"The project ""Take the future in your hands - live fair"" addresses the students aged 13 - 15 years old. This choice is connected to the priority that our schools wish to focus on, which is: supporting individuals in acquiring and developing basic skills and key competences; as well as to our project aims: improving the the quality and effectiveness of work with teenagers, sharing knowledge and experience and promoting the fair - play motion in all the areas of life. The project directly involves 72 students, however in our activities whole school communities will be engaged. Due to surveys, the most popular areas have been chosen: sport, virtual reality, health, ecology, social life, self-improvement. In each partner school, the leaders responsible for each area will be chosen who will plan the programme and schedule together with teachers. The leaders from portugese, macedonian and polish school will form international teams to compare the plans, to design the logo of the team, the name, they will exchange their ideas and results at Twin Space. During the project, every two months two areas will be the leading ones. Then partner school will focus on common actions (panels, international competitions, capmaigns etc.) Simultaneously, the other areas will be in action. There are three student exchanges planned in the project, during which we will be sum up the subjects we dealt with and focus on current (leading) areas. International meetings of students will be a wonderful opportunity to meet each other, improve cooperation among the teams, know other cultures, use English language in reality, learn other languages - at least basic phrases. Thanks to international meetings students will learn such skills as: knowing strong and weak points, using personal abilities to the most, openness to other cultures and other people, living without prejudices. We believe that all the actions, undertaken strategies and tools used during the project will build up students' motivation to learn, promote and foster effective learning skills. All the activities have been planned to be done with the use of creative, active methods, such as experimenting, workshops, project work, team work, work with IT tools, with mobiles, applications, meeting with specialists, famous local people. The results of our two-year-work in the project will be better understanding teenagers' needs and interests, also more effective learning methods, better acquiring basic skills and key competence by students but also more attractive educational school offer. We will achieve our goals using the tools which are so popular among teenagers - IT tools and apps. Moreover, we hope that the result of our activities concerning fair - play idea will be a distinct change in a way of thinking, behaving and acting in every day life. We want them to make appropriate decisions as for their health and well being, their personal development, to fight with hate both in real and virtual life, take active role in society, to be sensitive to environment, to be able to select information. If in real life and in everyday situations, majority of our students will behave according to fair-play motion, it will mean that the project fulfilled its role and satisfied students', parents' and teachers' expectations. Our students will be properly prepared to mature life."

As a teacher one can observe that more and more children bring chips, sweets or coke to school considering this an adequate breakfast or lunch. However, they do not realize that this kind of unhealthy nutrition negatively effects their body and performance at school, and thereby also ultimately their results. It is widely known that preventive approaches are far more promising than dealing with or trying to cure the long-term damages. Seeing that some parents are no longer capable of teaching a healthy lifestyle to their children at home, though, it is the school’s responsibility to step in and educate children about food and a healthy lifestyle. All participating partners have made that observation at their schools and have come to the conclusion mentioned above. Furthermore, it is agreed upon that an unhealthy lifestyle is not a nation-specific problem but rather a problem of industrial nations in general, which is why it should also be tackled internationally by exchanging of good practices and intercultural learning. For this project there will be a cooperation of four schools from the Czech Republic, Germany, North Macedonia and Portugal. All schools teach students with different social and ethnic backgrounds, that are not always beneficial. In some cases, this poses an even greater challenge, but also offers a huge pool of possibilities regarding ingredients, recipes and dining culture. The primary goal must be to teach the students so that they can critically assess and evaluate the quality of certain aliments in order to make an informed decision when it comes to their own nutrition. Therefore, it is necessary that they learn about the basics of a healthy nutrition, the different kinds of nutrition there are, the origin and processing of food as well as a vast variety of recipes to choose from to keep eating interesting. Moreover, it is necessary that the students apply the knowledge they have gained actively to implement it into their daily lives. To achieve the objectives listed above the major activities planned are to develop, evaluate and discuss a questionnaire, conduct different chemical experiments, try out different kinds of nutrition for a limited period of time, participate in workshops on how to eat healthily, attend lectures by nutritionists, visit local markets, food stores, farms and food factories, build raised garden beds, grow and harvest vegetables and herbs, and exchange recipes and cook them. The knowledge gained by these activities is going to be used to create school-specific campaigns for a healthy diet, an informative traffic light food labeling system for selected popular foods at the different schools and how-to worksheets on methodological procedures. Moreover, it is planned to direct and produce a cooking show as well as to create a lifestyle book that combines favorite recipes, background information on the alignments and tips for a healthy lifestyle. The methodology used to conduct the activities and create the products is going to be diverse. There will be different classroom forms like single, partner or group work, the conduction of experiments, lectures, quizzes and workshops. The three most important forms