Project was implemented using the methods of non-formal education to share and debate through brainstorming, group discussions, small workshops, case studies, role play end presentations, but also innovative tools such as ICT and other online tools. The participants in each segment of the project had the opportunity to experience the methods of non-formal education, to share their experiences and learn from each other, as well as to be part of the collective design of new tools, projects, strategies, campaigns, approaches and tools in order to deal with the topic of #OnACT. Aims and objectives of the project are focused on two target groups: 1. Youth workers and Youth leaders 2. Active young people representing youth organizations working on youth policy and participation implementation and partner organization volunteers/members Overall objective of the project is to increase youth participation in development of local communities in 8 European countries through mapping, implementing and promoting innovative tools for youth participation and activism, promotion, education, visibility and advocacy. Specific objectives of the project: 1.To train 24 youth workers and leaders from 8 countries in following topics: youth policy, models of youth participation and active citizenship, data collection and innovative tools for participation and ICT. 2.To raise the level of the organizational capacity of partner organizations and offering new tools and methods in models of youth work, youth participation and active citizenship. 3.To train 24 youth workers and leaders from 8 countries in following topics: strategic communication, advocacy, innovative tools for youth participation and advocacy and ICT. 4.To raise the level of the organizational capacity of partner organizations and offering new tools and methods in strategic communication, advocacy, innovative tools for youth participation and advocacy and ICT 5.To implement 8 LAD in order to implement and test the #OnACT tools in different communities, countries and cultures. 6.To gather trained participants from TCs that implemented LADs and representatives of partner organizations in order to develop #OnACT tool kit 7.Develop #OnACT tool kit through gathering all #OnACT tools and methods that were used during TCs in one tool kit in order to provide youth workers, leaders and organization with systematic tool kit they can use in order to activate youth, advocate or train youth on the topic using innovative approach. 8.To present #OnACT tools and methods, disseminate the results of the project but also promote youth activism and participation through development of #OnACT movie 9.Increasing the level of expertise in the field of #OnACT of at least 40 youth (5 youth from each organization) on the #OnACT tools and methods 10.Sharing best practices in youth work, youth participation and advocacy using innovative tools for better lifestyle quality of youth with both target groups. 11.Increase competencies of youth involved in the project: communication in foreign language, interpersonal, intercultural and social competences and civic competence, learning to learn, digital competence and cultural expression. Objectives are aligned with objectives and priorities of Europe Strategy 2020 and their purpose was to contribute at the progress of youth. Furthermore, youth workers were given skills and tools, #OnACT toolkit and movie to start a change and increase activism of youth. Build capacities and professionalise YNGOs from EU and beyond, to function effectively in terms of generating a social change, inner and outer management and strategy building, through complex training of youth workers and YNGO managers on:• SOCIAL DIAGNOSIS(on how to gather data, do empirical research, examine real society needs and respond with appropriate measures and activities)• COACHING AND MENTORING(learning how to support and engage youngsters in activism and manage organization in participatory way, transforming a working space into a learning space)• SOCIAL IMPACT MAKING(learning how to understand digital media and data, use creative technology, IT and visual data presentation in social campaigns, youth work and public activities so they are reaching young people and making impact)• CO-MANAGEMENT (involving all stakeholders into social problem solving, cooperating with public authorities, creating common strategies, implementing changes together)2. Support international quality alliance among partner and other YNGOs in whole Europe and beyond, through sustaining efficient communication skills and mutual support an e-learning platform on international level among YNGOs (“Conjoint consulting therapy of NGOs”) using:• preparation of several e-learning measures (webinars, vlogs, radio shows, audio books, games, educational games, gamified learning experiences, moodle,..),• dissemination of it on a basis of open resources available for all YNGOs for free, follow up activities in all participating countries consisting in implementation of knowledge gained and skills acquired, as well as preparing all local youth workers to work in a way we have together learnt.

Within the sphere of international youth work youth organization from one side needs to have clear picture about youth policy development in partner countries and on the another side make steps to improve current situation in a field and to include youth in decision making process that is related to them. This project will gather different youth workers around a shared challenge, in order to create partnerships, discuss good practices, transfer innovation and transform the learning outcomes into tools of practical application. In this sense, it is expected that the learning outcomes of this project can be applied in the respective communities of each participant, through the role that their organization plays in supporting implementation of youth policy and including youth in decision making process. Participants will finish the training with a clear definition on what challenges we are facing in development of youth policy. Participants will leave with a clear understanding on importance of their influence on decision makers and creation of youth policies in their local and national communities.Establishing partnership among participating organizations youth workers and youngsters will have possibility to share their experience in work and to make common strategy of work that will ensure to follow implementation of youth policy more easier. Youngsters will gain new competences in decision making process that will help them to present their ideas in front of a large auditory. The activities and the methods used in the project activties will be formal and non-formal: ice-breakers, workshops, interactive presentations, seminars and role play games.Project activities will be held in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Kljuc) and in Turkey (Izmir) as well as in each partner country where participants will run local workshops and local advocacy campaigns.

Within the sphere of international youth work youth organizations from one side needs to have clear picture about their goals for future and on the other side make steps to make them more independent and self sustainable. So, this project will gather youth around a shared challenge, in order to create partnerships, discuss good practices, transfer innovation and transform the learning outcomes into tools of practical application. The project is consisted of six main activities: Coordination meeting, Two training courses, Local workshops, Creation of web platform and Evaluation meeting and for that reason we have settled group of aims and objectives that refer on two target groups: Young unemployed people and Youth organizations and their representatives.The project will explore innovative models of youth work promoting entrepreneurial skills, spirit of initiative and self-sustainability of disadvantaged youth and youth organizations. We are coming up with an innovative approach on stimulating youth to contribute to social change: the youth worker is supporting the youth groups to find out the problems and their causes in the community and is guiding them to find a highly practical and creative solution for the problem identified.The project will give participants opportunity to get new experiences in social entrepreneurship as well as experience different point of view and different examples. Active participation, focus on group work and teamwork, learning by doing approach, exercises made through simulation, and role-play and other, as well as theoretical inputs will form the basis of the project and concrete craft skills to support their business development.Project activities will be held in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Kljuc and Sarajevo) and in Macedonia (Krusevo) as well as in each partner country where participants will run local workshops.
