    "The employment situation of young people 16 to 30 years in Europe is worrying with very high 20% average unemployment rate. However, for young women, the situation is particularly alarming with a record unemployment rate of 66.7% against 54.6% for young men (Sources INSEE 2013) in Guadeloupe in the French Outermost Regions. Faced with a labor market with very high unemployment, entrepreneurship spirit is a viable alternative for the youth of this age. More and more young people are faced with the challenge of creating their own business to enter the labor market. In this context, youth workers have to be able to provide assistance and support tailored to young people by providing educational programs in entrepreneurship. It is in this context that the project Youth Women Win convinced that the transfer of innovation, sharing best practices and coordination efforts are potentially more effective in the fight against youth unemployment that action isolated nationally .The aim goal of the strategic partnership is to offer youth support workers to the position of business development and youth entrepreneurship, offering training and innovative methodological tools appropriate and effective in order to enhance their skills and competencies professional. This training, transferable to local contexts, a stepping stone to a professional high quality European standards by transferring innovation of teaching methods and methodological tools. As we aimed at youth on the margins of European workers offering training, we have the ambition to democratize professional support for young quality and offer it to everyone. First, by testing the in situ process with a limited target group, evaluating the process before communicating and disseminating training provision at European scale.The second objective is to create a transnational network of experienced youth workers on issues from education to women in business. Through this network, youth workers of various partners share tools, experiences and best practices, make new contacts. The referents of the project partner countries will also be invited to share their know-how on coaching from local partners.This network is made possible by the diffusion and dissemination of project results : - Dissemination of good practice reference guide, - The establishment of a training package SAFE ""Service Support to Female Entrepreneurship"" - Training Mission skills transfer youth workers and - the creation of a virtual resource center dedicated. → Expected impacts - This strategic partnership project will serve as a springboard to a professional youth workers with European standards. They discover new tools and methods of work, meet and exchange with counterparts européens, expérimenter new form of non-formal learning; - The dissemination plan for the project must promote awareness of local and national partners and to create positive conditions to women's entrepreneurship environment;- Finally, it will facilitate the emergence of a new generation of young women entrepreneurs and lower female unemployment rate of this target group at local and national level."

    "“Responsible tourism complies with the principles of social and economic justice and exerts full respect towards the environment and its cultures. It recognizes the centrality of the local host community and its right to act as a protagonist in developing a sustainable and responsible tourism. Responsible tourism actuates to foster a positive interaction between the tourist industry, the local communities and the travellers”, as defined by AITR (Italian Association of Responsible Tourism) in 2005.""EnTOURée: Entrepreneuriat pour un TOUrisme Responsable, Engagé et Féminin"" brought together 3 partners from three different countries (Madagascar, Martinique - French oversea department - and Italy). Three different contexts sharing the same challenges: a high level of young women unemployment, the lack of responsible tourism offers, the need to enhance the cooperation and structured dialogue between local authorities and youth organizations.The project objectives have been:Training and educating professionals and stakeholders on the critical importance of women’s entrepreneurship in tourism developmentPromoting strategic cooperation among youth organization and local authoritiesEnabling women to benefit from the tourism sector both directly and indirectlyPromoting the link between gender equality in tourism and sustainable developmentRaising awareness of the real life challenges the tourism sector creates for womenProviding consultation and online services for organizations and institutions to ensure sustainable and the development of gender equal tourism initiativesEstablishing and developing an international network of individuals – academics, field workers, activists and politicians – with a shared interest in women’s empowerment and responsible tourism and a common purpose to address them.The consortium has been achieving the aforementioned objectives through:3 Transnational Mobilities and study visits to local initiatives on Responsible Tourism in Italy, Madagascar and Martinique ;3 Capacity Buildings Activities (An international Forum, an Entrepreneurship Coffee and 1 Final International Seminar involving universities, NGOs, local entrepreneurs and local authorities) sharing policy recommendations; A Training course for the set-up of a LORT (Local Organization on Responsible Tourism)A Methodological Guide for youth workers on How to start up a Responsible Community of Enterprises available also in Modules Sheets in 4 languages: IT, FR, MG, ENAn E-platform on Responsible Tourism available in IT, FR and ENAn Ethical Convention on Responsible Tourism and Female Entrepreneurship in IT, FR and EN.The project fully responds to the specific objectives pursued by the Erasmus+ Programme: Capacity Building in the field of Youth “foster cooperation and exchanges between Programme and Partner Countries, foster new non-formal learning mobility schemes and programmes and promote transnational non-formal learning mobility between Programme and Partner Countries, with a focus on the under-privileged”. Moreover, EnTOURée matches with the recommendations in its Thematic Guidelines for Investment in Tourism and the Gender Equality Strategy 2016-2019 and with the Agenda Europe 2020 Inclusive growth – a high-employment economy delivering economic, social and territorial cohesion."

