"Constantly evolving technologies are among the drivers reshaping how we think about learning-teaching, what constitutes them and how we learn/develop the skills to work in the “World changing decade: Industry 4”. The content of education at all levels and the process of learning need to change as innovation guru C. Christensen points. The world has been changing and pupils are in danger of losing sight of importance and respect of cultural heritage and humanity, what is highlighted in the Europe 2020, 2030 Strategies and UN SDGs. So the objectives of this project are adapting education to changes, implementing and even setting them into the strategies of the schools to achieve their goals in this digital era. At the same time the cultural heritage, developing Social Emotional Intelligence (SEI) and soft skills of the pupils are preserved. Problem solving, critical thinking, decision making (Democratic Participation/DP), teamwork, being courteous and empathetic will be highlighted and developed. By improving language/IT skills and cultural awareness, we will enrich our knowledge about European countries and promote an attitude of openness, solidarity and tolerance/respect to the differences in educational and pedagogical work.Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Belgium, Croatia and The Republic of North Macedonia with different languages, cultures, traditions decided to work collaboratively to state that pupils with fewer opportunities need to be taught using lots of innovative methods in curricular and extracurricular activities.Four Transnational LTT Short Term Exchanges of Groups of People will be managed: 3 pupils and 2 accompanying persons from each school will take part in each LTTA and two Joint Staff Training Event will held with 3 participants. Born into the digital world where technology is an artifact of culture,“learning by doing” is one of the key methods of this project. Thus ""computer simulation-assisted learning/teaching” method (programming and Web 2.0 Tools) will be the essential method during the project activities in which pupils are actors of their growing journey. Moreover, cooperative learning-based and project-based learning approaches through using Web 2.0 tools, art, music, crafts and dances will help the pupils to participate actively. Specifically these simulations will also provide an opportunity to engage pupils who are passive learners because of their obstacles in the classroom. To sum up, the methods which will be used during the project are;-in preparation process: need analysis, action plan, meetings and questionnaires-in activity process: cooperation, knowing each other (films, chatting, letters/emails, etc.) and working together on each topic, solving the problems together, written (individual, peer or group) and oral feedback, evaluation table on eTwinning, seminars, polls, questionnaires, diaries, observations, meetings, reports.-in dissemination process: evaluation in the LTTAs, EC SELFIE tool, surveys, exhibitions, special day celebrations, collaboration, eTwinning Online/On-Site Events and reporting. The envisaged results and impact of the project in details are, for the:*pupils to:-become an active European citizen who is open-minded and tolerant to diversities and ready to work and co-operate internationally-learn how to learn -think algorithmically/computationally/critically and creatively -develop the eight basic skills of the 21st century-use coding, cultural heritage and digital tools in all disciplines -reach the“project working discipline”-communicate in foreign languages-be aware of cultural and individual differences, to preserve the cultural heritage and understand its significance-use Internet safer.*teachers to:-learn and follow technological developments in the context of educational needs and apply them into curriculums-take into consideration of multiple intelligences in learning processes -be respectful of multilingual/cultural differences-teach pupils to be proud of their roots-improve pupils’ self-confidence-change the ""soft structures of schooling“-overcome social, economical and due to disability obstacles-learn foreign languages and reach the qualified learning/teaching/training systems of the Education 4.0*schools to:-ensure the quality of internationalization-be a part of growing community of schools across Europe (digital competences) -respond to the needs of “Industry 4.0”-exploit the potential of digital technologies and personalised data in this globally connected world.*Parents and local authorities: -everlasting contribution to the education process with their assistance and expertise. For the future education(Education 4.0),learning is likely to break free from our old mindsets so the hopeful long-term benefit of this project is establishing a blueprint for the smart, inclusive and sustainable lifelong learning to play a better and successful role in society for pupils, teachers and administrators in many areas."

"Our project "" KEY for INNOVATIVE TEACHING"" is a partnership project between three countries: Belgium, Italy and Romania. It is a Strategic Partnership in the field of Education, Training and Youth by Key Action 2-Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices from Erasmus + Programme. The main goal of project is increasing access to participants with disadvantaged background. The project idea started from the need to improve students’ motivation of socioeconomic disadvantaged or immigrants background in partner schools, who face the risk of economic, social-cultural marginalization and risk of early school leaving. This is one of the reasons why they drop out of school. Although in different contexts, all the partner schools work in disadvantaged areas and/or with disadvantaged students. In all partners’ schools there is a large percentage of immigrated children, children disadvantaged socio-economic, exposed at risk of social exclusion. The need for the project is consistent with the two priorities of the Europe 2020 strategy: growth smart through more effective investments in education(encouraging people to learn, study and update their skills and digital society and growth inclusive through better educational attainment by reducing social exclusion of children rate to a level below 27 % in Europe. The project aims is to develop students' motivation of disadvantaged groups with inclusive practices in education, a European space that recognizes the diversity of social, cultural and linguistic increasing in schools. Our project to reach out to disadvantaged people, motivating them to become students, to keep them motivated, preventing them from drop out. Our project objectives are:-A survey to identify and to analyze the factors inside and outside schools that will influence a learner’s level of engagement and success;-Creating and testing, through the joint efforts of the three partner organizations, a handbook of good practices ""European way for motivation"" on innovative non-formal teaching strategies and a set of non-formal teaching plans;-Increasing knowledge of 400 disadvantaged students from three partner schools to improve their motivation for school through development of personal and social skills, transversal skills, like IT and intercultural, in the next two years and by working at a common brochure “The travel guide”.Our project provides teachers from a number of subject areas with an opportunity to participate in the development of a multidisciplinary and transnational approach to the topics chosen for the project. Teachers of different disciplines, students, parents, educational institution, local authority are implied and collaborate in order to complete the activities. The experience acquired, the stages and the outcomes of the projects is divulged to the local press. The pedagogy we use encourages creativity, vision, cooperation and collaboration in every student and teacher and also peer-learning methods. In partner’s schools the skills are taught in a wider variety of in-school and outside-of-school settings. Both teachers and pupils have improved their foreign language and cooperation skills as well as understanding of other nations and cultures in Europe. With the help of this project we wanted our pupils to think and learn more about how knowledge and skills learned at school can help them in life. It is new and beneficial experience for us all to learn how to be a part of multicultural team. We hope that fruitful cooperation of the above-mentioned schools will continue in the future.Through cooperation and networking between schools, local authorities and various entities will help to promote international development, educational diversity within the participating schools. Through this project we want to enhance the ability to adapt to new realities and personal development and interaction through exchange of experiences, thus contributing to the construction of a mature identity. We developed new and innovative approaches among the partners: teachers and students support the dissemination of the best practice at organizational, local, regional, national and European levels. We performed many events that showcased the impact of our project and the experiences of students and teachers from the partnership. The impact of all the dissemination actions implemented was significant. Contact with different social contexts and cultural backgrounds, to exchange ideas, experiences and different practices, contribute to the enrichment of all elements involved and to strengthen the sense of belonging to the European Union. We hope that our project will have long term benefits. In addition, we will develop Open Educational Resources and they will be available for download. It is new and beneficial experience for us all to learn how to be a part of multicultural team. We hope that fruitful cooperation of the above mentioned schools will continue in the future."
