    << Background >>Partners made a research in their institutions and local communities in March 2021 ( 50 participants in IT, SERBIA, PL and FR) CATI and online survey, and the results showed firstly that all people (adults and seniors, adult educators) want to contribute to the sustainable development and they try to do at least something but the majority reported that they need a concrete knowledge and tools. Poland ranks last in the statistics in terms of educational activity of seniors. They use different learning strategies, have different attitudes, goals, preferences and beliefs. In Poland and in France the group of older age people is growing. It is said, that in 2050 30 percent of population will be elder people.<< Objectives >>The world is facing a lot of problems and the Sustainable Development Goals are a call for action by all countries and people to promote prosperity whileprotecting the planet. They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and address a range of social needs including education, health, social protection, and job opportunities, while tackling climate change and environmental protection. More important than ever, the goals provide a critical framework for COVID-19 recovery. In 2018, nearly one fifth (19 %) of the EU population was aged 65 and more. The project will empower at least 25 adult educators from partners' institutions and about 50 taking part in project workshops and events and about 200 adult learners of partners institutions taking part in direct project activities and many more by partners' adult educators network to reach about 200 adult educators. Participants will learn how manifest these goals in our own lives. The project will raise awareness of sustainability choices and contribute to the achievement of the 17SDGs. The project is based on the approach that the change can start from one person, one activity, everyone has a power to start a positive change. The key for the project is that change start with individuals taking responsibilities, with their courage to do the best they can no matter how insignificant they may feel. Partners will involve local participants who will learn from each others, from experience about best practices in each locality. Project will build strong connections between participants, will reinforce the European cooperation and citizenship. Partners will exchange knowledge, ideas and experience and they will explore the best practices and plant them in their area and developed guidelines, tips and new good practices to implement elsewhere to contribute to sustainability of the project.The project goal is to equip adult and senior educators with tools to design and facilitate digital and distance(remote) learning, to adapt digital competences and build capacity of Yadult educators to implement online teaching and learning by using special methodology, creative technics, inclusive learning, elearning. The project is also a need for participating organizations as it will bring longlasting effects by enabling participating organizations to gain experience in international cooperation and strengthening partners' capacities in building readiness and managing them towards digital education in a creative, sustainable and inclusive manner.<< Implementation >>Working on the project will allow adults and seniors and their educators to better integrate and will give them tools for life and their future professional work. As predicted by forcaster, we must learn to work as a team and be ready for constant changes. Not only in the current job but also changes in life. We must be creative and open towhat is happening around us. We are the change and we can change the world.The project willdevelop the following results:Project Result 1 The goal of this output is to make self analysis by partners staff, people involved and target groups and to create a WORKSHOPS SCENARIOS that showcases solutions to lower the ecological footprint. For instance cutting food waste can move the date of Overshoot Day. The workshop scenarios will cover all 17 SDGs- there will be 17 workshop scenarios. The output will also explain what is a footprint and overshoot day and the materials will be available on the project website, they will be translated into partners languages. Project Result 2 The aim of the output is to equip ADULT EDUCATORS with tools and knowledge on how to create an accessible INCLUSIVE distance and digital learning with a focus on SDG and seniors. The target group of the output will be adult educators and partners' staff working with adult learners and seniors making trainings. Indirectly the target group will be also adult learners who should benefit from the trainings developed by trainers taking part in the project and partners staff-trainers and adult trainers. Distance learning and inclusive learning contributes to SDG4- quality education and SDG8 decent work and economic growth. Handbook will pay attention to the INCLUSION ASPECT of education and in this way contributes to SDG10 - reduce inequalities with a special focus on SENIORS. Project Result 3 This Project Result consists in a comprehensive package of theory and tools for the ADULT EDUCATORS and ADULT LEARNERS for self study to trigger their engagement and make target groups exited, empowered and engaged in the sustainability issues. The output contributes to the development of the remaining outputs and it is crucial for the whole project development and corespond to setting goals and thinking about ways to achieve them which increases performance on an individual and organizational level.Project Result 4 This Project Result consists in a comprehensive package of tools for the adult and seniors educators as facilitators of the enhancing sustainability and SDGs bycombining workshops with creative technics with distance and digital learning. This package is targeted to the adult and senior educators who willprovide accompaniment and workshop to the changing people's footprint and making positive enviromental impact. QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN