"""Next move” - a comprehensive educational programme in the field of entrepreneurship and social activity of young people entering the labour market - is a response to the growing problem of insufficient social competences and involvement of young people from European countries in the area of entrepreneurship, which most often results in their Professional inactivity after graduation, taking up jobs below qualifications or quitting work at an early stage. It is through work that young people become independent and confident citizens. Lack of opportunities for development makes their career perspectives worse. Failure in finding and maintaining a job and the lack of self-education opportunities cause young people to lose self-esteem.Moreover, occupational inactivity of young people has a negative impact on the economy and ageing societies in Europe. THE ANSWER TO THESE PROBLEMS lies in a wise and adapted to the changing reality education of young people before entering the labour market and in the workplace, as well as in the creation of conditions supporting the development of their social competences. The partnership established by three institutions with different nature of activities (Poland: Foundation, Greece: non-profit organization, Spain: training and consulting consortium) decided that a cooperation between the private and non-governmental sector will be a solid ground for setting up such conditions and creating an ""ecosystem of entrepreneurship"". Two main subject areas: supporting the growth of potential in youth workers and helping young people to enter adulthood and the labour market and to develop their competences, constitute the core of the ""Next move"" project and are the answer to the needs of two target groups - young people entering the job market along with trainers, youth coaches and HR employees. The main goal of the project is to increase the professional potential of trainers and HR department employees by working with an innovative development program, enabling young people aged 18-26 to gain practical knowledge and soft skills necessary to take up and maintain their first job on a local or international market. The result is of the project to jointly develop and disseminate the youth development program ""Next move"", which will include the E-Manual for youth trainers and HR employees and the mobile application ""Your move"", improving young people's soft skills needed to take up and maintain their first job.The E-Manual is a compendium of knowledge consisting of 2 modules:A. Motivation, recruitment, case study - tips in coaching work.B. 30 scenarios of classes: innovative methods and tools used in non-formal education in the field of youth entrepreneurship - based on the best practices developed and new, not yet undertaken methods. The scenarios will address areas such as: building responsibility for assigned tasks, teamwork, accepting and giving feedback, expressing one's thoughts in order to be understood, pro-activity - taking matters into your own hands. The e-book will be practical in nature, aimed at training the staff to be able to provide information in an accessible way and help young people preparing to enter the labour market to improve their soft skills.Material included in the mobile application ""Your move"" will be a continuation of issues learned by young people during workshops with trainers or HR employees. It will be presented In the form of e-fiches providing the most important information in a very accessible form. At the same time, the material will have a very useful character, because after getting familiar with the new knowledge, the user will receive a series of coaching tips, thanks to which he will immediately learn how to use the acquired knowledge in practice. The application will constitute a 30-day transformation program for participants, supporting their adaptation to the labour market. The effects of the project activities will be reflected in new methods, tools and materials perfectly matching the new challenges of the EU strategy for growth for 2010-2020, which aims to develop: an economy based on knowledge and innovation (smart and more competitive increase in the level of knowledge), and an economy with a high level of employment, ensuring social and territorial cohesion, including an increase in social engagement. They will also be in line with the Europe 2030 strategy's proposal for a flexible lifelong learning culture. It is important for the partnership to meet educational challenges related to the problem of youth's insufficient soft competences needed for managing personal potential in self-reliant and effective functioning on the labour market, and to create a new comprehensive educational offer in this area for young people (18-26y.)"

"The goal of the Young & Smart project was to improve the quality of work with youth by developing and spreading through the partnership a comprehensive program called a practical compendium of the trainer's knowledge - the Young & Smart on-line booklet. It was planned in the application form that it would be entitled ""Young & Smart - a comprehensive educational program in the field of entrepreneurship and social activity of youth”, having in mind that this form will be more encouraging to read and use materials. It was planned that the booklet and related workshops would consist of 7 components, i.e. entrepreneurship, building your own business, creativity, design thinking, improvisation, design work and a sense of value. In the course of working out the results for each of the above-mentioned components, 3 practical scenarios of classes with guidelines for the lecturer were developed. Therefore, materials were created with the content of innovative methods and tools used in non-formal education in the field of youth entrepreneurship - based on the best practices and new, not yet undertaken ventures. As it has been mentioned before, the developed booklet is practical, focused on preparing mentors, coaches and youth trainers so that they can convey their knowledge in an accessible way and help young people (2nd target group: 150 people - program recipients - 110 people taking part in 2 PL / GR dissemination editions and 40 people taking part in pilot workshops) preparing to enter the labour market, functioning safely in public, social and professional space (1 target group of users of the ""Y & S"" program, youth from 16 to 26 years old - 25 people participating in testing meetings). Each scenario has been enriched with an introductory video, which includes instructions for the exercises contained therein. The purpose of these 21 films is to limit the role of the trainer/tutor to control the educational process and to support participants while going through individual activities. Thanks to their use, even people with lower coaching competencies will be able to use the scenarios (this was confirmed by pilot meetings/workshops as one of the stages of IO).The attractiveness of the ""Young & Smart"" program has been increased by the use of new technologies in the educational process. For this purpose, they produced the online version (with a description of the methodical and practical use in youth work, taking into account the specificity of coaching work with young people) 3 simulation games in the field of entrepreneurship, project work and design thinking. The value of the films is that they work on mobile phones (a basic tool commonly used by young people), thanks to which the trainer, who runs the workshop, can also plan a field game. The project was a response to the problem of a too low level of entrepreneurship among young Europeans, leading to maladaptation to the modern labour market, making ill-considered educational and vocational paths, the need to work below their ambitions and qualifications, and finally - a high level of unemployment. The partnership set itself the goal of preventing the abandonment of 16+ education and promoting and inclusion in fields related to education, training and youth work in order to make high-quality non-formal learning available to all young people. PRIORITIES AND THEMATIC RANGES SELECTED AT THE APPLICATION STAGE:HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND IMPLEMENTED.The following sentence best summarizes the partnership's choice of horizontal priorities: ""Specialists without social competences have no future ahead of them.” (source: W. Lanthaler, J. Zugmann - ""Action I. A new way of thinking about a career""). The current youth are the future specialists and whether they will be competent employees aware of their own development needs depends on comprehensive actions that should be taken for them now.The results developed in the project support the stimulation of innovative and entrepreneurial attitudes among young people by introducing entrepreneurship as one of the key competences in informal learning programs. Therefore, the creation and promotion by the partnership of materials that cause digital inclusion of young people and motivating them to work on their own development is justified and indispensable in a developing Europe and can be freely multiplied for other ages. All goals and results achieved under IO (booklet, film production and transcription, online simulation games and an educational platform containing all results) were developed in 3 languages, i.e. English, and the languages of the partners: Polish, Greek and are implemented on an open educational platform and other open educational resources."
