Exchanging of good practices for effective adult education 55+"" is the answer for the needs of educators and seniors over the age of 55 from 5 partner organizations from Poland, Slovakia, Portugal, Romania, and France.The project’s goal is to broaden and expand the competences of our organizations’ educators and other employees in regards to the institutions’ educational character for seniors.We want to lead to an increase in the number of known and used methods, tools, approaches, and solutions during work with seniors by the means of exchanging knowledge, experiences and attitudes between the educators. In the present project we focus on safety of the seniors over the age of 55, including their cybersafety, self-defense skills, and skills of dealing with legal and official documents.The type of planned actions has simultaneously the goal of counteracting the social exclusion of this age group.The project’s participants are 15 educators instructing seniors in activities such as: self-defense classes, training in safe usage of information and communication technologies as well as the internet resources, teaching skills regarding analysis of legal and official documents.The other group participating in the project is 250 seniors attending aforementioned activities.The project’s goals are:1) accomplishing the transfer of knowledge and skills between the 15 educators of seniors over the age of 55, who in their respective partner institutions are responsible for educating in said areas2) attaining new methodic and pedagogic skills, exploring new approaches, methods, tools and ways of work by the 15 employees participating in the project (3 from each institution)3) usage competences by the project’s participants in everyday work in said areas4) developing the products of the project by the participants in the form of methods, classes scenarios, outlines, teaching materials, educational materials, video tutorials etc. in both mother tongues and English and then publishing them on Erasmus+ Project Results Platform and other spaces on the internet, so that they can be used to further share the knowledge and skills5) participations of a total of 250 seniors in five-day-long activities connected with learning, study, and training taking place in each partner organization to the effect of broadening, and expanding competences regarding the participants’ safety, and stirring senior over the age of 55 to action, their social participation, and promotion of lifelong learning (informal one, in this case)6) including members of different generations in the activities described in point no. 5 – from children, through the youth, and to young adults – in order to promote intergenerational learning, and also increasing social awareness of seniors, so as to prevent their social exclusion7) increasing the activity rate, self-esteem, safety, and social inclusion of seniors of the age of 55Apart from aforementioned results in a material form, we also expect1) increase of competences in the area of concern to the project among the 15 educators participating in the project2) increase of competences in the area of concern to the project among at least 200 of 250 seniors participating in the project3) increase of safety in said areas among at least 200 project participants4) increase of the feeling of social inclusion among at least 200 project participants5) increase of self-esteem among at least 200 seniors participating in the project6) increase of the feeling of activity among at least 200 seniors participating in the project7) attaining and/or strengthening by at least 250 people from the generations of children, the youth, and young adults:- conviction of the positive value of intergenerational learning- conviction of the importance of seniors as a group co-composing the society- conviction of the positive value of lifelong learning8) deepening international cooperation between the employees of the participating organizations9) increasing language competences of project participants (educators, attendees)10) improvement of skills of cooperation of project participants (educators, attendees)11) development of personbal competences (educators, attendees)The project’s results will be presented as a part of informational activities inside our organizations, as well as to adult educators from other organizations both in our countries and in different countries."

Unemployment in the European Union has been at the lowest levels in the last few years. The economy is running at full speed and we can talk about importing human capital into the EU. These positive economic indicators also have shortcomings as the overwork and ""burnout"" of certain jobs. The main goal of the project was: Increase and develop manual skills and physical vitality in connection with the exchange of best practices in adult education in EU countries. The project belongs to adult education and focuses on the exchange of best practices in the learning area. It supports the development and higher effectiveness of continuing education aimed at older adults in particular. Partial goals of the project: 100 students in the learning process, 10-20 involved lecturers, 5 international partnerships, 140 international mobilities, 10 created study materials and video manuals and other activities such as seminars, conferences and exhibitions. Main target groups - EU citizens over 50 and lecturers in further education. Strengths of the project: an experienced working team and experienced experts in adult and senior education in Europe. The results of the project (studey materials, video materials) are in English language and on project web page: https://utv.tuzvo.sk/en/idemasap-50, YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/UTVZvolen and on EU Erasmus plus platform - results. Project participants were able to engage in a 1.5 year learning process. They had the opportunity to engage in international mobility and actively participate in other project activities. Participating organizations were able to show their best experiences - practices in the learning process, create a study guide and share their experience at international meetings."

