

The global objective of the project was to develop the learning autonomy of primary-school students through innovative and applied transdisciplinary approaches to specific education contents in order to consolidate the basic skills of math, science and literacy, as well as foreign language communication competency. The project started its delineation from an analysis of Romanian National Evaluation for 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th-grade students, released by the National Centre for Evaluation and Testing (2015) showing that students didn’t applied and analyzed basic information acquired during their educational activities. Every year the analysis showed similar results which indicated a lack of teaching effectiveness. The need of the project was that of educational contents to be adequate for developing and instilling students with the capacity of learning autonomously and use the information and their knowledge in new contexts or in correlation. Similar situations were encountered in the partner countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania, Turkey, and UK. After the withdrawal of UK and redistribution of tasks and activities, the project started implementing their activities and started sharing best practices in teaching effectiveness with a focus on student learning autonomy and by integrating non-formal activities in multicultural and transversal approach of the educational contents studied by pupils throughout the primary school. Through its activities, the partners of the consortium involved students in the learning process, increasing their motivation and attention towards exploration and understanding of certain contents. All primary teachers from the 5 countries were equipped with non-formal tools and teaching methods that made students be more involved in learning by sharing experiences and exchanging best practices during the four learning, teaching and training activities, and even during the four transnational projects meetings. The acquired experience and ways of teaching brought more attractiveness of educational content and made students more confident in their learning autonomy. This partnership was carefully selected according to their background, experience, skills and expertise and during the implementation of the project’s activities the partners cooperated for the benefit of the project and of the final beneficiaries, the students. Each partner shared its own experience and learnt from the others as well, and sat up a common framework of good practices to be used worldwide since it is available for free. The schools enriched themselves and became stronger in terms of involvement of the community and in terms of visibility and educational offer, the teachers acquired more experience and reached a higher level of professionalization. The project attracted more organizations during the implementation and the target group of indirect beneficiaries and stakeholders remained the same even after the consortium lost a partner. Everyone was involved in the activities organized and the majority will remain also after the completion of the project, to ensure dissemination on the project’s results, multiplication and even replication in other schools of the city/country. The activity called “The Science Festival” will ensure the sustainability of the project, along The Sustainable Greenhouse and The Dexter Laboratory. The expected results were reached and the project created effective tools and materials for upgraded educational content: more attractive and better prepared for the dominant intelligence of the student. Therefore, by applying the schedule and the specific procedures and by developing successfully the planned activities (4 short-term staff training events, including 1 training session, 3 short-term staff events - job shadowing type and 1 short-term exchange of groups of pupils), the project team obtained several quantitative results in terms of materials or products to be used by direct and indirect beneficiaries during and after the completion of the project, and also of qualitative expected results in terms of acquiring and developing basic skills in Maths, Sciences and Literacy, combating underachievement or failure education, acquiring and applying non-formal methods/tools in the teaching-learning activities. The impact of the project was indicated by several indicators: an increased support and involvement of family members in school life, other local stakeholders: local authorities, companies, parents’ associations, participants and participating organizations were promoted locally, nationally, at European level. The impact of the project on participating organizations, direct and indirect beneficiaries was total: improvement of school climate, promotion on all channels and in the European environment, reinforcement of the relationships between pupils and teachers, a better teamwork between departments, development of autonomy and broadening students, teachers and parents’ horizons.