    According to the European report released last year called “Participatory Governance of Cultural Heritage”, “In the era when the selfie, troll or mainstream overturn language barriers, the digital generation is slowly losing contact with its roots, identity and making efforts to discover its place in today's society. They are connected to what's new, however, disconnected from the past. Even if the online postings disappear after a few seconds, the cultural heritage remains the foundation on which any society is built and can represent an engine for growth and business opportunities. The project “Start-up lighthouse” aim to create for 20 months 1 active network of 28 youth workers, educators and creative change-makers from European and African youth non-profits, interested in cultural heritage and rural development, NFE, social innovation and entrepreneurship. At the end of the project, they will be able to guide local youngsters with concrete tools to turn abstract ideas into cultural start-up, while understanding why cultural change precedes social change and how cultural entrepreneurship model can positively transform local communities. Specific objectivesSO1: Increase the organisational capacity of 28 youth workers from 7 NGOs to offer customized learning experiences to youth people who intend to launch a cultural start-up, develop their entrepreneurial mindset and connected skills through: 3 TC and 3 sets of playing card activities about cultural entrepreneurship. SO2: Map and share info about the hotspots of 7 countries - cultural start-ups, entrepreneurship educational centres, funding opportunities for cultural start-ups, mentorship opportunities through 7 digital/printed maps (7 languages). SO3: 1 awareness campaign “Discover your roots” around cultural entrepreneurship as a solution to grow communities and connect youth with cultural heritage Milestones1.     """Made in Women: fostering the capacity building of youth workers in unlocking the entrepreneurial skills of young women through the modelling of an innovative collaborative E-commerce"" is a project designed based on the strengths, capabilities and expertise of seven consortium members, in a way that will create an innovative and entrepreneurial programme for “young female entrepreneurs”, focusing on the ITC entrepreneurial potential of vulnerable young women entrepreneurs within culturally-sensitive economic sectors such as handicrafs. The project will be implemented in 6 countries (Martinique- France, Italy,Dominica, Peru and Madagascar) with the resourceful collaboration of 7 involved organisations ( youth organizations, social enterprises and research institute)Made In Women main aim is to support 20 youth vulnerable women by unlocking their entrepreneurial and digital skills and strengthen the skills and capacities of 21 youth workers in a peer-to-peer learning exploring new way of doing business by modelling a piloting innovative e-commerce based on collaborative business and social entrepreneurship. MadeInWomen is networking, social entrepreneurship, learning to learn, and sense of initiatives, job opportunities and international cooperation. MadeInWomen is an 18 months project whose main activities are:- Market Research on e-commerce in EU. Characteristics and job opportunities for youth women- Research on Import/Export legislation through e-commerce (in and between Europe, Madagascar, Peru, Dominica- The MadeInWomen platform (incubation of entrepreneurial and collaborative projects for youth women)- Training Mobility in Dominique: Learning how to start an online business from scratch (core components, how to build an e-commerce and collaborative forms of e-commerce; introduction to social enterprise- Training Mobility in Madagascar: How to set up your e-commerce business (logistic, sales and the e-commerce platform: what we need to be able to do in the digital worldon how to promote your e-commerce-Training Mobility in Peru: how to promote your e-commerce and social commerce -3 Local Transnational Multiplier Events in Dominica, Madagascar and Peru: The MadeInWomen Human libraries café- Giving Back local workshop!- Training Mobility in Italy: funding opportunities, how to apply and how to make a pitch of our product through storytelling - Made in Women Final event The project is totally in line with the specific objectives pursued by this Program: 1. Foster cooperation and exchanges in the field of youth between Program and Partner Countries; 2. Improve quality and recognition of youth work, NFE in Partner Countries and enhance synergies among education systems, labor market and society; 3. promote transnational NFE mobility between Program and Partner Countries, especially targeting disadvantaged youth."
