The content of education at all levels and the process of learning need to change as innovation guru C. Christensen points. The world has been changing and pupils are in danger of losing sight of importance and respect of cultural heritage and humanity, what is highlighted in the Europe 2020, 2030 Strategies and UN SDGs. So the objectives of this project are adapting education to changes, implementing and even setting them into the strategies of the schools to achieve their goals in this digital era. At the same time the cultural heritage, developing Social Emotional Intelligence (SEI) and soft skills of the pupils are preserved. Problem solving, critical thinking, decision making (Democratic Participation/DP), teamwork, being courteous and empathetic will be highlighted and developed. By improving language/IT skills and cultural awareness, we will enrich our knowledge about European countries and promote an attitude of openness, solidarity and tolerance/respect to the differences in educational and pedagogical work.Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Belgium, Croatia and The Republic of North Macedonia with different languages, cultures, traditions decided to work collaboratively to state that pupils with fewer opportunities need to be taught using lots of innovative methods in curricular and extracurricular activities.Four Transnational LTT Short Term Exchanges of Groups of People will be managed: 3 pupils and 2 accompanying persons from each school will take part in each LTTA and two Joint Staff Training Event will held with 3 participants. Born into the digital world where technology is an artifact of culture,“learning by doing” is one of the key methods of this project. Thus ""computer simulation-assisted learning/teaching” method (programming and Web 2.0 Tools) will be the essential method during the project activities in which pupils are actors of their growing journey. Moreover, cooperative learning-based and project-based learning approaches through using Web 2.0 tools, art, music, crafts and dances will help the pupils to participate actively. Specifically these simulations will also provide an opportunity to engage pupils who are passive learners because of their obstacles in the classroom. To sum up, the methods which will be used during the project are;-in preparation process: need analysis, action plan, meetings and questionnaires-in activity process: cooperation, knowing each other (films, chatting, letters/emails, etc.) and working together on each topic, solving the problems together, written (individual, peer or group) and oral feedback, evaluation table on eTwinning, seminars, polls, questionnaires, diaries, observations, meetings, reports.-in dissemination process: evaluation in the LTTAs, EC SELFIE tool, surveys, exhibitions, special day celebrations, collaboration, eTwinning Online/On-Site Events and reporting. The envisaged results and impact of the project in details are, for the:*pupils to:-become an active European citizen who is open-minded and tolerant to diversities and ready to work and co-operate internationally-learn how to learn -think algorithmically/computationally/critically and creatively -develop the eight basic skills of the 21st century-use coding, cultural heritage and digital tools in all disciplines -reach the“project working discipline”-communicate in foreign languages-be aware of cultural and individual differences, to preserve the cultural heritage and understand its significance-use Internet safer.*teachers to:-learn and follow technological developments in the context of educational needs and apply them into curriculums-take into consideration of multiple intelligences in learning processes -be respectful of multilingual/cultural differences-teach pupils to be proud of their roots-improve pupils’ self-confidence-change the ""soft structures of schooling“-overcome social, economical and due to disability obstacles-learn foreign languages and reach the qualified learning/teaching/training systems of the Education 4.0*schools to:-ensure the quality of internationalization-be a part of growing community of schools across Europe (digital competences) -respond to the needs of “Industry 4.0”-exploit the potential of digital technologies and personalised data in this globally connected world.*Parents and local authorities: -everlasting contribution to the education process with their assistance and expertise. For the future education(Education 4.0),learning is likely to break free from our old mindsets so the hopeful long-term benefit of this project is establishing a blueprint for the smart, inclusive and sustainable lifelong learning to play a better and successful role in society for pupils, teachers and administrators in many areas."

The coordinating country is France (Guadeloupe) which, in collaboration with institutions with extensive experience in Erasmus projects (North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Portugal), institutions with a tradition of European projects (Turkey, Italy, Portugal) but sharing a strong motivation to get involved, proposes to carry out this project on the environment: “Eco ambassadors”. This project was born from an objective observation made by the referent partners: the need to instill or consolidate anecological conscience among the pupils who, very often, do not know the concrete and basic gestures capable ofimproving the quality of the life and preserve the environment. The priority objective of our project is therefore torediscover (and in some cases, to discover quite simply) the importance and the benefits of an active and ecologicallife from an early age.It is essential to create in our students an ecological conscience which leads them to adopt positive and protectiveattitudes towards the environment. Europe, with the 2030 Agenda, has set itself goals that we must all set as prioritiesfor a better future.<< Objectives >>Our realistic objectives, which are based on the real needs of our students and which clearly relate to the selected priorities:- Become aware of environmental issues and the close relationship with our lives: flora and fauna, ecosystems, climate, health, food, energy ... ""What children learn today will transform the world of tomorrow"".- Establish new behaviors and attitudes respectful towards the environment by reducing the ecological footprint and promoting a critical mind with regard to consumption patterns and lifestyles.- Train eco-citizens by making them aware of the concerns of sustainable development and by encouraging them to become informed citizens capable of taking action.- Ensuring the preparation of students for secondary school and for life, developing transversal skills such as research, autonomy, teamwork, initiative, critical thinking, creativity, communication in a foreign language.- Promote the effective integration of Sustainable Development Education in educational programs and school programs.- Knowing and protecting our heritage as a tool to create bonds of friendships and respect between European students and to establish comparisons and cooperation between different regions: ""we only keep what we know""- Overcome language barriers between partners to discover a common European language: the defense of the environment.<< Implementation >>Achievement of objectives.- Through the ecological activities carried out with involvement, the students will be able to develop from an intellectual, emotional and moral point of view as responsible citizens and sensitive to environmental issues. * Through concrete observations, students will be able to assess environmental health. They will acquire positive attitudes towards the degraded environment and will propose more respectful behaviors and lifestyles. * By some of their activities, the students will show themselves as a model for adults, by blocking certain impulses of adults which destroy in an instant the harmony of nature (waste, pollution) and will become the future defenders of our natural heritage . * From the problems of the territory, such as pollution linked to a bad use of waste, students will learn to select waste at home and at school and at the same time they will understand what are the uses of certain materials such as plastic , paper and glass. Thanks to these gestures, the students will understand that saving the planet depends above all on them. * Other activities will allow students to use the knowledge and skills acquired for some positive and thoughtful actions aimed at solving environmental problems. The use of ICT will occupy a central place both in the performance of activities and end products. The activities will always have the common thread of the promotion of environmental education, a key element of education for sustainable development but also of foreign language learning. The activities will be framed in a work plan which will include the phases of preparation, execution, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination.<< Results >>Our expected results from participation in this European project: - Promote European cooperation and develop new teaching methods different from traditional ones.-Enrichment of technical skills using ICT (site, videoconference, Powerpoint, emails, eTwinning, facebook).- Use of the theme of Sustainable Development as an educational tool facilitating social integration. - Integration of pupils from immigrant or minority backgrounds."