and project evaluation – this package results consists in the following tems: - Quality Assurance Plan -evaluation reports (1st managing expectation,2nd for progress and final) - Permanent stakeholders consultation - Permanent quality control of all activities and events implemented during the project. DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION - Dissemination & Expl. Plan - 2 Dissemination reports - Project Website. - Regular Newsletters, each 6 months - Articles and other publishing material in 5 languages ( English, Serbian, Italian, French and Polish) - Multiplier events in each country - Pilot/workshops targeted to public ingeneral, nvolved consisting in “exploitation” workshops - Agreement for the sustainability of the partnership and Project Results PROJECT MANAGEMENT PACKAGE: - 4 meetings and correspondent agendas, - Reporting package including financial and quality feed-back from the partners - reports to be submitted to National Agency The developmentand design of the project incorporates green practices in all project activities and on all stages.     The aim of the project BACIS - Be a Change - invest socially was to make social impact and to inspire people to be a change in the world, to become an incentive for local societies from partnership countries to be creative and socially involved. The aim of the project was to motivate people - adults to create a change, to teach people how developed creative solutions to address social problems, to give knowledge about social entreprises and empower people to see social entrepreneurship as a force for social change. Within this partnership partner istitutions exchanged good practices and ideas about social entrepreneurship and they created the basic content on the website about developed ideas and entrepreneurial skills. Project promoted access to and learning through OER. Target group of the project were local communities, learners of partners' organisations, adults. Two project partners are social enterprises/organizations : Pathways and Lentemente. Teaching outcomes of this partnership that were reached: to understand complexity of social change and the concept of social entrepreneurship.- to appreciate how social entrepreneurs mobilize resources to affect social change.- Knowledge and understanding of the meaning of social entrepreneurship, - to gain knowledge about the principles of social entepreneurship- to gain ability to identify social problems and challenges- to gain knowledge and understanding about social entrepreneurship. The aim of the project was to create a practical, socially beneficial activity to develop personal and entrepreneurial skills amongst groups & individuals across Europe. The project strived for motivating adults to create social entreprises, based on good practices from more experienced partners (IT,UK). The results of the cooperation are placed on the project website/portal. They are quidelines, good practices. Good proctices were especially involving and they are the most significant outcomes as partners cooperated with these social enterprises ( good practices) during the project lifetime and they learn a lot from each others. The proces of learning was supported by experience, learning by experience. Even though it was the project without intelectual outputs, partners put a lot efford to cooperate and to deliver some tangible outcomes. The project promoted the idea of social entreprises for social and societal purposes combined with an entrepreneurial spirit of the private sector. Social entreprises devote their activities and reinvest their surpluses to achieving a wider social or community objectives. he project contribute to improving and extending the offer of high quality learning opportunities tailored to individual adult learners, including through innovative ways of outreach and delivery. The project contributes to ET 2020 - development of entrepreneurial skills, to new business creation and employability of young people, to the objective - making lifelong learning a reality, enhancing ceativity and innovation, including entrepreneurship. Project taught basic knowledge about entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship as well as good practices about social entrepreneurship in the form of workshops - the summary is uploaded on the website. There were the following activities: - workshops on entrepreneurship organized by each partner with their learners, local communities - 2 worrkshops per partner - workshops on social entrepreneurship organized by each partner with their learners, local communities - one workshop per partner tutorials on entrepreneurship on the project interactive website - available after workshop, the materials developed during the workshops are available on the website - 06.2018 - 10.2018- meetings with social entrepreneurs with learners from partnership institutions during transnational meetings with partners, exchange of good practices,- each partner involved local social entrepreneurship as a good practice and learning by experience 12.2016 - 11.2018- exchange of good practices - summary on the website - the summary of good practices gathered during the project lifetime by each partner is uploaded on the website. The project website includes all information on social entrepreneurship and basic knowledge on entrepreneurship, good practices and guidelines for somebody who wants to develop social enterprise. Gidelines were developed during workshops with social enterprises participation. The project also promoted the social entreprenership idea. Teaching methodology: Individual or group activity on a topic area of interest on social change. Discussion and reflection Online polls with participants feedback. Cases and videos about a social entrepreneur. Weekly shared student journal/discussion (blog or other user friendly online tool) to share with peers. The project was carried out transnationally as partners complemented each others, more experienced partners (UK, IT) gave their good practices and knowledge.