In this context, it carries out the 'Seniors Friendly School' social campaign, which establishes long-term relationships among adult education institutions and schools. Project activities motivate the seniors to take a positive and proactive attitude and responsibility; shapes positive image of old age among schoolchildren<< Implementation >>The project will prepare a ready-to-use model program for cooperation between adult education institutions and schools. The elderly who take an active role will be prepared for the role of educators for children through a program. Elderly Friendly School campaign offers workshops in various fields which will convey the knowledge, stories and life experiences of the elderly to Generation Z. Schools that develop a joint cooperation plan with seniors will receive the Elderly Friendly School label.<< Results >>A bridge will be built on the intercultural divide between generations. Educational tools and methods will be presented that allow the elderly to develop knowledge and social skills that will contribute to increasing their participation in life. Seniors will be prepared to workshops with schoolchildren that share their knowledge and experience.Professional qualifications of adult trainers will increase. The problem of the digital world, being as a barrier to increasing distance between generations, requires urgent solutions, it has been recognised at the level of partner organisations. Students of the Third Age of Universities from the Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Turkey took part in the project. The main target group consisted of 50-80-years-old seniors with a creative point of view, being interested in active participation in the project implementation. In an each organisation there was a group of 20 elderly people (100 people in total). The involved staff was as an other group of project participants (about 40 people). Project activities were focused on the implementation of own programs in the education of adults, in range of realized innovative models of educational classes and activities called ""classes of exercises"", different from traditional lesson schedules. These activities were the subject of the confrontation, discussions, polemics, analyses and conferences, which resulted in the development of new forms and ways of transferring knowledge. The conclusions and methods developed and implemented in the partner organizations were innovative for the whole project. Each organisation, depending on many external factors determining the initial stage of advancement of the project participants, carried out the tasks with its own methods. They were also the main results and products of the project. At the initial stage, only the type of action and tools to be used in subsequent educational processes were identified. The target group acquired basic practical skills in the fields of algebra, geometry, new media, ICT, English, mother tongue, economics and entrepreneurship, as well as safe and environmentally friendly use of household appliances. The teaching staff and key personnel have gained the competence in the area of methodology and management of the organisation's resources. It is a difficult task, but feasible. That is why we are proud to call ourselves ""digital innovation"" and our listeners ""unique ones"" because we have already known that in the past of project years, they have acquired the outstanding and desirable skills of safe movement in the ""new digital world""."

Our partnership includes Poland, Slovakia, Latvia, Romania and Portugal. The partnership has been created to service in order to implement activity programs addressed to people 50+. The overall goal of the project is the implementation of 90 hours of classes for 30 students in each of the partner organizations. Classes are focused on the education of people 50+, how to care for a health and mental well-being. The classes have got own leading topics connected with the Erasmus+ Program and European identity. In the first phase of the project the educators will join to a short training program for employees. Each of sending organization will direct 8 educators to the mobility. They are: nordic walking trainer, relaxation exercises trainer, pilates trainer, conducting posture shaping exercises and small hand and foot motility exercises trainer, dietitian conducting workshops on ""healthy equipment"", internist doctor, physiotherapist improving perception of hearing and look and concentration of expectations, psychologist conducting classes developing communication skills and social competences. During the training, educators will exchange with good practices, will creat a 90-hour program of classes for students and accompanying events, and also will develope a set of leading topics. This program will be implemented by each partner institution as part of local activities in the project. to strengthen the effects of local activities, we will organize ""learning mobility"" for students - 5 meetings, one in each partner country. 5 students from each of sending organisation will participate in each meeting abroad. The hosts will teach the guests and local participants. They will focus to:1) strengthen the motivation to develop habits to take care of mental health and well-being,2) promote the Erasmus + Program and its educational offer and the idea of lifelong learning.3) build the European identity of participants.The project will bring the following results:1) implementing an innovative work program with 50+ students in each organization,2) introduction of new methods, tools, approaches, etc. to the work of the above educators,3) increase the professional competences of educators,4) lead students 50+ to develop proper habits of caring for mental health and well-being,5) promote the Erasmus + Program and its offer among project participants,6) build / strengthen the European identity of project participants,7) promote the idea of lifelong learning,8) promote intergenerational learning.Each of the participating organizations will use the program and new approaches, methods, tools etc. also after the end of the project."
