The high added value of sport tourism as promotion of health, social well-being for all, in sustainable concept of environmentally friendly and accessible tourism and for urban regeneration are fields more and more prominent. Accordingly to the evident shortage skills’ recognition and validation of sport job profiles, more multi-disciplinary learning approach is needed, as well as systematic research of mapping of sport profiles skills, developed especially in non formal and informal contexts. EN ROUTE Project aims at:- improving entrepreneurial skills of people degree in sport sector for the development of new cross-sectorial professional profiles, with an improvement in the proactive attitude and in the networking ability- stimulating the definition of efficient approaches for the promotion of the territorial potential as well as of sustainable and accessible tourism;- supporting the definition of efficient approaches through the creation of new strategic networks, implementing permanent research activities for tourist services renewal. The project research phase will involve all academic partners in the research for mapping a common framework of validation of sport profile in outdoor field. During the implementation phase it will foresee to improve skills of a group of selected Physical Education graduates and sport profiles in each countries, through cross-sectoral, multidisciplinary learning approach, after a definition of a common trainers methodology among partner. During outdoor learning experience participants will enhance their life and employability skills, in a combination of technique (large discussions, individual reflections, small group exercises, role-plays, experiential learning). Trainers will provide them with multidisciplinary training modules for the realisation of project works within sport and tourism sectors.As results of implementation and research activity, the project will produce:-Learning Outcomes Mapping for a common ECVET, EQF framework in outdoor profile and guidelines-Trainers Toolkit Sport and Tourism learning methodology-New Professional and cross-sectoral profile for sport and tourism-Proposal for innovative models for tourism promotionEN Route expected outcomes influence on different level of impacts.At local and regional level, the project will promote new partnership creation diffusing structure dialogue among public authorities and stakeholders in the field of sport and tourism. At national level the project will diffuse awareness to the existing barriers in the tourism profiles that limit professional development and mobility of sector operators, involving academic system and stimulating recommendations and exchange of idea to open the master offer to improve skills and new job opportunities. At a European level, the projects aims at supporting the long-lasting exchange of the best practices identified during the project and after the conclusion of the activities, according to the different contexts, in order to develop European touristic models that can be redefined and replicated.

CVO Antwerpen is an adult education center with several campuses in and around the city of Antwerp in the Flemish region of Belgium. It is one of the largest centers for adult education certified and funded by the Flemish Government. It organizes more than 950 modular daytime and evening courses per year. This are courses for immigrants, formal vocationaleducation and second chance to learn, higher professional education, language courses, entrepreneurial training courses, maritime training, welding and courses in application software.Axxel is a training organisation which offers VET and independent studies both for youngsters and adults in Helsinki, Finland. Axxell has about 2700 students that study at the 6 different departments of Axxell (Lappfjärd, Helsingforsregionen, Åbo, Pargas, Kimito, Karis, Ekenäs och Esbo). In addition to vocational training, Axxell in one of the biggest integration training providers for adult migrants. C.P.I.A. 6 - Centro Provinciale Istruzione degli Adulti (IT) organises modular daytime and evening courses in Viterbo, Italy. The courses offered are structured as follows: literacy and learning of the Italian language for foreigners, first level courses - First and Second Teaching period.Oslo Voksenopplæring Skullerud (NO) is an organisation working within the field of Adult Education, qualifying adult refugees and immigrants for life in Norway by teaching them Norwegian language and social sciences. Youth Entrepreneurial Service Foundation (FYROM) is a non-governmental organization, which aims to stimulate the entrepreneurship in Macedonia through reinforcing the business and soft skills of future entrepreneurs needed for successfully running of an own company. YES sets the goal to support innovative start-up businesses through many activities and subventions in order to help the local development of the currently most productive sector – SMEs. The main activities were project management, a requirements analysis including the identification of good practices and conducting peer visits and focus groups, the organisation of a workshop and final conference for stakeholders, the development, piloting and validation of the toolkit, quality assurance and exploitation and dissemination. Concrete results of ‘Life- all in’ are the requirements analysis report, the online toolkit, a validation report, a project website, project management guidelines, a quality management plan, 2 critical friend reports, a dissemination plan and report, a sustainability report and a project leaflet/brochure. Relevant stakeholders are now aware of the fact that a toolkit is there for them to support them during the development of programs that optimally utilize the combination and blend formal and non-formal learning of the participants.

The project is in direct correlation with the EU policy in the adult learning field, taking that the proposed method is contributing towards increased competitiveness, employability, social inclusion, active citizenship, and personal development of the targeted adult learners. In particular, the integration of an informal approach in formal learning environments for up-skilling adults for employment is aligned with one of the goals of the EU policy. The specific objectives of the project were:1. To design and develop a specific serious game that causes adult learners to develop their entrepreneurship skills;2. To develop a training curricula for teachers of adult learners in which they learn to use the serious game in the classroom; 3. To test and evaluate the impact of the serious game in formal adult education;4. We advise and support organisations in- and outside Netherlands how to make use of the European dimension of life long learning.Seed is a non profit organization active in social development and international cooperation projects in education and digital technologies.