of methodology, however, are going to be project based learning and extracurricular learning in different places outside the school. All of this is interspersed with multimedia learning where appropriate.By implementing all of the aforementioned, we, first of all, hope to see a change in thought in the participating students which ultimately is supposed to lead to a change in behavior. With this, we would like the participating students to function as role models, passing on their knowledge to their friends and other school members, thereby, also changing their eating habits and improving their performance which eventually leads to better results and an improvement of the schools’ statuses. Moreover, we also hope that students start educating their parents, making the whole family reflect upon and conclusively change their eating habits. This then might lead to a change in consumerism, where, of course, the demand determines the offer. Be that as it may, a change in demand hopefully leads to a change in the offer; on the school level as well as on the food store level. In the long run, we wish for the project results to be used as a basis for subsequent projects, regarding for instance the topic of waste.School’s responsibility is to educate students so that they can critically assess and evaluate issues and act autonomously based on an informed decision. Regarding nutrition the threats and benefits of an unhealthy or healthy lifestyle are colossal. Obese, malnutritioned people are less productive, more prone to diseases, therefore more expensive for the healthcare system and in general less content and happy with their life. Contributing to a positive change, even if it is just in a small group of people, can be considered helpful and worth pursuing.

"Our project ""Be Supportive Mindful Active Responsible Tolerant” is based on Interdisciplinary learning and Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence Theory and composed of 5 educational institutions from different countries (Lithuania, Turkey, Romania, North Macedonia and Poland) with 2927 children aged between 6-18 and 144 teachers with different experiences, knowledge, and beliefs, but with common objectives. We intend to apply Interdisciplinary Teaching and Multiple Intelligence Theory and improve our students' multidimensional thinking skills, show them different ways to learn a subject, encourage them to transfer their abilities to different real situations they come across in life. By acquainting, collaborating and working in school community, learning to learn competences will be raised. Implementing project activities we also hope to reduce and hopefully abolish stereotypes and prejudices about others nations, religions, etc. Teachers participating in the project activities will develop understanding of pedagogical styles used across Europe, share pedagogical tools, methods and examples of good practice. Schools will exchange the best educational practices, increase their visibility and become more attractive for their nowadays and future students. We will involve over 3000 participants including all the representatives of school community- students, teachers, parents, staff. The other participants of the project involved in it in one or another way will be administration, local community, local government, local businessman, educational centers, museums, educators from other schools. Activities during the project will be added to the school timetable and curriculum so the implementation of the project will be supported by all staff. For the achievement of the project objectives we will implement Interdisciplinary Learning and Multiple Intelligence approaches in four main areas that we have identified with our partners. These areas are Languages (native and foreign), Math, Science and History. Our project activities will be based on the creation of learning environments that include interdisciplinary and multi-intelligence activities together integrated into the school curriculum. In addition to this, some extra curricular activities will be included which will cover different intelligence areas and increase the knowledge about partner countries, their history, nature, culture, traditions. There will be LTT meetings of students and teachers will lead to the reduction of prejudice, to the growing interest in learning about other countries' lifestyles and traditions, will be motivation to learn and use foreign languages, to travel and get to know other European countries and cultures.Student centered approaches will be used when implementing the project activities. And as a necessity of our age, education technology including Web 2.0 tools, STEM and coding activities will be integrated to the progress to facilitate learning. Learning environments will be structured in a way to encourage team work, thus promoting cooperative approach in education and active leadership among students. Students will be motivated to work in groups, to learn how to plan their own work and divide tasks, how to collaborate and evaluate their own work. The assessment will take place during all the project period and different assessment tools will be used to evaluate the assessment of the project and its objectives before, during and after the project. When assessing we will use internal and external assessment approaches. Internal assessment will cover diagnostic, formative and summative assessment methods together. The project results will be disseminated as wide as possible. In order to reach as many people as possible, we will use many different communication materials and we will disseminate the project outcomes in all native languages of the partner countries and in English. All project results will be published on school’s websites, project's web blog, social media pages of the schools as well as Etwinning platform and Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, ensuring availability to others. The partner schools will work together on eTwinning platform Twinspace, develop the activities and create new tasks even after the end of the EU funding. Students will continue to develop international relations and improve communication and English skills with their peers from different European countries. With this project we will provide young students an ability to get known to different cultures, languages and lifestyles, understand and respect them. We think that it is important to raise our students with the right social and global behaviors for the integrity and development of Europe."
