This project is born from the interest of five entities from Spain, Greece and Poland to explore jointly with other agents forms of cooperation and mutual support, of cross-sectorial youth work, which facilitates and enhances the work we develop and, consequently, has a positive effect on the youth population of our communities. With this in mind, we have proposed the following objectives:- Identify the agents of the area with whom efforts can be added;- Explore cross-sectorial work options that improve the final impact we produce on the youth population;- Share experiences and propose export models of cooperation between different social agents;- Train the key people involved in possible cross-sectorial actions to facilitate this cooperation. In order to meet our objectives, we will implement an analysis of reality followed by a training activity to share and discover intersectoral work options. With this we will work on experimenting new formats and analyzing their results. Finally we will draw conclusions and share results of everything learned. In this process we will involve more than 1000 young people (13 to 30 years old) of very diverse profiles from all our communities. We will also involve more than 200 people who work with young people and who play a very important role in the cross-sectorial process. All the process and the actions that are developed will be based on non-formal education, an active and participative methodology, that adapts to the concrete and real needs of the people, attractive and effective to achieve our objectives. In the end we hope to improve the cooperation between agents so that youth work is of quality and intersectoral, which will imply a greater impact on the youth population.

The four partners of this project, from Spain, Italy and Portugal, plan to contribute to the development of our environments through the training of youth (especially those with fewer opportunities) and the promotion and cultural and tourist dissemination of the ethnographic heritage with which we count. These two approaches will be linked and developed using theater, a tool that we know and that has enormous potential. Thus we set ourselves the following objectives:- Collect information and document the main Ethnographic, Ethnological and Ethnohistorical heritage of our areas for its subsequent dissemination and enhancement.- Train groups of young people in our communities, especially young people with fewer opportunities, with skills and competencies for employment through theater.- Create a methodological guide that makes it possible to replicate the aforementioned training in different contexts. To achieve them we will have several work blocks: study of the local ethnographic heritage (on which to base the rest of the project); a joint learning activity to share experiences and knowledge and train the people who will develop the activities; the development of a methodological guide that allows us to replicate our experience through the design and implementation of local workshops for job training of youth groups through theater and based on the enhancement of ethnographic heritage (which will conclude with several performances); and the dissemination of the results, especially through three multiplier events, one per country. At least 15 young people per country will participate in the local workshops, of which at least half will be young people with fewer opportunities. People of all ages will participate in the rest of the actions of the project (although we will pay special attention to youth). The final result, the methodological guide, is mainly aimed at people who work with young people, with the intention that they can replicate our experience and train their young people. With all this, we hope to improve youth employability, while exploiting a new source of employment and highlighting the rich ethnographic heritage of our regions.
