Nowadays, the use of new technologies is widespread and internalized in all areas. Specifically, in the entities that work with European projects, we need them to be able to develop projects and to contact our partners from other countries on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, with the new COVID19 pandemic situation, we have been forced to have even more technological tools to communicate and to develop and implement our services. Likewise, this recent situation has made us move to our homes to continue teleworking. It is at this point that we have found problems, as we have seen a reality that in the offices was moderately sustainable and that from homes has taken on greater importance when saving documentation on our personal computers or when using home networks without the control of an expert. It's about computer security. This is based on a protocol that is regularly followed, in the most favorable cases, by a computer technician of the entity periodically on the computers and networks of the organizations, but which the technicians and the rest of the entity's collaborators in multiple occasions unknown. On some occasions, even the entities of the social sphere lack this professional figure that preserves the organizations from this danger. To this we must add the recent and gradual transformation of the third sector to a more professional work methodology and philosophy, where needs and results are studied, structured and analyzed strategically. It is true that in recent times, many organizations in the social field have implemented quality management systems based on certifiable standards, but in most European countries and specifically in the participating countries, Greece, Serbia and Spain, it is not yet automated security control.Goals:-Analyze the composition of the benefits that social organizations can achieve with the implementation of the European standard of Quality in Social Services (EQUASS);-Analyze the internal and external impact on the benefits of the standardization of Computer Security processes, as well as other quality standards; promoting the training of workers and users of services.-Analyze the mediation of the protocol implementation process, promoting quality and innovation in the entities that offer services to youth. The participants involved in the project are workers of organizations where young people participate, whether or not they are from the social field and young people involved in the activities of the organizations. We can divide the participants according to their participation, DIRECT or INDIRECT.We will have the participation and collaboration of the workers of the partner entities, involving only two of them in the transnational meetings. We will also support and support different entities that work with young people, at least 2 entities per country. Within these, we will have the representation of 3 people: two workers involved in projects with young people and a young person who can convey their needs and their perception of the security tools in the entities. The activities to be carried out will be based on the ANALYSIS and DISSEMINATION of technological security tools and methods based on the security and quality of services of the entities in the social or educational field that work with young people. Considering that the project will be developed in 18 months, we have distributed the meeting period every 4 months, necessary and sufficient time to assimilate and develop each of the phases of the project (Initial meeting, analysis, testing and dissemination). In addition, the Security in Our Organizations (SOO) activity consists of a 3-day training in which training will be carried out for the correct application of the acquired knowledge.A positive impact on the improvement of the services of youth organizations in Europe, an improvement in the participation of young Europeans, and a greater professionalism in the participating organizations are generally expected. For this, we are going to disseminate the conclusions derived from the project analyzes among the non-member collaborating organizations and the participants. In addition, as a result of the analysis of useful tools and methodologies for organizations that work with young people, we are going to promote the development of skills favorable among ALL European youth workers; promoting the development of entities prepared for today. The expected results are the promotion of quality, innovation and recognition of work in the field of youth and support for people to acquire and develop basic skills and key competencies in new technologies.