    The AIM of the project is to develop guidelines for English language teachers in order to respond better to the learning needs of senior students, to motivate and activate seniors to learn and participate in lifelong learning. To find way to help senior learners with learning proces to improve their language skills and to reach better results in English language learning. To reach the goal the project team will also develop guidelines on how to learn and study a language combined with the usage of learning strategies and technics. Futhermore, to equipped senior students of English language with the ability to express themselves in English, to reduce the stress during English classes and to improve the quality of English language learning for seniors in the partnership countries by the development of this project. The guidelines will be also a colection of ideas for language teachers and ready to use materials in the classroom. All studies confirm that brain exercise has a positive effect on our health, mind and longevity. People who do not stop learning enjoy better health, later experience the symptoms of cognitive impairment and find it easier for them lives.The AIM of the project is to develop guidelines for English language teachers to respond better to the learning needs of senior students. To find way to help senior learners with learning proces to improve their language skills and to reach better results in English language learning. The project envisages to produce intellectual outputs and other results as listed below:IO1 Framework and research. Since the course/guidelines and ready to use cards for seniors language learning does not exist as such online or in practice, research must be done to identify the needs of teachers and seniors in order to create materials that address the target group exactly right in order to make the described impact. IO2 Partners will develop training materials for language teachers working with seniors. The development of those materials will start with training day during partners meeting - workshop based on the desigh thinking idea and human centered design that will help in ideas development and multiplicationIO3 During the partners meeting there will be 2 workshops based on design thinking to develop cards for teachers/seniors to use during the lesson/course. There will be about 60-70 cards with short instructions. IO4 E-learning platform. The hub will contain all materials from the Intellectual outputs and training as well as extra learning materials provided by partners. It will also include a small evaluation form to improve the hub during the project lifetime. The platform will be for language teachers and trainers working with senior learners.IO5 Pilot/workshops. Workshop is designed to help teachers become more creative and innovative, it will turn teachers' creative potential into a reality. The aim is to build creative confidence and competence.The project MEANING will cause a possitive impact on SENIORs:- improved, better experience in English language learning – evaluated by questionnaires- improved knowledge of English - evaluated by self assessment on the e-learning platform- language learning as a less stressful experience – evaluated by questionnaires- gained motivation to learn and stay active, - some materials translated into mother tongue of some content of the coursebook- more technics to memorize the material made during a language lesson- more topics to discussion based lessons to encourage them to speak- gained ability to use e-learning and benefit from it in the English learningMEANING will also possitivelly impact language teachers: - motivated to work with seniors – evaluation by questionnaires- flexibility of the learning proces – instructions included in guidelines - new technics/ways of corrections – included in the guidelines- will have an additional tool to work - will have been exposed to new methodologies in adult learning- will have an increased motivation for work- will exchange experience, knowledge and ideas- will be strengthened in their cooperation between institutions

    "Aging, active aging, and successful aging are some terms that anyone can hear more nowadays when compared to before. The gradually increasing life expectancy and number of old people in the society has led to an increasing importance and feeling of elderliness as a phase of life in developing countries. World Health Organization(WHO) puts out that there are some ""significant changes"" in elderliness such as ""shifts in roles and social positions, and the need to deal with the loss of close relationships."" The organization also gives the number of old people as 11% now and claims that this percentage will rise by 20's% by 2050.6 partners from different parts of Europe came together to run this project on a European basis because our target group live longer with less stress in our partner countries which have Age Friendly Cities (AFC) designated by WHO. We aim to equip our elderly people with new methods of stress management, health-financial-digital literacy, and other such basic needs of our age as ICT and foreign language skills. We are well aware of the United Nations(UN) Principles for Older Persons, which clearly indicates some such basic rights of the old people as ""participation, care, self-fulfillment and dignity"". Thanks to our project, our target group is going to find new ways of self engagement as UN stated: ""Older persons should be able to pursue opportunities for the full development of their potential."" Besides the UN Principles, there are some other international documents designed for the rights of the elderly, all of which aim to form healthy life areas to meet such basic needs as food, shelter, resting and other social and cultural needs of the elderly.The project AGES has been created for another specific reason; one of our primary objectives coincides with the European Commission Lifelong Learning Strategy, which is ""Encouraging the participation of people of all ages in lifelong learning"" The partners' old population density is more than the world average(changing from 14.5% to 31.75%). Taking these statistics into account together with the fact that our cities are considered as habitable cities for the elderly, and some of these group lead their lives alone ,this isolated lonesomes need being socially included by letting them going out in public and giving them the chance for it. By creating an awareness on our target group about the European issues and the European level of life standards of the elderly which we are going to observe via our international meetings in which our partners are going to share their best practices, we are going to catch the European benchmarks that are shown in EU Strategical Plan. Although it was outlined as 15% in the European Strategical Plan, we would like to enhance this rate of people engaged in lifelong learning at least to 25%.There will be such intergenerational activities as;-health seminar (to raise awareness of the target group about active and successful aging)-sports on World Seniors' Day (Aug 21) (in an open-to-public area to direct the target group to a healthy life)-memory enhancement activities&laughter therapies-traditional arts (all special and traditonal to partner countries - this will be our commitment to reviving of cultural heritage)-drama (as a tool of self reflection and realization. A theatre will be staged in the end)The partners of AGES are also aiming to raise quality and to adapt our adult educations to the changing technologies by involving ourselves in social, economic, political and intercultural bondings arising from the globalizing world. What is more, our target group's involvement in our activities will also help Europe reach its economic and social targets by reducing the risk of social exclusion of the most vulnerable group of the society, the elderly, thanks to an actively aging target group. Europe will benefit from our project since it will also help our cultural heritages revive through our traditional art activities.The project AGES will be remarkable with its outputs as well;IO1:A Guidebook of the Age Friendly Cities and Active Aging in Europe: Being in multilingual (7 languages), It will serve as the basic handbook for the future researchers and analysts in this field.IO2:The Video AGES with best practices in partner countriesincluding an animated video portraying the best practices in AFC in Europe.IO3:Online Learning Seniors and Seniors' E-Handbook: An online course how to get involved in civic life and how to find a working activity after retirement is an appropriate tool in the hands of seniors to avoid inactivity and cognitive diseases linked to ageing. Adult educators will also benefit from the impact of having a E-Handbook that can use in their professional practice.IO4:Development of a Digital System ""EasyLearn"" and a mobile app combining all the IOs and health tipsAll four IOs will be free open sources and they will also show how AFC features affect active and succesful aging."
